Promotion Details 1.1 By entering this Sweepstakes you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree that you will be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Sony Music Entertainment UK Limited, whose address is Sony Music Entertainment UK Limited, 9 Derry Street, London, W8 5HY ( Sponsor ). These Terms and Conditions and all other information provided prior to entering this Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) form part of the rules of entering this Sweepstakes (the Rules ). Entering the Sweepstakes you agree that you have read, agree to and are bound by the Rules. 2. Participation 2.1 To enter the Sweepstakes, you are invited to pre-order a copy of the forthcoming album Take Me Home Limited Edition Box Set (the Album ) by the recording artists professionally known as One Direction (the Artist ) via the website only. You will need to pre-order the Album and provide your full name, full home address, address, home telephone number or mobile number (if applicable) and your date of birth (the Entry ). By pre-ordering the Album your Entry will enter the Sweepstakes to win the Prize as detailed below. Alternative method of entry. You may also be entered into Sweepstakes by visiting during the Sweepstakes Period and completing the online entry form with your full name, address and telephone number. The Sweepstakes will run from 10:00:00 AM BST the Starting Time on Wednesday 24th October, 2012 BST (the Starting Date ) and the Closing Time will be 11:59:00 PM GMT on Wednesday 14 th November, 2012 (the Closing Date ) (collectively the Sweepstakes Period ). Any Album s purchased after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Sweepstakes. Please note that we reserve the right to remove from the Sweepstakes anybody that has cancelled their order of the Album prior to the Closing Date. However, you may still enter the Sweepstakes through the alternative method of entry during the Sweepstakes Period. For the avoidance of doubt no Entry s will be counted before or beyond the Sweepstakes Period. 2.2 These Rules are specific to residents of 50 United States who are at least thirteen (13) years old as of Wednesday 24th October, By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand that you will be entered into a drawing including eligible entrants within the 50 United States and from other countries outside of the 50 United States and throughout the world. Entrants from outside the 50 United States are subject to the laws and conditions of their country in which they reside.

2 2.3 If the winner of the concert tickets is under 21 years of age, their right to enter the venue for the concert will, for the avoidance of doubt, be subject to the rules of entry of the applicable venue, and such winner (if under 21 years old) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or an adult (over 21 years old). If winner or winner s travel companions are under the age of majority as of Wednesday 24th October, 2012, then such individual s parent or legal guardian must provide written permission allowing such individual to accept the prize and accompany the winner. Notwithstanding the forgoing, if a winner is a minor, then at least one (1) of his or her travel companions must be his or her parent or legal guardian. Parents/guardians or adult of winner (and the winner s companion, if under 18 years of age), will be required to sign a consent form confirming that they take full responsibility for the winner and the winner s companion (if under 18 years of age) whilst on the trip to New York. 2.4 Sponsor (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes or amend these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside its control, including without limitation, a major catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, strike, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event. No liability shall attach to Sponsor (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) as a result thereof. If a sufficient number of eligible entries (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) are not received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes. 2.5 Employees and their immediate families of Sponsor, companies within Sponsor Music Entertainment group of companies and any of their subsidiaries and/or agencies associated with this Sweepstakes are ineligible to enter. Any such entries will be invalid. 2.6 You may not submit more than one (1) Entry to this Sweepstakes whether through the purchase of the Album or the alternative entry method. Only one (1) Entry person irrespective of how many copies of the Album are purchased or method of entry used. You are only eligible to enter the Sweepstakes once. Any duplicate Entry(s) will be destroyed and you may forfeit your Entry. 2.7 You will be automatically entered into this Sweepstakes by purchasing the Album. Your standard telephone, internet, network and data charges will apply to enter this Sweepstakes and you must have the bill payer s permission prior to entering the Sweepstakes. 3 Submitted Material 3.1 By entering the Sweepstakes, you hereby grant to Sponsor (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns); a non-exclusive worldwide, royalty free, perpetual and irrevocable licence your Entry, your likeness and any information you provided or any part thereof, in any and all media (by any and all means now known or developed in the future), including without limitation, use on the

3 4. Prize Artists website. You waive any right to privacy. You waive any right including moral right to inspect or approve uses of your Entry, your information provided or to be compensated for any such uses. 4.1 i) If selected, the winner (of which there can only be one (1)) will receive the Prize which solely consists of: Three (3) nights room only, accommodation based on all three (3) people sharing a room at a hotel outside of New York, New York ( Hotel ), from 2nd December 2012 to 5th December, 2012; Return economy flights for three (3) people from an airport, in the winners country, (of Sponsor s choosing (and notified to the winner, in writing)) to New York, USA departing on 2 nd December, 2012 and returning on 5 th December 2012; if winner lives less than one hundred (100) miles of New York, NY, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of airfare; Transfers from the airport in New York, New York to the Hotel and from the Hotel back to the airport in New York, New York; The winner and their two (2) companions will meet the Artist (subject to availability) and get to watch the performance by the Artist at Madison Square Gardens, New York, USA on Wednesday 3rd December, The Prize does not include, without limitation to: Travel and holiday insurance which the winner and their companions must ensure they obtain / have; Transfers from the winner s (or winner s companion s) home address to and from the airport in the country they live in; Any taxes due in respect of the Prize; Personal expenditure for the duration of the Prize including, food and drinks and other incidental costs such as additional activities, travel and excursions, unless stated elsewhere in these Rules; Charges associated with ensuring that the winner and the winner s companions have valid passport, visa, ESTA, and requisite vaccinations (please note that it is the winner s responsibility to find out what visas, if any, are required); and / or any other charges.

