1 1. Απαιτείται η έκδοση εγγυητικής επιστολής συμμετοχής εκ μέρους των διαγωνιζομένων για τη συμμετοχή τους στο διαγωνισμό του έργου του θέματος και αν απαιτείται πιο θα είναι το ύψος αυτής? Is a bank guarantee of good execution needed on behalf of the bidders for their participation to the tender of the project, and if yes what is its amount? Answer: No bank guarantee of good execution is needed. 2. Please inform us if the safety flooring can be made with epdm tiles (50X50X5 cm) instead of epdm flooring - poured in place. The epdm tiles cost half the price of poured in place epdm and, as far as we know, is the approved solution for RITSONA & MALAKASA sites. Answer: Actually, the safety floor consists of rubber safety tiles fixed on top of a base of concrete of about 12 cm width constructed on the ground. See the attached specifications. 3. Kindly inform us on the changes to the BOQs that you mentioned during the site visit, as well as on any other change and useful information that may apply. 4. Is the height of the light columns specified? Answer: yes, 7m 5. Are there any technical requirements regarding the light columns? If so, is a lighting design considered necessary? Answer: please see the attached specification 6. Are there any technical requirements regarding the cast safety floors (e.g. thickness)? Answer: See answer Will a quality certification regarding the child play areas be required? If so, who is going to be responsible for it? Answer: The quality certification of a playground as a whole is necessary according to the Greek legislation and is provided after the completion of works by the so called Playground Inspection Committee. The municipality of Lagadas will be responsible for this. 1

2 8. Due to the fact that the installation of an electrical panel board is not mentioned in your invitation to bid, is one going to be needed? If that is the case, who will handle the cost of the connection to the electrical grid? Answer: Responsibility of contractor, please quote for panel board & connection 9. Ποιος είναι ο ακριβής χρόνος παράδοσης του έργου, διότι στην πρόσκληση αναφέρεται ως χρόνος παράδοσης οι δύο εβδομάδες, αλλά επίσης αναφέρεται ότι ο ακριβής χρόνος θα συμφωνηθεί με την τεχνική ομάδα. Θεωρούμε ότι ο χρόνος παράδοσης των δυο εβδομάδων είναι ελάχιστος και μη εφικτός Which is the exact time for the completion of the project? The invitation mentions two weeks, but it also mentions that the exact time will be agreed along with the technical team. We think that a two weeks period is too little for such a project. Answer: Three weeks after the beginning of the works. 10. Όσον αφορά τα όργανα της εκάστοτε παιδικής χαράς δεν υπάρχουν σχέδια με λεπτομέρειες στη μελέτη (όψεις, τομές κλπ) ούτε λεκτική περιγραφή για τα υλικά κατασκευής τους. Υπάρχει πληθώρα οργάνων στο εμπόριο τα οποία πληρούν τα ελληνικά πρότυπα και τα οποία έχουν μεγάλη διαφορά μεταξύ τους σε επίπεδο τιμής. Μπορείτε να μας δώσετε περαιτέρω πληροφορίες για τα όργανα των παιδικών χαρών? (τουλάχιστον για το σύνθετο όργανο θα πρέπει να δοθούν περισσότερες πληροφορίες) Regarding the items of all playgrounds, there are not drawings attached to the describing the constructive details, nor the constructive materials. There are too many such items in the market which meets the Greek standards, but with large differences in the cost. Can you please give more details regarding the items of the playgrounds? 