If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. Do not wash the air conditioner with water to avoid electric shock. Do not spray water on indoor unit. It may cause electric shock or malfunction. After removing the filter, do not touch fins to avoid injury. Do not use fire or hair dryer to dry the filter to avoid deformation or fire hazard. 2

6 Precautions WARNING Maintenance must be performed by qualified professionals. Otherwise, it may cause personal injury or damage. Do not repair air conditioner by yourself. It may cause electric shock or damage. Please contact dealer when you need to repair air conditioner. Do not extend fingers or objects into air inlet or air outlet. It may cause personal injury or damage. Do not block air outlet or air inlet. It may cause malfunction. Do not spill water on the remote controller, otherwise the remote controller may be broken. When below phenomenon occurs, please turn off air conditioner and disconnect power immediately, and then contact the dealer or qualified professionals for service. Power cord is overheating or damaged. There s abnormal sound during operation. Circuit break trips off frequently. Air conditioner gives off burning smell. Indoor unit is leaking. If the air conditioner operates under abnormal conditions, it may cause malfunction, electric shock or fire hazard. When turning on or turning off the unit by emergency operation switch, please press this switch with an insulating object other than metal. Do not step on top panel of outdoor unit, or put heavy objects. It may cause damage or personal injury. 3

7 Precautions WARNING Attachment Installation must be performed by qualified professionals. Otherwise, it may cause personal injury or damage. Must follow the electric safety regulations when installing the unit. According to the local safety regulations, use qualified power supply circuit and circuit break. Do install the circuit break. If not, it may cause malfunction. An all-pole disconnection switch having a contact separation of at least 3mm in all poles should be connected in fixed wiring. Including an circuit break with suitable capacity, please note the following table.air switch should be included magnet buckle and heating buckle function, it can protect the circuit-short and overload. Air Conditioner should be properly grounded. Incorrect grounding may cause electric shock. Don't use unqualified power cord. Make sure the power supply matches with the requirement of air conditioner.unstable power supply or incorrect wiring or malfunction. Please install proper power supply cables before using the air conditioner. Properly connect the live wire, neutral wire and grounding wire of power socket. Be sure to cut off the power supply before proceeding any work related to electricity and safety. 4

8 Precautions WARNING Do not put through the power before finishing installation. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. The temperature of refrigerant circuit will be high, please keep the interconnection cable away from the copper tube. The appliance shall be installed in accordance with national wiring regulations. Installation must be performed in accordance with the requirement of NEC and CEC by authorized personnel only. The air conditioner is the first class electric appliance. It must be properly grounding with specialized grounding device by a professional. Please make sure it is always grounded effectively, otherwise it may cause electric shock. The yellow-green wire in air conditioner is grounding wire, which can't be used for other purposes. The grounding resistance should comply with national electric safety regulations. The appliance must be positioned so that the plug is accessible. All wires of indoor unit and outdoor unit should be connected by a professional. If the length of power connection wire is insufficient, please contact the supplier for a new one. Avoid extending the wire by yourself. 5

9 Precautions WARNING For the air conditioner with plug, the plug should be reachable after finishing installation. For the air conditioner without plug, an circuit break must be installed in the line. If you need to relocate the air conditioner to another place, only the qualified person can perform the work. Otherwise, it may cause personal injury or damage. Select a location which is out of reach for children and far away from animals or plants.if it is unavoidable, please add the fence for safety purpose. The indoor unit should be installed close to the wall. Instructions for installation and use of this product are provided by the manufacturer. 11 Safety operation of flammable refrigerant Qualification requirement for installation and maintenance man All the work men who are engaging in the refrigeration system should bear the valid certification awarded by the authoritative organization and the qualification for dealing with the refrigeration system recognized by this industry. If it needs other technician to maintain and repair the appliance, they should be supervised by the person who bears the qualification for using the flammable refrigerant. It can only be repaired by the method suggested by the equipment s manufacturer. Installation notes The air conditioner is not allowed to use in a room that has running fire (such as fire source, working coal gas ware, operating heater). It is not allowed to drill hole or burn the connection pipe. The air conditioner must be installed in a room that is larger than the minimum room area. The minimum room area is shown on the nameplate or following table a. Check whether the maintenance area is well-ventilated. - The continuous ventilation status should be kept during the operation process. Check whether there is fire source or potential fire source in the maintenance area. - The naked flame is prohibited in the maintenance area; and the no smoking warning board should be hanged. Check whether the appliance mark is in good condition. - Replace the vague or damaged warning mark. Welding If you should cut or weld the refrigerant system pipes in the process of maintaining, please follow the steps as below: 8

12 Safety operation of flammable refrigerant a. Shut down the unit and cut power supply b. Eliminate the refrigerant c. Vacuuming d. Clean it with N2 gas e. Cutting or welding f. Carry back to the service spot for welding The refrigerant should be recycled into the specialized storage tank. Make sure that there isn t any naked flame near the outlet of the vacuum pump and it s well-ventilated. Filling the refrigerant Use the refrigerant filling appliances specialized for R32. Make sure that different kinds of refrigerant won t contaminate with each other. The refrigerant tank should be kept upright at the time of filling refrigerant. Stick the label on the system after filling is finished (or haven t finished). Don t overfilling. After filling is finished, please do the leakage detection before test running; another time of leak detection should be done when it s removed. Safety instructions for transportation and storage Please use the flammable gas detector to check before unload and open the container. No fire source and smoking. According to the local rules and laws. 9

