Σε μια γεννήτρια EZ-1375S απόδοσης 1100kw με κινητήρα εσωτερικής καύσης αερίου τοποθετείται αεριοποιητής παραγωγής syngas. Η παραγωγή του syngas είναι συνεχής με μέγιστο την τροφοδοσία της γεννήτριας για την παραγωγή 1000kW. Συστήματα αεριοποίησης βιομάζας Υψηλή απόδοση Προηγμένη Τεχνολογία Πλήρως αυτοματοποιημένη Υψηλή ποιότητα υλικών και κατασκευής Φιλική προς το Περιβάλλον Η Μονάδα είναι ένα πλήρως αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα Αεριοποίησης Βιομάζας, έτοιμη να δώσει ένα καθαρό, υψηλής ποιότητας Αέριο από διάφορα είδη βιομάζας. Το παραγόμενο καθαρό και υψηλής ποιότητας αέριο της Μονάδας την κάνει κατάλληλη για πολλές επενδυτικές εφαρμογές. Περιγραφή Λειτουργίας Η Μονάδα Αεριοποίησης είναι με ακρίβεια ένα σχεδιασμένο και κατασκευασμένο σύστημα μετατροπής της βιομάζας σε καύσιμο αέριο με σκοπό την παραγωγή ηλεκτρικής ενέργεια μέσω ηλεκτρογεννήτριας κινούμενης από μηχανή εσωτερικής καύσης. Η Μονάδα είναι σταθερής κατασκευής, εξοπλισμένη με Αεριοποιητή crossdraft (οριζόντιας ροής). Σαν γεγονός αυτό, μόνο του, εξασφαλίζει υψηλής ποιότητας αέριο κατάλληλο για οποιαδήποτε εφαρμογή.

2 Ο Αεριοποιητής της μονάδας δεν έχει κινούμενα μέρη. Είναι κατασκευασμένος με αυστηρές προδιαγραφές χρησιμοποιώντας υψηλή ποιότητας υλικά, ενώ η κατασκευή γίνεται από εξειδικευμένους τεχνίτες. Οι Αεριοποιητής της μονάδας «ζει» στην ζώνη πυρόλυσης, φθάνοντας βέλτιστες θερμοκρασίες λίγα λεπτά μετά την εκκίνηση παράγοντας υψηλής ποιότητας αέριο απαλλαγμένο από πίσσα. Η υψηλή ( C) θερμοκρασία εξασφαλίζει γρήγορη πυρόλυση και περιορίζει τις άλλες ανεπιθύμητες ενώσεις, διασφαλίζοντας ένα καθαρό και φιλικό προς το περιβάλλον αέριο, κατάλληλο ως καύσιμο για κάθε εφαρμογή. Η Μονάδα χρησιμοποιεί σύστημα διπλών κυκλώνων για καθαρισμό του αερίου(χονδρά ψιλά σωματίδια) και δίνει τη δυνατότητα στο παραγόμενο αέριο να καθαριστεί από όλα τα σωματίδια. Το σύστημα ψύξης του αερίου της Μονάδος έχει δύο στάδια εξασφαλίζοντας την θερμοκρασία του αερίου, που ορίζει η προδιαγραφή του κατασκευαστή του κινητήρα εσωτερική καύσης. Στο πρώτο στάδιο η θερμοκρασία του αερίου κατέρχεται από τους 600 ο στους 300 ο Κελσίου. Στο δεύτερο στάδιο η θερμοκρασία κατέρχεται από τους 300 ο στους 50 ο Κελσίου. Η ολοκληρωμένη μονάδα είναι ικανή να δέχεται πρώτη ύλη, ως καύσιμο τροφοδοσίας, βιομάζα με υγρασία μέχρι 20%. Η μονάδα μετατρέπει την πρώτη ύλη σε αναλογία 1 κιλό βιομάζας σε ένα κιλοβάτ ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας. Η αποκομιδή στάχτης γίνεται αυτόματα με κοχλία ενώ το σύστημα Αεριοποίησης είναι σε λειτουργία. Η ολοκληρωμένη μονάδα υποβάλλεται σε αυστηρούς ελέγχους πριν από την πιστοποίηση και την αποστολή στον τόπο του έργου. Η προσαρμοστικότητα της μονάδας έχει την ικανότητά να Αεριοποιεί πολλούς τύπους Βιομάζας σε διάφορες μορφές χωρίς τροποποιήσεις του συστήματος ή αλλοιώσεις. Παράδειγμα: κλαδέματα, τα τσιπ ξύλου, κουκούτσια ροδάκινου κα. Tο αέριο είναι καθαρό και απαλλαγμένο από πίσσα και από άλλα σωματίδια.