4 ii) In the event that you do not, or are unable to, comply with and meet the Rules, Sponsor shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify you, without any further liability to you. No liability shall attach to Sponsor as a result thereof. iii) No cash alternatives shall be available for the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is non-transferable. No alternative venues or dates shall be available to the winner for the Prize. The winner and the winner s companions must have valid passports and visas in order to collect the Prize. 4.2 After 10:00 GMT on Friday 16 th November, 2012 one (1) winner from all the Entry s in all the countries participating, will be drawn at random (in Sponsor s sole discretion) and be contacted via their telephone number that they provided to Sponsor. Once notified the winner and the winner s companions, must provide Sponsor with their full name, full home address, address, home telephone number or mobile number (if applicable) and date of birth. The winner and the winner s companions may, in Sponsor s absolute discretion, be required to sign all necessary waivers, consents, or permissions of any nature required by Sponsor (and any other documents reasonably required by Sponsor) (the Required Agreement(s) ). If the winner cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours of first notification attempt, if the telephone number does not work, the address notification is returned as undeliverable or if the winner rejects the Prize, then Sponsor reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify the winner without any further liability to that winner and offer the Prize to the next entry drawn at random (in Sponsor s sole discretion) and thereafter until another winner is found. Or if the winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the Prize, or in the event of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions, or if the Required Agreement(s), if required, is/are not properly executed, Sponsor shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify the winner, without any further liability to that person and the Prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected from all remaining eligible Entry s. 5 4.5 Sponsor (and its licensees, affiliates and assigns) accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed, or for any difficulty experienced in accessing or submitting your Entry. Late, damaged, defaced, illegible, incomplete or suspected fraudulent Entry s will not be accepted. General Terms 5.1 Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of your Entry. The provisions regarding implied warranties are void in some jurisdictions where implied warranties are prescribed by law. 5.8 Should one or more provision of these Terms and Conditions and Rules be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision(s) shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions and Rules will thus remain in full force and effect. 6. Λεπτομέρειες Προώθησης 1.1 Παίρνοντας μέρος σε αυτό το διαγωνισμό συμφωνείτε ότι έχετε διαβάσει και έχετε καταλάβει αυτούς τους Όρους και τις Προϋποθέσεις και συμφωνείτε ότι θα δεσμευτείτε από αυτούς. Αυτοί οι Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις διέπουν τη σχέση σας με τη SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT GREECE A.E.