14 Safety precautions for installing and relocating the unit To ensure safety, please be mindful of the following precautions. Warning When installing or relocating the unit, be sure to keep the refrigerant circuit free from air or substances other than the specified refrigerant. Any presence of air or other foreign substance in the refrigerant circuit will cause system pressure rise or compressor rupture, resulting in injury. When installing or moving this unit, do not charge the refrigerant which is not comply with that on the nameplate or unqualified refrigerant. Otherwise, it may cause abnormal operation, wrong action, mechanical malfunction or even series safety accident. When refrigerant needs to be recovered during relocating or repairing the unit, be sure that the unit is running in cooling mode.then, fully close the valve at high pressure side (liquid valve).about seconds later, fully close the valve at low pressure side (gas valve), immediately stop the unit and disconnect power. Please note that the time for refrigerant recovery should not exceed 1 minute. If refrigerant recovery takes too much time, air may be sucked in and cause pressure rise or compressor rupture, resulting in injury. During refrigerant recovery, make sure that liquid valve and gas valve are fully closed and power is disconnected before detaching the connection pipe. If compressor starts running when stop valve is open and connection pipe is not yet connected, air will be sucked in and cause pressure rise or compressor rupture, resulting in injury. When installing the unit, make sure that connection pipe is securely connected before the compressor starts running. Prohibit installing the unit at the place where there may be leaked corrosive gas or flammable gas. If there leaked gas around the unit, it may cause explosion and other accidents. Poor connections may lead to electric shock or fire. Use the specified types of wires for electrical connections between the indoor and outdoor units. Firmly clamp the wires so that their terminals receive no external stresses. Electric wires with insufficient capacity, wrong wire connections and insecure wire terminals may cause electric shock or fire. 11

Selection of installation location Basic requirement Installing the unit in the following places maycause malfunction. If it is unavoidable, please consult the localdealer: 1.The place with strong heat sources, vapors, flammableor explosive gas, or volatile objects spread in the air. 2.The place with high-frequency devices (such as welding machine, medical equipment). 3. The place near coast area. 4. The place with oil or fumes in the air. 5. The place with sulfureted gas. 6. Other places with special circumstances. 7. The appliance shall not be installed in the laundry. Outdoor unit will not affect neighborhood. 2. The location should be well ventilated and dry, in which the outdoor unit won't be exposed directly to sunlight or strong wind. 3. The location should be able to withstand the weight of outdoor unit. 4. Make sure that the installation follows the requirement of installation dimension diagram. 5. Select a location which is out of reach for children and far away from animals or plants.if it is unavoidable, please add the fence for safety purpose. 12

17 Installation of outdoor unit (select it according to the actual installation situation) 1. Select installation location according to the house structure. 2. Fix the support of outdoor unit on the selected location with expansion screws. Note: installing the outdoor unit. Make sure the support can withstand at least four times of the unit weight. The outdoor unit should be installed at least joint. For the unit with cooling capacity of 2300W ~5000W, 6 expansion screws are needed; for the unit with cooling capacity of 6000W ~8000W, 8 expansion screws are needed; for the unit with cooling capacity of 10000W ~16000W, 10 expansion screws are needed. at least 3cm above the floor Step two: install drain joint (Only for cooling and heating unit) 1. 19 Installation of outdoor unit 2. Fix the power connection wire and signal control wire with wire clip (only for cooling and heating unit). Note: Never cut the power connection wire to prolong or shorten the distance. Step six: neaten the pipes 1. The pipes should be placed along the wall, bent reasonably and hidden possibly. Min. semidiameter of bending the pipe is 10cm. 2. If the outdoor unit is higher than the wall hole, you must set a U-shaped curve in the pipe before pipe goes into the room, in order to prevent rain from getting into the room. 20 Vacuum pumping Use vacuum pump 1. Remove the valve caps on the liquid valve and gas valve and the nut of refrigerant charging vent. 2. Connect the charging hose of piezometer to the refrigerant charging vent of gas valve and then connect the other charging hose to the vacuum pump. 3. Open the piezometer completely and operate for 10-15min to check if the pressure of piezometer remains in -0.1MPa. 4. Close the vacuum pump and maintain this status for 1-2min to check if the pressure of piezometer remains liquid valve gas valve refrigerant charging vent nut of refrigerant charging vent piezometer valve cap inner hexagon spanner vacuum pump close open in -0.1MPa. If the pressure decreases, there may be leakage. 5. Remove the piezometer, open the valve core of liquid valve and gas valve completely with inner hexagon spanner. 6. Tighten the screw caps of valves and refrigerant charging vent. Lo Hi Leakage detection 1. With leakage detector: Check if there is leakage with leakage detector. 2. With soap water: If leakage detector is not available, please use soap water for leakage detection. Apply soap water at the suspected position and keep the soap water for more than 3min. If there are air bubbles coming out of this position, there's a leakage. 17