4 1. ΑΕΡΙΟΠΟΙΗΤΗΣ Ο Αεριοποιητής είναι μια μονάδα μετατροπής της βιομάζας, που στηρίζεται στην απλότητα! Δεν έχει κινούμενα μέρη και, μέσα από μια προσεκτική διαχείριση του αέρα, είναι σε θέση να φθάσει πολύ εύκολα σε υψηλές θερμοκρασίες ( από 50 έως βαθμούς Κελσίου). Με την παρουσία αυτών των πολύ υψηλών θερμοκρασιών ξεκινά η διαδικασία της Αεριοποίησης. Με απλά λόγια, είναι αυτή η διαδικασία που μετατρέπει ένα στερεό καύσιμο Βιομάζας ως πρώτη ύλη τροφοδοσίας, σε ένα πολύ καθαρό, ζεστό, αέριο υψηλών οκτανίων. Α.1.Τι είναι ο Αεριοποιητής βιομάζας: Είναι ένας φούρνος εντός του οποίου τοποθετείται η βιομάζα και ένα μέρος της χρησιμοποιείται για την θέρμανση του φούρνου ο οποίος την αεριοποιεί. Ο Αεριοποιητής μας χαρακτηρίζεται από : -Καύση με σταθερή κλίνη -Οριζόντια ( Crossdraft ) αεριοποίηση Η διαδικασία αεριοποίησης περιλαμβάνει τις φάσεις : ΚΑΥΣΗ ΠΥΡΟΛΥΣΗ ΞΗΡΑΝΣΗ ΑΕΡΙΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ Στη φάση καύση αναφλέγεται η βιομάζα αποδίδοντας θερμοκρασία C και δημιουργείται η ζώνη καύσης. Στη φάση πυρόλυση δημιουργείται πάνω από την ζώνη καύσης η ζώνη πυρόλυσης σε περιοχή θερμοκρασιών από C. Στη φάση ξήρανση δημιουργείται πάνω από τη ζώνη πυρόλυσης η ζώνη ξήρανσης σε περιοχή θερμοκρασιών από C. Στη φάση αεριοποίηση δημιουργείται κάτω από την ζώνη καύσης η ζώνη αεριοποίησης σε περιοχή θερμοκρασιών C.

6 Α.2.Τεχνική περιγραφή : Ο αεριοποιητής κατασκευάζεται από χαλυβδόφυλλα πάχους 4 και 10 χιλιοστά. Η ζώνη καύσης από χάλυβα ανοξείδωτο πάχους 5 χιλιοστά. Είναι ντυμένος εσωτερικά με πυρότουβλα μαγνησιακά πάχους 26 χιλιοστών και αντοχής σε θερμοκρασία 1600 C. Α.3. 7 2. ΚΥΚΛΩΝΕΣ Το παραγόμενο αέριο εξέρχεται του αεριοποιητή και εισέρχεται σε 2 εν σειρά κυκλώνες για την απομάκρυνση αιωρούμενων σωματιδίων. Ο πρώτος κυκλώνας είναι <συμβατικός> για την απομάκρυνση μεγάλωνμεσαίων σωματιδίων και ο δεύτερος κυκλώνας είναι <υψηλής απόδοσης> για την απομάκρυνση μικρών και πολύ μικρών σωματιδίων. Με τον τρόπο αυτόν απαλλάσσεται το αέριο από σωματίδια και εξασφαλίζεται η καθαρότητα του. Στο κάτω μέρος κάθε κυκλώνα ξεχωριστά υπάρχει δοχείο συλλογής με θυρίδα για την απομάκρυνση των σωματιδίων. 3. ΨΥΚΤΡΕΣ Το απαλλαγμένο από σωματίδια αέριο, μετά τους κυκλώνες, έχει θερμοκρασία C, για το λόγο αυτό πρέπει να ψυχθεί. Η ψύξη του αερίου επιτυγχάνεται με διπλό σύστημα ψύξης από δυο Ψήκτρες συνδεδεμένες σε σειρά. Η πρώτη ψήκτρα είναι υδρόψυκτη (ψυκτικό μέσο νερό) και κατεβάζει τη θερμοκρασία του αερίου στους C. Η δεύτερη