Νικηταρά 4 & Ψαρών, Χαλάνδρι Αθήνα, Ελλάδα ("Sony"). Συμμετοχή 2.1 Για να λάβετε μέρος στο Διαγωνισμό, σας προσκαλούμε να προ-παραγγείλετε ένα αντίγραφο του επικείμενου άλμπουμ "Take Me Home" Limited Edition Box Set (το "Album") από τους καλλιτέχνες επαγγελματικά γνωστούς ως "One Direction" (ο "Καλλιτέχνης" ) μόνο μέσω της ιστοσελίδας Θα πρέπει να προ-παραγγείλετε το άλμπουμ και να δώσετε το πλήρες όνομά σας, την πλήρη διεύθυνση κατοικίας, τη διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου, τον αριθμό τηλεφώνου ή τον αριθμό του κινητού (αν υπάρχει) και την ημερομηνία γέννησής σας (η "Συμμετοχή"). Προ-παραγγέλνοντας το Album η Συμμετοχή σας λάβει μέρος στο Διαγωνισμό για να κερδίσει Βραβείο όπως περιγράφεται παρακάτω. Ο Διαγωνισμός θα τρέξει από τις 10:00:00 ΠΜ BST Ώρα Έναρξης την Παρασκευή 19 Οκτωβρίου 2012 ( Ημερομηνία Έναρξης ) και η Ώρα Λήξης θα είναι στις 11:59:00 ΜM BST την Παρασκευή 2 Νοεμβρίου 2012 ( Ημερομηνία Λήξης ) (το Περίοδος Ευκαιρίας ). Κάθε album που αγοράζεται μετά την Ημερομηνία Λήξης δεν θα λαμβάνει μέρος στο Διαγωνισμό. Παρακαλώ σημειώστε ότι διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να αφαιρέσουμε οποιοδήποτε από το Διαγωνισμό που ακύρωσε την παραγγελία του Album πριν από την Ημερομηνία Λήξης. Για την αποφυγή αμφιβολίας καμία Συμμετοχή δεν θα μετρηθεί πριν ή μετά την Περίοδο του Διαγωνισμού. 4.2 Αυτοί οι Κανόνες είναι συγκεκριμένα για τους κατοίκους της Αγγλίας, Σκοτίας και Ουαλίας και αφορούν ηλικίες 14 χρονών και άνω (μετρώντας από την Παρασκευή 19 Οκτωβρίου 2012) μόνο. Λαμβάνοντας μέρος σε αυτό το Διαγωνισμό, κατανοείτε ότι διαγωνίζεστε ενάντια σε άλλες συμμετοχές από την Αγγλία, Σκοτία και Ουαλία αλλά και από χώρες έκτος της Αγγλίας, Σκοτίας και Ουαλίας και από όλο τον κόσμο. Οι Συμμετέχοντες εκτός της Αγγλίας, Σκότιας και Ουαλίας καιfrom outside the England, Scotland and Wales υπόκεινται στους επίσημους κανόνες της χώρας στην οποία διαμένουν.

16 4.3 Εάν είστε κάτω των 18 ετών, πρέπει να ζητήσετε την άδεια ενός γονέα ή κηδεμόνα πριν από την είσοδο σε αυτό το Διαγωνισμό. Αν ο Νικητής των εισιτηρίων για συναυλίες είναι κάτω των 21 ετών, το δικαίωμά τους να εισέλθουν στο χώρο για τη συναυλία, για την αποφυγή κάθε αμφιβολίας, θα υπόκειται στους κανόνες της εισόδου του χώρου που ισχύουν, και έτσι ο Νικητής (εάν είναι κάτω των 21 ετών) πρέπει να συνοδεύεται από γονέα ή κηδεμόνα ή έναν ενήλικα (άνω των 21 ετών). Ως εκ τούτου το Βραβείο των Νικητών των τριών (3) εισιτηρίων θα είναι: Ένα (1) για τον Νικητή, ένα (1) για το φίλο του Νικητή (κάθε ηλικίας) και ένα (1) για τον συνοδεύοντα γονέα ή κηδεμόνα τους ή τον ενήλικα (άνω των 21 ετών). Οι Γονείς/φύλακες ή ενήλικοι του Νικητή (και του φίλου του Νικητή, εάν είναι κάτω από την ηλικία των 18 χρονών), θα πρέπει να υπογράψουν ένα έντυπο συγκατάθεσης που επιβεβαιώνει ότι αναλαμβάνουν πλήρως την ευθύνη για τον Νικητή και τον φίλο του Νικητή (εάν είναι κάτω από 18 χρονών) για το ταξίδι στη Νέα Υόρκη. 