Preparation of test operation The client approves the air conditioner. Specify the important notes for air conditioner to the client. 2. Press MODE button to select AUTO, COOL, DRY, FAN and HEAT to check whether the operation is normal or not. If the ambient temperature is lower than 16, the air conditioner can t start cooling. 18

The calculation method of additional refrigerant charging amount (on the basis of liquid pipe): (1) Additional refrigerant charging amount= prolonged length of liquid pipe additional refrigerant charging amount per meter (2) Basing on the length of standard pipe, add refrigerant according to the requirement as shown in the table. The additional refrigerant charging amount per meter is different according to the diameter of liquid pipe. See Sheet 2. 19

24 Pipe expanding method Note: Improper pipe expanding is the main cause of refrigerant leakage. 27 Παρακαλούμε διαβάστε προσεκτικά τις οδηγίες λειτουργία: Συσκευές με εύφλεκτο αέριο R32. Προτού χρησιμοποιήσετε τη συσκευή, διαβάστε το εγχειρίδιο χρήσης. Προτού εγκαταστήσετε τη συσκευή, διαβάστε το εγχειρίδιο με τις οδηγίες εγκατάστασης. Προτού επισκευάσετε τη συσκευή, διαβάστε το εγχειρίδιο σέρβις. Οι εικόνες στο παρόν εγχειρίδιο μπορεί να διαφέρουν με τα πραγματικά αντικείμενα, παρακαλούμε ανατρέξτε στο πραγματικά αντικείμενα. Ψυκτικό Υγρό Για τη λειτουργία του κλιματιστικού υπάρχει ειδικό σύστημα ψυκτικού υγρού. Το ψυκτικό που χρησιμοποιείται είναι R32, το οποίο είναι ειδικά επεξεργασμένο. Το συγκεκριμένο ψυκτικό υγρό είναι εύφλεκτο και άοσμο και μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε έκρηξη υπό ειδικές συνθήκες ύπαρξης φωτιάς. Συγκριτικά με τα συνηθισμένα ψυκτικά υγρά, το R32 δεν επιβαρύνει το περιβάλλον και έχει χαμηλή επίπτωση στο φαινόμενο του θερμοκηπίου. Το R32 έχει πολύ εξελιγμένες θερμοδυναμικές ιδιότητες με αποτέλεσμα τη βέλτιστη απόδοση των κλιματιστικών που τα περιέχουν, καθώς και μειωμένη ποσότητα προσθήκης ψυκτικού. ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: Μην χρησιμοποιείται μέσα για την αποπάγωση ή τον καθαρισμό πέραν αυτών που ενδείκνυνται από τον κατασκευαστή. Για την επισκευή της συσκευής επικοινωνήστε με εξουσιοδοτημένο κέντρο σέρβις. Η επισκευή από μη εξουσιοδοτημένο τεχνικό μπορεί να είναι επικίνδυνη. Η μονάδα θα πρέπει να τοποθετηθεί σε δωμάτιο χωρίς αυτανάφλεκτες πηγές. (πχ. Φλόγα, συσκευές αερίου και ηλεκτρικές θερμάστρες) Μην τρυπήσετε ή κάψετε το κύκλωμα. Η μονάδα θα πρέπει να εγκατασταθεί σε δωμάτιο με επιφάνεια εδάφους μεγαλύτερη από «Χ»m 2 (δείτε Πίνακα 1). Για συσκευές που περιέχουν ψυκτικό υγρό R32, η επισκευή πρέπει να γίνεται σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του κατασκευαστή και μόνο. Το ψυκτικό υγρό είναι άοσμο. Διαβάστε τις οδηγίες χρήσης. 1

28 Προφυλάξεις ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ Λειτουργία και Συντήρηση Αυτή η συσκευή μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί από παιδιά ηλικίας 8χρονών και άνω και από άτομα με μειωμένες σωματικές. αισθητηριακές ή διανοητικές ικανότητες ή έλλειψη εμπειρίας και γνώσης, εφόσον έχουν τύχει επίβλεψης ή εκπαίδευσης αναφορικά με τη ασφαλή χρήση της συσκευής και να κατανοούν τους κινδύνους που συνδέονται με αύτο. Τα παιδιά δεν πρέπει να παίζουν με τη συσκευή. Ο Καθαρισμός και η συντήρηση της μονάδας δεν θα πρέπει να γίνεται από παιδιά χωρίς επίβλεψη. Μην συνδέετε το κλιματιστικό σε προσαρμογέα (adaptor). Διαφορετικά μπορεί να προκληθεί πυρκαγιά Κατα τον καθαρισμό της μονάδας αποσυνδέστε την από την παροχή ρεύματος. Διαφορετικά, μπορεί να προκληθεί ηλεκτροπληξία. Εάν το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας έχει υποστεί ζημιά, πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί από τον αντιπρόσωπο σέρβις ή από άλλο εξειδικευμένο προσώπο, προκειμένου να αποφευχθεί ο κίνδυνος. Μην πλένετε το κλιματιστικό με νερό για να αποφύγετε ηλεκτροπληξία. Μην ψεκάζετε νερό πάνω εσωτερική μονάδα. Μπορεί να προκαλέσει ηλεκτροπληξία ή δυσλειτουργία. Μετά την αφαίρεση του φίλτρου, μην αγγίζετε τα πτερύγια για την αποφυγή τραυματισμού. Μη χρησιμοποιείτε φωτιά ή πιστολάκι μαλλιών για να στεγνώσει το φίλτρο για την αποφυγή παραμορφώσεων ή τον κίνδυνο πυρκαγιάς. 2