8 ψήκτρα είναι αερόψυκτη και κατεβάζει την θερμοκρασία του αερίου C. Στο κάτω μέρος οι ψήκτρες διαθέτουν βάνες για την αποστράγγιση τυχών υγρασίας από την συμπύκνωση της τυχόν υγρασίας του αερίου. 4. Φίλτρα Το κρύο αέριο πλέον απαλλαγμένο από σωματίδια οδηγείται σε φίλτρα για να επιτευχτεί ο τέλειος καθαρισμός του από οποιαδήποτε ξένα σωματίδια. Αρχικά περνάει από στρώμα με πριονίδι, στο πρώτο φίλτρο και κατόπιν από σακόφιλτρα στο δεύτερο φίλτρο. Τα φίλτρα είναι πλήρως προσβάσημα για τον καθαρισμό ή την αντικατάστασή τους. 5. ΔΕΞΑΜΕΝΗ ΑΕΡΙΟΥ ΣΥΝΘΕΣΗΣ To παραγόμενο αέριο συγκεντρώνεται στη δεξαμενή. Η δεξαμενή φέρει βάνα για των έλεγχο τις ποιότητας του αερίου (αν είναι αναφλέξιμο)

9 6. Κινητήρας-Γεννήτρια ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος Η γεννήτρα είναι γεννήτρια κατασκευασμένη αποκλείστηκα για το παραγόμενο αέριο (syngas).

10 Technical Proposal of 1100KW Biomass Generating Set PART 1: PROJECT SUMMARY Project Name: 1100KW Low Speed Biomass Power Generating Station Project Location: TBA Project Contents: By using crops straws, wood chips etc. as material to get biomass through gasification. After filtering, dehydrating, taking-away tar oil and other treatments, the biomass get into gas tank, then to be entered into gas engine for power generating. At the same time, by CHP System, make use of generator set exhaust gas to make steam or hot water for beneficial use. Project Scale:TBA PART 2: FEASURES AND ADVANTAGES OF 300 SERIES BIOMASS ENGINES 300 series biomass gas engine, using rice hull, straws, wood powder or wood chips as materials to produce combustive biomass through gasifier to drive the engine. Using rice hull, straws, wood powder, wood chips to replace the expensive oil resources can have comprehensive economic profit and eliminate the pollution at the same time. On the basis of biomass combustion features like low calorific value and high tar oil, our company, combined 9300 series diesel engine characteristics like big bore and long stroke, cooperated with some famous institutes and universities, using their cycling fluidized bed gasifier techniques, successfully developed 9300 series biomass gas engine with characteristics of compact structure, easy operation, reasonable layout, easy to maintain etc. 2.1 Technical characteristics At present, such genset in our domestic market, mostly are medium or high speed engines, and is not suitable for combustion. In practice, 300 series gas engine has obvious advantages compared to domestic similar products Large cylinder can ensure genset s continuous and constant power output. 300 Series Biomass Engines are improved and developed from 9300 diesel engine with large cylinder bore (300mm), long stroke(380mm), low rotation speed, etc. compared with high-speed gas genset, our low-speed gas genset is more suitable for biomass. It ensures the genset power output continuously and constantly Low speed can ensure genset s long life-span. The engine speed of 300 series biomass genset is 500r/min or 600r/min or 750r/min, low rotation speed can reduce the engine s abrasion, extend engine parts life-time, reduces spare parts storage, and increases customer s economic benefits. For example, low rotation speed means low requirement to the clearance between shaft and bearings, less abrasion between shaft and bearings. Low rotation speed means low activity frequency of air valve and less abrasion between air valve and valve seat, the engine needn t to change air valve and valve seat after running more than one years. While for high speed gas genset, air-valve and valve-seat should be replaced around every 5000 hours.