2.4 Η Sony (και οι δικαιοδόχοι, θυγατρικοί και πληρεξούσιοί της) διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να ακυρώσει τον Διαγωνισμό ή να τροποποιήσει αυτούς τους Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις χωρίς προειδοποίηση σε περίπτωση περιστάσεων εκτός του ελέγχου της, συμπεριλαμβανομένων, χωρίς περιορισμό, μιας μεγάλης καταστροφής, πολέμου, πολιτικής ή στρατιωτικής διαταραχής, απεργίας, σεισμού ή οποιασδήποτε πραγματικής, αναμενόμενης ή υποτιθέμενης παραβίασης οποιασδήποτε εφαρμοστέας νομοθεσίας ή κανονισμού ή οποιασδήποτε άλλης παρόμοιας εκδήλωσης. Δεν θα φέρει ευθύνη η Sony (και οι δικαιοδόχοι, θυγατρικοί και πληρεξούσιοί της), ως αποτέλεσμα αυτού. Αν ο αριθμός των επιλέξιμων συμμετοχών (όπως καθορίζεται από τη Sony, κατά την απόλυτη διακριτική της ευχέρεια) δεν έχουν λάβει μέχρι το τέλος της Περιόδου Διαγωνισμού, η Sony διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να ακυρώσει τον Διαγωνισμό 2.5 Οι εργαζόμενοι της Sony και οι οικογένειες τους, και οποιαδήποτε από τις θυγατρικές της Sony Music Entertainment και / ή υπηρεσίες που σχετίζονται με αυτή την ευκαιρία δεν είναι επιλέξιμες για να εισέλθουν. Οποιαδήποτε διπλή Συμμετοχή(-ες) θα διαγραφεί και ενδέχεται να χάσετε τη Συμμετοχή σας. 2.7 Θα καταχωρισθείτε αυτόματα σε αυτό το Διαγωνισμό με την αγορά του Album. Πάγια τέλη του τηλεφώνου, internet, δικτύου και των δεδομένων σας θα χρησιμοποιηθούν για να λάβετε μέρος στον Διαγωνισμό και θα πρέπει να έχετε την άδεια του ατόμου που πληρώνει το λογαριασμό πριν την είσοδό σας στο Διαγωνισμό. 5 Υποβληθέν Υλικό 3.1 Με την είσοδό σας στο Διαγωνισμό εγγυάστε ότι η Συμμετοχή σας δεν έχει και δεν πρέπει να περιέχει κανένα υλικό το οποίο, κατά την κρίση της Sony

17 (που περιλαμβάνουν αλλά δεν περιορίζονται σε αυτά): (i) υποδύεται οποιοδήποτε πρόσωπο ή οντότητα, ή ψευδώς δηλώνει ή αλλιώς παραμορφώνει τη σχέση σας με ένα πρόσωπο ή οντότητα, χωρίς το εν λόγω πρόσωπο ή οντότητα να έχει συγκαταθέσει γραπτώς προηγουμένως (ii) αποτελεί προσωπικές πληροφορίες ή άλλα προσωπικά ή προσδιορισμό πληροφοριών σχετικά με εσάς ή οποιοδήποτε άτομο (iii) είναι ψευδής, παραπλανητική, απολανητική, σκανδαλώδης, άσεμνη, εγκληματικά άσεμνη, πορνογραφική, παράνομη, βλάσφημη, δυσφημιστική, συκοφαντική, δόλια, βασανιστική, απειλητική, ενοχλητική, απεχθής, εξευτελιστική, εκφοβιστική, ή φυλετικά ή εθνικά προσβλητική, ή περιέχει γυμνό, πορνογραφικές εικόνες, ρητά σεξουαλικά θέματα ή απεικονίζει βία (iv) ενθαρρύνει συμπεριφορά που θα μπορούσε να θεωρηθεί ποινικό αδίκημα, θα μπορούσε να οδηγήσει σε ποινική αστική ευθύνη, ή θα μπορούσε να παραβιάζει κάποιο νόμο ή θα μπορούσε διαφορετικά να θεωρηθεί ακατάλληλη (v) αποτελεί spam, ιό, worm, Trojan horse, Πασχαλινό αυγό, ωρολογιακή βόμβα, spyware, ή άλλο ηλεκτρονικό κώδικα, αρχείο ή πρόγραμμα που είναι επιβλαβές ή κατασκοπευτικό ή μπορεί, ή προορίζεται για να δημιουργήσει βλάβη στη λειτουργία της, ή για την παρακολούθηση της χρήση της, Sony ή οποιουδήποτε άλλου υλικού, λογισμικού, ή εξοπλισμού (vi) αποτελεί διαφήμιση, διαφημιστικό υλικό, ή άλλης μορφής ανεπιθύμητης προώθησης περιεχομένου, ή (vii) περιέχει οποιαδήποτε μη δημόσια πληροφορία για μια εταιρία. 