Μην προτάσσετε τα δάχτυλα σας ή μη πετάτε αντικείμενα μέσα στην είσοδο αέρα ή την έξοδο του αέρα. Ειδάλλως μπορεί να προκληθούν τραυματισμοί ή ζημιές. Μην εμποδίζετε την έξοδο ή είσοδο αέρα. Μπορεί να προκαλέσει δυσλειτουργία. Μην ρίχνετε νερό στο τηλεχειριστήριο, ειδάλλως το τηλεχειριστήριο θα χαλάσει Όταν ισχύουν κάποια από τα παρακάτω φαινόμενα, παρακαλούμε να απενεργοποιήσετε το κλιματιστικό και αποσυνδέστε την παροχή ρεύματος αμέσως, και, στη συνέχεια, επικοινωνήστε με τον αντιπρόσωπο ή εξειδικευμένους επαγγελματίες για την συντήρηση/επισκευή: Το καλώδιο παροχής ρεύματος εχει υπερθερμανθεί ή εχει υποστεί ζημιά Υπάρχει αφύσικος ήχος κατά τη λειτουργία. Τακτικές πτώσεις τάσεις Η κλιματιστική μόναδα αναδίδει μυρωδιά καμμένου Η εσωτερική μονάδα έχει διαρροή Αν το κλιματιστικό λειτουργεί κατώ από μη φυσιολογικές συνθήκες, μπορεί να προκαλέσει δυσλειτουργία, ηλεκτροπληξία ή κίνδυνο πυρκαγιάς. Σε περιπτωση που χρειαστεί να ενεργοποιήσετε ή να απενεργοποιήσετε το διακόπτη εκτακτής λειτουργίας χρησιμοποιήστε κάποιο μονωτικό υλικο. Μη χρησιμοποιήσετε υλικό από μεταλλό. Μην πατάτε πάνω στην εξωτερική μονάδα ή μη τοποθετείτε βαριά αντικείμενα. Αυτό μπορεί να προκαλέσει βλάβη ή τραυματισμό 3

Η ασφάλεια θα πρέπει να έχει το σωστό μέγεθος. Ο ασφαλειοδιακόπτης να είναι εξοπλισμένος κατάλληλα ετσι ώστε να αποφεύγονται βραχυκυκλώματα. Το κλιματιστικό πρέπει να είναι γειωμένο. Ανακριβής γείωση μπορεί να προκαλέσει ηλεκτροπληξία. Μη χρησιμοποιείτε ακατάλληλη καλωδίωση Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η παροχή ρεύματος αντιστοιχεί στις απαίτησεις του κλιματιστικού. Ασταθής τροφοδοσία ή λανθασμένη καλωδίωση μπορεί να προκαλέσει δυσλειτουργία. Παρακαλώ εγκαταστήστε την κατάλληλη καλωδίωση πριν από τη χρήση του κλιματιστικού. Συνδέστε σώστα την πρίζα στην υποδοχή Βεβαιωθείτε οτι αποσυνδέετε την μονάδα απο την παροχή ρεύματος πριν προχωρήσετε σε οποιαδήποτε εργασία που σχετίζεται με την παροχή ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος και την ασφάλεια 4

31 Προφυλάξεις ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ Μην ενεργοποιείτε το ρεύμα αν πρώτα δεν έχετε ολοκληρώσει την εγκατάσταση Εάν το καλώδιο τροφοδοσίας έχει υποστεί ζημιά, πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί από τον αντιπρόσωπο σέρβις ή από εξειδικευμένα άτομα, προς αποφυγή κινδύνου. Η θερμοκρασία του ψυκτικού κυκλώματος θα είναι υψηλή, παρακαλώ κρατήστε το καλώδιο διασύνδεσης μακριά από το σωλήνα χαλκού Η συσκευή πρέπει να εγκατασταθεί σύμφωνα με τους εθνικούς κανονισμούς καλωδίωσης Η εγκατάσταση πρέπει να εκτελείται μόνο από εξουσιοδοτημένο προσωπικό (σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα NEC και CEC) Το κλιματιστικό είναι η πρώτης κατηγορίας ηλεκτρική συσκευή. Θα πρέπει να είναι κατάλληλα συνδεμένη από έναν επαγγελματία. Παρακαλώ βεβαιωθείτε ότι είναι πάντα γειωμένη αποτελεσματικά, διαφορετικά μπορεί να προκληθεί ηλεκτροπληξία. Το κίτρινο-πράσινο σύρμα στο κλιματιστικό είναι καλώδιο γείωσης και δεν μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για άλλους σκοπούς Η αντίσταση γείωσης θα πρέπει να συμμορφώνεται με τους εθνικούς κανόνες ηλεκτρικής ασφαλείας. Η συσκευή πρέπει να τοποθετείται έτσι ώστε η πρίζα να είναι προσβάσιμη Η καλωδίωση τόσο της εξωτερικής μονάδας όσο και της εσωτερικής μοναδας πρέπει να πραγματοποιηθεί από εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό Αν το μήκος του καλωδίου σύνδεσης δεν επαρκεί, παρακαλώ επικοινωνήστε με τον προμηθευτή για ένα νέο. Αποφύγετε την επέκταση του από μόνοι σας. 5