11. Στην παιδική χαρά Νο1 (Lagkadikia Village) αναφέρονται στον προϋπολογισμό μελέτης 3 σιδηροϊστοί φωτισμού παρόμοιοι με τους υπάρχοντες, ενώ κατά την επιτόπου αυτοψία παρατηρήσαμε μόνο ένα στύλο της ΔΕΗ με έναν βραχίονα φωτισμού επάνω του. Τι θα υπολογίσουμε τελικά? In playground 1 (Lagadikia village), the BoQ mentions 3 steel polls for electric lighting, similar to the existing, while on our visit we found only one poll of the public electric company with a lighting branch on it. Finally, what is going to be constructed? Answer: As it was clarified on site, the contractor is going to install helogen light in second branch instead of 3 steel poles, similar to the existing, on the existing pole. 12. 3 13. Από που και πως θα γίνει η ηλεκτροδότηση του δικτύου των νέων σιδηροϊστών φωτισμού? How the lighting network of each playground will be connected to electricity? Answer: Connection to the public electric company network. The connection is included in the contractor s work. 14. Από που θα γίνεται ο έλεγχος των νέων φωτιστικών, απαιτείται πίλαρ φωτισμού? How the new lights will be controlled? Is it necessary to go for the construction of a lighting pillar? 15. Θα μας δώσετε λεπτομέρεια και προδιαγραφές για την κατασκευή του δικτύου ηλεκτροφωτισμού? Η συγκεκριμένη ερώτηση ισχύει για όλες τις παιδικές χαρές καθόσον σε καμία περίπτωσης δεν παρατηρήσαμε υφιστάμενους σιδηροϊστούς. Are you going to give details and specifications for the construction of the electric lighting network? This concerns all playgrounds, as we did not notice existing steel polls to no one of them. Answer: This is part of contractor job 16. Κατά την αυτοψία που πραγματοποιήσαμε στην παιδική χαρά Νο1 (Lagkadikia Village) ο υπεύθυνος της τεχνικής σας ομάδας μας ανέφερε οτι τελικά δεν θα γίνει η ξύλινη περίφραξη της παιδικής χαράς. Παρακαλούμε επιβεβαιώστε το. Στην περίπτωση που θα γίνει η ξύλινη περίφραξη απαιτείται πόρτα? (στις άλλες παιδικές χαρές αναφέρετε ξεχωριστά την κατασκευή της ξύλινης θύρας της περίφραξης) During the visit to the playground 1 (Lagadikia Village), the representative of the technical team mentioned that the wooden fence is not going to be constructed. Please confirm. In case that the wooden fence is going to be constructed, what about the construction of a door? (In the other playgrounds, the construction of the door is an individual article in BOQ). Answer: Construction of the missing part of the fence of about 15 m length, similar to the existing one, with no door on it. 17. Δεν υπάρχει στη μελέτη σχέδιο λεπτομέρειας της ξύλινης περίφραξης, όσον αφορά υλικό κατασκευής, διατομές, ύψος, τρόπος πάκτωσης κλπ. Πρέπει να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι υπάρχουν πολλών τύπων ξύλινες περιφράξεις, οι οποίες πληρούν τα ελληνικά πρότυπα. In your , there is no drawing for the constructive details of the wooden fence, regarding the material, the dimensions, the way of fixing into the ground etc. But you have to take into account that there are many types of wooden fences that meets the Greek standards. 3

4 18. Όσον αφορά το δάπεδο ασφαλείας πρέπει απαραιτήτως να διευκρινιστεί αν αυτό θα είναι χυτό ή θα αποτελείται από ελαστικά πλακίδια ασφαλείας κατάλληλου πάχους? Δεν αναφέρεται πουθενά το απαιτούμενο πάχος του δαπέδου ούτε και το ύψος πτώσης από το οποίο μπορεί να προκύψει το απαιτούμενο πάχος. Το δάπεδο ασφαλείας πρέπει υποχρεωτικά να είναι σαφώς εγκιβωτισμένο και να έχει την κατάλληλη υπόβαση από θραυστό υλικό λατομείου ή σκυρόδεμα, κάτι που δεν περιγράφεται στη μελέτη. Θα μας δώσετε λεπτομέρειες για τον εγκιβωτισμό και την υπόβαση του ελαστικού δαπέδου, ώστε όλοι οι διαγωνιζόμενοι να εκτιμήσουμε τα ίδια υλικά κατασκευής? Regarding the safety floor, you must clarify if it is going to be poured in situ or be constructed with elastic tiles of the proper thickness. You don t mention the needed width of the floor, or the height of fall from which the width of the floor could be estimated. This safety floor must be peripheral limited and have a proper base of aggregate or concrete, something you don t mention. Will you give details about the way of the peripheral boxing