11 2.1.3 Conspicuous advantages for gas mixture (1). Gas mixture device adopts Venturi-tube type mixer, coupled with correct valve timing and reasonable firing advance angle to facilitate the full combustion of biomass gas. (2). Reasonable design of air intake system can ensure the mixture of air and biomass gas more even and burning more completely. Explosion-proof doors installed at the both ends of intake valve can guarantee working security. (3). Specially-designed intake-tube can reduce tar s coagulation in the tube and make it much easier to maintain. (4). Rational design of cam and right choosing intake and exhaust timing can make the open time and overlap angle of intake and exhaust valve in a reasonable range, which will reduce the risk of intake tube backfire, and also guarantee the engine scavenging in a certain extent, and this will help to reduce the exhaust temperature. (5). Exhaust pipe adopts water-cooled structure can lower the temperature surrounding the generator Naturally aspiration ensures the safety transmission of gas. 300 Series biomass engines is developed on the basis of big displacement 9300 series diesel genset which makes the low-pressure gas and air been naturally inhaled by the engine (gas sources pressure should be bigger than 2kPa only), this makes our gas genset broader scope of application, and further, low pressure delivery of gas is much safer. Self-suction intake, the gas mixtures go directly into the combustion chamber after mixing, no turbochargers, intercooler, etc, and fewer parts means less malfunction rates. Turbocharger uses the exhaust gas from the engine as motive power; over 500 heat will shorten the life of engine components, and also turbocharger is a threat to the mixed gas. If couldn t deal with them well, gas will easily blasters. Intercooler is to cool the gas mixtures from the turbocharger. 12 recover waste heat fully to provide heating, bath or other uses, hot water or steam is optional Low Noise Our biomass gensets low-speed makes the noise comparative lower, and the max. Noise doesn t exceed 100dB. Through silencer, the noise will be less than 70dB. While for high speed engine, the noise is usually above 110 db. In the switch cabinet, there is lightning arrester to prevent the genset from lightning strike. Factories owner should set up measures like fire prevention, lightning protection. Lubrication oil consumption is less than 0.8 g/kw.h; Lubrication oil class: 40CD or 15W40CD(GB/T )or SAE40; Engine s high & low temperature cycle adopts softened water. Cooling water should be clean water slightly alkaline, shall not contain corrosive compound, such as chloride, sulfate, or acid, etc. Its main index are as follows: Total Hardness (CaCO3) 100ppm Chloride-ion Content<150mg/L; PH Value 7~ Gas sources requirement

14 Before entering into engine, biomass gas should do appropriate filter, gas-liquid separation and pressure regulation. If biomass temperature is too high, cooling treatment should be adopted. Liquid content in the biomass is strictly forbidden. Pressure change rate 1kPa/min, tar content 50mg/Nm3, impurity size 5μm, moisture content 20mg/Nm3, impurity content 30mg/Nm3, heat value 4MJ//Nm Ambient Environment requirement The genset can run stably, reliably, and continuously at following environmental conditions: ambient temperature: -20 ~+40, relative humidity<90%(20 ), height above sea level 2500m. In standard conditions (atmospheric pressure 100kPa, environment temperature: 25 c, air relative humidity 30%) can discharge rated power stably. 3.5 Each system simply introduction (please refer to genset user manuals) Air intake system After coming out from gas tanks, biomass will be delivered to generator rooms via pipes. Biomass intake system adopts single gas mains. Genset s biomass pipelines are connected to the single gas mains, through the magnetic valve, ball valve, mixer to get into the genset combustion chamber, and at last biomass is ignited by spark plug to drive the genset to generate electricity Cooling System Regarding to cooling methods, gas engine is closed cooling, and could be changed to open cooling. In order to improve the corrosion-resistance performance of cylinder block, cylinder liner, etc, increase thermal efficiency, the cooling system is closed cooling. The cylinder and heat-resistant water chamber of cylinder-head exhaust-pipes are cooled by fresh water. Lubrication oil cooler and fresh water coolers are cooled by water in the cooling tower. High temperature cycle (called inner cycle) is mainly to cool parts like the cylinder block, cylinder liner, cylinder head, etc. Low temperature cycle (called outer cycle) is mainly through heat-exchanger to cool the lubrication oil and cooling water in the high temperature cycle; the water in the low temperature cycle is cooled by cooling tower, its water temperature is about Cooling water for low temperature cycle is 70m3/h, through the heat changer, temperature is increased by 15. The inner cycle used softened water; the consumption rate for each genset is about 5kg per day. 15 3.5.3 Starting System 300 series biomass generator set start with the method of compressed air through the air distributor Power Distribution System Each genset has one switch cabinet to realize electricity transmission and relative protection to the genset, such as over current, reverse power, overvoltage, overload, under-voltage and so on, and control the genset switch on, break-brake, parallel connection, active and reactive power regulations, etc. The switch cabinet is connected with cables, inlet cables from the bottom, and outlet cables from the top. After parallel operation with switch cabinet, the electricity produced by genset comes to the lower voltage side of step-up transformer. If it is high-voltage genset, there is no need of step-up transformer, the generator can generate 10.5kv and 6.3kv electricity and delivered to the state grid directly. DC24V supplies 24V direct current to genset ignition system, alarm system, etc. Power station switch cabinet is mainly used for distributing the electricity generated by power station, such as air compressor control, cooling tower blower control, cycling water pump control, softened water control and so on. At the same time, it can also satisfy the requirement of direct regulated power supply.