32 Προφυλάξεις ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ Για το κλιματιστικό με βύσμα, το βύσμα θα πρέπει να είναι προσβάσιμο μετά την ολοκλήρωση της εγκατάστασης. Για το κλιματιστικό χωρίς βύσμα, πρέπει να εγκατασταθεί στη γραμμή μια αφαλεια λειτουργίας. Αν χρειαστεί να μετεγκαταστήσετε το κλιματιστικό σε άλλο μέρος, απευθυνθείτε σε εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό. Διαφορετικά, μπορεί να προκληθεί τραυματισμός ή βλάβη Επιλέξτε μια θέση που είναι μακριά από τα παιδιά και μακριά από τα ζώα ή τα φυτά. Αν είναι αναπόφευκτη η παρουσία, προσθέστε ένα φράχτη για ασφάλεια. Η εσωτερική μονάδα θα πρέπει να εγκατασταθεί στον τοίχο. Οδηγίες για την εγκατάσταση και χρήση της μονάδας παρέχονται από τον κατασκευαστή. 34 Ασφαλής Λειτουργία εύφλεκτου ψυκτικού υγρού Προϋποθέσεις εγκατάστασης και συντήρησης Όλοι οι εμπλεκόμενοι στην διαδικασία εγκατάστασης του ψυκτικού συστήματος θα πρέπει να είναι εξουσιοδοτημένοι τεχνικοί. Αν χρειαστεί η συντήρηση ή η επισκευή της συσκευής από άλλους τεχνικούς, θα πρέπει να επιβλέπονται από εξουσιοδοτημένο αρμόδιο τεχνικό για τη χρήση του εύφλεκτου ψυκτικού μέσου. Η επισκευή πρέπει να πραγματοποιείτε σύμφωνα με τη μέθοδο εξοπλισμού του κατασκευαστή. Οδηγίες Εγκατάστασης Το κλιματιστικό δεν επιτρέπεται να χρησιμοποιείται σε δωμάτιο που υπάρχει φωτιά (πχ. Πηγές φωτιάς, αέρια, θερμάστρα κλπ.) Δεν επιτρέπεται να τρυπήσετε ή να κάψετε τον αγωγό σύνδεσης. Το κλιματιστικό θα πρέπει να εγκατασταθεί σε δωμάτιο διαστάσεων μεγαλύτερων αυτών που παρουσιάζονται στον παρακάτω Πίνακα 1. Θα πρέπει πάντα να κάνετε έλεγχο για την αποφυγή διαρροής μετά την εγκατάσταση. Επιτρέπονται μόνο οι εγκεκριμένες διαστάσεις που αναγράφονται στο ταμπελάκι του κατασκευαστή. Ελέγξτε αν υπάρχει επαρκής εξαερισμός στο δωμάτιο που θα εγκαταστήσετε το κλιματιστικό σας. Θα πρέπει να πραγματοποιείται συνεχής εξαερισμός κατά τη διάρκεια που λειτουργεί η μονάδα. Ελέγξτε αν υπάρχουν πηγές φωτιάς ή πιθανές πηγές φωτιάς στο δωμάτιο που βρίσκεται το κλιματιστικό σας. Θα πρέπει να παρεμποδίζεται οποιαδήποτε μορφή φλόγας μέσα στο δωμάτιο καθώς και η αποφυγή καπνίσματος στον χώρο. Ελέγξτε αν το προειδοποιητικό σήμα είναι σε καλή κατάσταση πάνω στη μονάδα. Αντικαταστήστε το σε περίπτωση που είναι δυσδιάκριτο ή φθαρμένο. Συγκόλληση Σε περίπτωση που πρέπει να κόψετε ή συγκολλήσετε κάποιο μέρος από τους αγωγούς του συστήματος κατά τη διαδικασία εγκατάστασης, παρακαλούμε ακολουθήστε τα παρακάτω βήματα: 16 8