of the elastic floor and the base underneath it, so that all competitors can compete on equal conditions? Answer: See answer Τα υλικά τα οποία πρόκειται να αποξηλωθούν από τις παιδικές χαρές θα παραδοθούν σε εσάς, στον Δήμο ή θα πάνε σε σύστημα ανακύκλωσης με δαπάνες του αναδόχου? Who is going to take the existing items that will be dismantled in the playgrounds? Would be you, the municipality, or the contractor has to pay to drive them for recycling? Answer: The dismantlement of the existing items is included in the contractor s commitments. The dismantled items will be collected by the municipality of Lagadas from site. 20. Η πιστοποίηση των παιδικών χαρών από αρμόδιο φορέα θα γίνει με μέριμνα και δαπάνη του αναδόχου? Στην περίπτωση που το επιθυμείτε θα πρέπει στη μελέτη να προστεθεί περαιτέρω εξοπλισμός στις παιδικές χαρές (όπως βρύσες κλπ), διότι διαφορετικά δε θα μπορούν να πιστοποιηθούν. Is the final certification of the playgrounds by some competent institution going to be done by the contractor under his care and expenses? If yes, more equipment have to be added (such as water taps etc), else the playgrounds would be impossible to be given a certification. Answer: See answer Υπάρχει πληθώρα ξύλινων καθιστικών (παγκάκια) στο εμπόριο τα οποία πληρούν τα ελληνικά πρότυπα. Θα μας δώσετε περαιτέρω πληροφορίες για τα ξύλινα καθιστικά, ώστε να προσφέρουν οι διαγωνιζόμενοι στην ίδια βάση? There is a big variety of wooden benches in the market that meet the Greek standards. Are you going to give specifications for them, so that the bidders to compete on equal conditions? 4

5 22. Στα σχέδια της μελέτης το ελαστικό δάπεδο ασφαλείας φαίνεται να είναι μόνο κάτω από τα όργανα, παρόλα αυτά οι ποσότητες των προϋπολογισμών είναι κατά πολύ μεγαλύτερες από αυτό. Σε ποιά έκταση θα κατασκευαστούν τελικά τα δάπεδα ασφαλείας? In the drawings, the elastic safety floor seems to lay only under the items, but the quantities described in the BOQs shows that it is by far more than that. Which is the area that is going to be covered with safety floor? Answer: Follow the drawings. 23. Στην παιδική χαρά Νο1 (Lagkadikia Village) στο σχέδιο της μελέτης φαίνονται παιχνίδια ελατηρίου, παγκάκια και κάδοι απορριμμάτων, τα οποία δεν υπάρχουν στον προϋπολογισμό μελέτης. Τι θα υπολογίσουν οι διαγωνιζόμενοι? In playground 1 (Lagadikia Village), there are seesaws, benches and dustbins in the drawing, which are not mentioned in the BOQ. What will the bidders take into account? 24. Στην παιδική χαρά Νο2 (Lagkadikia Village-site 2) στο σχέδιο της μελέτης φαίνονται δύο σύνθετα όργανα διαφορετικών όμως διαστάσεων, τα οποία όμως στον προϋπολογισμό μελέτης είναι ένα άρθρο με ποσότητα δύο τεμάχια. Τι ισχύει τελικά? In playground 2 (Lagadikia Village - site 2), there are two compound items in the drawing, but of different size, while in the BOQ there is only one article describing two same items. What are we going to take into account? Answer: Only one type of compound item according to the attached specifications. 25. Τι θα υπολογίσουμε τελικά? In playground 4 (refugee site), there are two seesaws items (a motorbike and a squirrel) in the BOQ, but nothing in the drawing. What are we going to take into account? 31. Στην παιδική χαρά Νο4 (Refugee Site) στο σχέδιο της μελέτης διαφαίνονται 6 σιδηροϊστοί φωτισμού και 6 μεταλλικοί κάδοι απορριμμάτων, οι οποίοι δεν αναφέρονται πουθενά στον προϋπολογισμό μελέτης. Τι θα υπολογίσουμε τελικά? In playground 4 (refugee site), there are 6 steel lighting polls and 6 metal dustbins in the drawing which are not mentioned in the BoQ. I would like to ask you a question about the Compound Equipment and it is the following: The only information about it is the drawings? Can you specify which the parts of it are? (Stair, slide etc.) 6