35 Ασφαλής Λειτουργία εύφλεκτου ψυκτικού υγρού Α. Απενεργοποιήστε τη μονάδα και αποσυνδέστε από το ρεύμα Β. Αφαιρέστε το ψυκτικό υγρό Γ. Εξαερώστε Δ. Καθαρίστε με αέριο N2 Ε. Μεταφέρετε στο σημείο σέρβις για τη συγκόλληση Το ψυκτικό υγρό θα πρέπει να ανακυκλώνεται σε συγκεκριμένους κάδους απόρριψης. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι δεν υπάρχει φλόγα κοντά στην βαλβίδα εξαέρωσης και εξασφαλίστε τον επαρκή εξαερισμό. Προσθήκη ψυκτικού μέσου Χρησιμοποιήστε ειδικές συσκευές για τη προσθήκη ψυκτικού υγρού R32. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι δεν υπάρχει ανάμειξη διαφορετικών ειδών ψυκτικών μέσων. Το δοχείο με το ψυκτικό υγρό θα πρέπει να βρίσκεται σε κατακόρυφη θέση σε όλη τη διάρκεια προσθήκης ψυκτικού μέσου. Κολλήστε το ταμπελάκι όταν ολοκληρωθεί η προσθήκη (ή δεν ολοκληρωθεί η προσθήκη) Μην γεμίζεται παραπάνω από όσο πρέπει. Μόλις ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία προσθήκης, πραγματοποιήστε τον απαραίτητο έλεγχο προς αποφυγή διαρροών, προτού ξεκινήσετε την λειτουργία της μονάδας. Οδηγίες μεταφοράς και αποθήκευσης Παρακαλούμε χρησιμοποιήστε ανιχνευτή εύφλεκτων αερίων για έλεγχο πριν το άδειασμα και άνοιγμα της συσκευασίας. Δεν θα πρέπει να υπάρχουν πηγές φωτιάς και καπνός από τσιγάρο. Θα πρέπει να πραγματοποιούνται σύμφωνα με τους τοπικούς κανονισμούς μεταφοράς και αποθήκευσης. 9

37 Οδηγίες ασφαλείας για την εγκατάσταση και μετακίνηση της μονάδας Για να εξασφαλίσετε την απαραίτητη ασφάλεια, παρακαλούμε λάβετε υπόψη τα παρακάτω. ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ Όταν εγκαθιστάτε ή μετακινείτε τη μονάδα, βεβαιωθείτε ότι το ψυκτικό κύκλωμα είναι απαλλαγμένο από συστατικά μη σύμφωνα με το συγκεκριμένο ψυκτικό υγρό. Η ύπαρξη αέρα ή άλλου διαφορετικού συστατικού στο ψυκτικό κύκλωμα μπορεί να προκαλέσει αύξησης της πίεσης στο κύκλωμα ή ρήξη του συμπιεστή, με αποτέλεσμα πιθανό τραυματισμό. Όταν εγκαθιστάτε ή μετακινείτε τη μονάδα, μην προσθέτετε ψυκτικό μέσο διαφορετικό από αυτό που αναγράφεται στο ταμπελάκι του κατασκευαστή πάνω στη μονάδα. Διαφορετικά, μπορεί να παρουσιαστεί ασυνήθιστη λειτουργία της μονάδας, λάθος ενέργειες, μηχανολογικές δυσλειτουργίες, ακόμα και ατυχήματα. Σε περίπτωση που πρέπει να προστεθεί ψυκτικό υγρό κατά την επανοτοποθέτηση ή επισκευή της μονάδας, βεβαιωθείτε ότι η μονάδα λειτουργεί σε κατάσταση ψύξης. Έπειτα, κλείστε πλήρως τη βαλβίδα υψηλής πίεσης (βαλβίδα υγρού). Μετά από το πέρας δευτερολέπτων κλείστε επαρκώς τη βαλβίδα χαμηλής πίεσης (βαλβίδα αερίου), σταματήστε αμέσως τη μονάδα και αποσυνδέστε από το ρεύμα. Παρακαλούμε σημειώστε ότι ο χρόνος ανάκτησης του ψυκτικού μέσου δεν θα πρέπει να ξεπερνά το 1 λεπτό. Σε περίπτωση που διαρκέσει παραπάνω, μπορεί να εισέλθει αέρας στο σύστημα και να προκαλέσει αύξηση της πίεσης ή ρήξη του συμπιεστή, με αποτέλεσμα πιθανά ατυχήματα. Κατά τη διάρκεια ανάκτησης του ψυκτικού μέσου, βεβαιωθείτε ότι οι βαλβίδες υγρού και αερίου είναι πλήρως κλειστές και έχει αποσυνδεθεί η μονάδα από το ρεύμα, προτού αφαιρέσετε τον αγωγό σύνδεσης. Σε περίπτωση που ξεκινήσει να λειτουργεί ο συμπιεστής ενώ η βαλβίδα είναι ανοιχτή και ο αγωγός σύνδεσης δεν έχει συνδεθεί ακόμα, υπάρχει πιθανότητα να εισέλθει αέρας και να προκαλέσει αύξηση της πίεσης ή ρήξη του συμπιεστή, με αποτέλεσμα πιθανά ατυχήματα. Όταν εγκαθιστάτε τη μονάδα, βεβαιωθείτε ότι ο αγωγός σύνδεσης είναι συνδεδεμένος με την απαραίτητα ασφάλεια, προτού αρχίσει να λειτουργεί ο συμπιεστής. Σε περίπτωση που ξεκινήσει να λειτουργεί ο συμπιεστής ενώ η βαλβίδα είναι ανοιχτή και ο αγωγός σύνδεσης δεν έχει συνδεθεί ακόμα, υπάρχει πιθανότητα να εισέλθει αέρας και να προκαλέσει αύξηση της πίεσης ή ρήξη του συμπιεστή, με αποτέλεσμα πιθανά ατυχήματα. Αποφύγετε την εγκατάσταση της μονάδας σε μέρη όπου υπάρχει διαρροή οξειδωτικών ή εύφλεκτων αερίων. Αν υπάρχει διαρροή γύρω από τη μονάδα, μπορεί να προκληθούν ατυχήματα ή πυρκαγιά. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε καλώδια επέκτασης για τις ηλεκτρολογικές συνδέσεις. Αν το μήκος του ηλεκτρολογικού καλωδίου δεν σας καλύπτει, παρακαλούμε επικοινωνήστε με τον αρμόδιο εξουσιοδοτημένο τεχνικό. Λανθασμένες συνδέσεις μπορεί να οδηγήσουν σε ηλεκτροπληξία ή πυρκαγιά. Χρησιμοποιήστε εγκεκριμένους τύπους καλωδίωσης για τις ηλεκτρολογικές συνδέσεις μεταξύ της εσωτερικής και της εξωτερικής μονάδας. Συγκεντρώστε και τυλίξτε όλα τα καλώδια ώστε να μην ασκούνται στις απολήξεις τους παραπάνω πιέσεις. Τα καλώδια με ελλιπή τάση, οι λανθασμένες ηλεκτρολογικές συνδέσεις και οι μη ασφαλείς απολήξεις καλωδίων μπορεί να προκαλέσουν ηλεκτροπληξία ή πυρκαγιά. 11

Σε περίπτωση που δεν υπάρχει άλλη εναλλακτική παρακαλούμε συμβουλευτείτε το σημείο πώλησης ή την αντιπροσωπεία 1. Μέρη με δυνατή εστία θερμότητας ή ατμού ή εύφλεκτων αερίων ή συνδιασμό των παραπάνω. 2. Μέρη με υψηλή συχνότητα ηλεκτρομαγνητικών κυμάτων όπως ραδιόφωνα, ιατρικά μηχανήματα κλπ. 3. Παράκτιες περιοχές. 4. Μέρη όπου υπάρχουν λάδια ή βιομηχανικά αέρια. 5. Μέρη οπου υπάρχει θειικό αέριο 6. Άλλα μέρη όπου επικρατούν ιδιαίτερες συνθήκες. 7. Η εσωτερική μονάδα δεν πρέπει να εγκαθιστάται μέσα στο μπάνιο. Εσωτερική μονάδα Προσέξτε να μην εμποδίζεται η είσοδος ή εξόδος του άερα κατα την λειτουργία της συσκευής. 2. Επιλέξτε ένα σημείο οπου μπορεί εύκολα να πραγματοποιείται η αποστράγγιση των συμπυκνωμάτων. 3. Επιλέξτε ένα σημείο βολικό για τη σύνδεση της εξωτερικής μονάδας σε πρίζα. 4.Επιλέξτε ένα σημειο οπου τα παιδιά δεν έχουν πρόσβαση. 5. Επιλέξτε ένα σημείο οπου μπορεί να αντέχει το βάρος της εωστερικής μονάδας και δεν θα αυξάνει το επίπεδο θορύβου και τις δονήσεις. 6. Η συσκευή πρέπει να εγκατασταθεί σε ένα σημείο 2,5 μέτρα από το πάτωμα. 7. Μην εγκαταστήσετε την μόναδα πάνω απο οποιαδήποτε ηλεκτρική συσκευή. 8. Για την καλύτερη λειτουργία αποφύγετε εντελώς χώρους οπου υφίστανται λαμπτήρες φθορίου 12

39 Απαιτήσεις για την ηλεκτρική σύνδεση Οδηγίες Ασφάλειας 1. Πρέπει να ακολουθούνται πιστά όλοι οι κανόνες που διέπουν τους τοπικούς κανονισμούς κατα την εγκατάσταση. 2. Σύμφωνα με τους τοπικούς κανονισμούς, χρησιμοποιήστε κατάλληλο κύκλωμα παροχής ρεύματος και ασφαλειοδιακόπτη. 3. Βεβαιωθείτε πως η παροχή ρεύματος συνάδει με τις απαιτήσεις του κλιματισμού. 4. Συνδέστε σωστά το καλώδιο της φάσης, του ουδέτερου και το καλώδιο γείωσης στην πρίζα. 5. Βεβαιωθείτε πως έχετε διακόψει την παροχή ρεύματος πριν προχωρήσετε σε οποιαδήποτε εργασία έχει να κάνει με το ρεύμα και την ασφάλεια. 6. Μην επαναφέρετε την παροχή ρεύματος πριν τελειώσετε την εγκατάσταση. 7. Σε περίπτωση που το καλώδιο παροχής ρεύματος είναι κατεστραμμένο πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί μόνο από εξειδικευμένο τεχνικό ωστε να αποφευχθεί πιθανός τραυματισμός. 8. Η θερμοκρασία του ψυκτικού κυκλώματος θα ειναι υψηλή. Κρατήστε το καλώδιο μακριά από τους ψυκτικούς σωλήνες χαλκού. 9. Η συσκευή πρέπει να εγκατασταθεί με βάση τους διεθνείς κανονισμούς καλωδιώσεων. 10. Η συσκευή θα πρέπει να εγκατασταθεί, λειτουργήσει και αποθηκευτεί σε πάτωμα δωματίου μεγαλύτερο από "Χ"m (δείτε πίνακα 1). Παρακαλούμε σημειώστε ότι η μονάδα περιέχει εύφλεκτο ψυκτικό υγρό R32. Λανθασμένη μεταχείριση της μονάδας μπορεί να προκαλέσει ατυχήματα στους χρήστες και στην περιουσιακή ιδιοκτησία. Πληροφορίες σχετικά με το ψυκτικό υγρό θα βρείτε στην ενότητα «Ψυκτικό υγρό». Απαιτήσεις Γείωσης 1. Το κλιματιστικό σας είναι ηλεκτρική συσκευή πρώτης κλάσης. Πρέπει να υπάρχει κατάλληλη γείωση, με ειδική συσκευή γείωσης από εξειδικευμένο τεχνικό. Βεαιωθείτε πως η γείωση ειναι πάντα αποτελεσματική. Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση μπορει να προκληθεί ηλεκτροπληξία. 2. Το καλώδιο της γείωσης στο κλιματιστικό είναι κίτρινο-πράσινο και δεν μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για άλλο σκοπό. 3. Η αντίσταση γείωσης πρέπει να ειναι σύμφωνη με τους εθνικούς κανονισμούς ασφαλείας ηλεκτρικών εγκαταστάσεων. 4. Η συσκευή πρέπει να τοποθετηθεί σε μέρος οπως η πρίζα να ειναι προσβάσιμη. 5. Ένας διακόπτης αποκοπής πρέπει να εγκατασταθεί με 3 χιλιοστά άνοιγμα επαφής σε όλους του πόλους. 6. Ο ασφαλειοδιακόπτης θα πρέπει να είναι αντίστοιχος με την παροχή της μονάδας και θα πρέπει να διαθέτει μαγνητική και θερμική προστασία για την προστασία από βραχυκύκλωμα και υπερφόρτιση ( ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: μην χρησιμοποιείτε μόνο ασφάλεια για να προστατεύεται το κύκλωμα) Απόδοση Απαιτούμενη Ασφάλεια κλιματιστικού παροχής ρεύματος 09K -12K 10A 18K 16A 24K 25A 13

40 Εγκατάσταση της εξωτερικής μονάδας Βήμα Πρώτο: Τοποθετήστε σωστά τη βάση στήριξης της εξωτερικής μονάδας 1. Επιλέξτε το σωστό μέρος για την τοποθέτηση της εξωτερικής μονάδας σύμφωνα με την δομή του σπιτιου 2. Τοποθετήστε σωστά τη βάση στήριξης της εξωτερικής μονάδας στο σημείο που έχετε επιλέξει χρησιμοποιώντας τις αντίστοιχες βίδες Σημείωση: Πάρτε όλα τα απαραίτητα μέτρα προφύλαξης κατά την εγκατάσταση της εξωτερικής μονάδας Βεβαιωθείτε πως η βάση στήριξης μπορεί να αντέξει τουλάχιστον τέσσερις φορές το βάρος της εξωτερικής μονάδας Η εξωτερική μονάδα πρέπει να εγκατασταθεί τουλάχιστον 3 εκατοστά πάνω από το πάτωμα έτσι ώστε να είναι εφικτή η εγκατάσταση του σωλήνα αποστράγγισης Για τα κλιμαστικά με απόδοση 2300W~5000W, χρειάζονται 6 βίδες στερέωσης. Για τα κλιματιστικά με απόδοση 6000W ~8000W, χρειάζονται 8 βίδες ενώ για τα κλιματιστικά με απόδοση 10000W ~16000W, χρειάζονται 10 βίδες στερέωσης. Τουλάχιστον 3 εκατοστά από το δάπεδο Βήμα Δεύτερο: Εγκατάσταση σωλήνα αποστράγγισης 1. Συνδέστε τον ειδικό πλαστικό σύνδεσμο της αποχέτευση στο μεταλλικό πλαίσιο της βάσης όπως φαίνεται στο παρακάτω σχεδιάγραμμα. 2. Συνδέστε στον ειδικό σύνδεσμο με την σωλήνα αποστράγγισης και φροντίστε ή απορροή της να καταλήγει σε σιφόνι ή υδροροή. Βήμα Τρίτο: Στερέωση εξωτερικής μονάδας 1. Τοποθετήστε την εξωτερική μονάδα στην βάση της 2.