5.2 Λαμβάνοντας μέρος στο Διαγωνισμό, με το παρόν έγγραφο παρέχετε στη Sony (και στους δικαιοδόχους, θυγατρικούς και πληρεξούσιους της): Μια μηαποκλειστική παγκόσμια, ατελής, με διαρκή και αμετάκλητη άδεια χρήσης, να επεξεργάζεται, αντιγράφει, μεταδίδει, παρουσιάζει, εκμεταλλεύεται, χειρίζεται, διανέμει, αναπαράγει, πουλάει ή να προσφέρει προς πώληση: το εμπορικό σήμα, τη δημοσιότητα και άλλα δικαιώματα ιδιοκτησίας (και να έχει την υπό-άδεια σε τέτοια δικαιώματα) στη Συμμετοχή σας, καθ' ομοίωση σας και σε κάθε πληροφορία που παρέχεται ή οποιοδήποτε μέρος αυτών, σε οποιοδήποτε και σε όλα τα μέσα ενημέρωσης (από οποιοδήποτε και όλα τα μέσα που είναι ως τώρα γνωστά ή θα αναπτυχθούν στο μέλλον), συμπεριλαμβανομένης χωρίς περιορισμούς της χρήσης στην ιστοσελίδα των Καλλιτεχνών. Υποχρεούστε να παραιτηθείτε από κάθε δικαίωμα ιδιωτικότητας. Υποχρεούστε να παραιτηθείτε από κάθε δικαίωμα συμπεριλαμβανομένου του "ηθικού δικαιώματος" να επιθεωρείτε ή να εγκρίνετε τις χρήσεις της Συμμετοχής σας, τις πληροφορίες που παρέχεται ή να αποζημιωθείτε για τις χρήσεις αυτών. 5.3 Συμμετέχοντας στον διαγωνισμό, εγγυάστε και δηλώνετε ότι έχετε στην κατοχή σας ή έχετε ελέγξει το περιεχόμενό και δεν παραβιάζετε οποιαδήποτε δικαιώματα τρίτων. Στο βαθμό που κάποιος άλλος έχει συμβάλει με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο ή εμφανίζεται εγγυάστε ότι οποιαδήποτε και όλα τα τρίτα μέρη έχουν δώσει τη γραπτή συγκατάθεσή τους σε εσάς. Η Sony μπορεί να απαιτήσει από εσάς να προσκομίσετε τέτοια γραπτή άδεια ανά πάσα στιγμή. 5.4 Η Sony μπορεί κατά την απόλυτη διακριτική της ευχέρεια να επιλέξει να μην χρησιμοποιήσει, χωρίς προειδοποίηση ή αιτία, οποιαδήποτε Συμμετοχή που πιστεύει η Sony ότι είναι ακατάλληλη ή παρεμβαίνει τους παρόντες Κανόνες ή αν απλά δεν επιθυμεί να τη χρησιμοποιήσει.

Βραβείο 4.1 i) Εάν επιλεχθεί, ο Νικητής θα λάβει το Βραβείο που αποτελείται μόνο από: Τρεις (3) μόνο νύχτες διαμονής σε δωμάτιο για όλα τα τρία (3) άτομα που θα μοιραστούν σε ένα ξενοδοχείο έξω από τη Νέα Υόρκη ( Ξενοδοχείο ), από 2 Δεκεμβρίου ως τις 5 Δεκεμβρίου 2012 Μετ επιστροφής οικονομικές πτήσεις για τρία (3) άτομα από ένα αεροδρόμιο, από τη χώρα των Νικητών, (της επιλογής της Sony (και θα κοινοποιηθεί στο Νικητή, γραπτώς)) προς τη Νέα Υόρκη, ΗΠΑ, με αναχώρηση τις 2 Δεκεμβρίου και επιστροφή στις 5 Δεκεμβρίου 2012 Μεταφορές από το αεροδρόμιο της Νέας Υόρκης, ΗΠΑ, στο Ξενοδοχείο και από το Ξενοδοχείο πίσω στο αεροδρόμιο της Νέας Υόρκης, ΗΠΑ Ο Νικητής και οι δύο (2) που θα τον συντροφεύσουν θα συναντήσουν τον Καλλιτέχνη (εξαρτάται από τη διαθεσιμότητα) και θα δουν την εμφάνιση του Καλλιτέχνη στο Madison Square Gardens, Νέα Υόρκη, ΗΠΑ, τη Δευτέρα 3 Δεκεμβρίου Το Βραβείο δεν περιλαμβάνει, χωρίς περιορισμό τα: Ταξιδιωτική και διακοπών ασφάλιση την οποία ο νικητής και οι συνοδοί του πρέπει να βεβαιωθούν πως θα αποκτήσουν ή έχουν Μεταφορικά από το σπίτι του Νικητή (ή των συνοδών του Νικητή) από και προς το αεροδρόμιο της χώρας που διαμένουν Φόροι που αφορούν το Βραβείο Προσωπικές δαπάνες για όλη τη διάρκεια του Βραβείου, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των τροφίμων και ποτών και άλλες παρεπόμενες δαπάνες, όπως τις πρόσθετες δραστηριότητες, τα ταξίδια και εκδρομές, εκτός εάν αναφέρεται σε άλλο σημείο των παρόντων Κανόνων Χρεώσεις που συσχετίζονται με την ασφάλιση του Νικητή και των συνοδών του Νικητή για να έχουν έγκυρο διαβατήριο, visa, ESTA, και τα απαραίτητα εμβόλια (παρακαλούμε να σημειώσετε ότι είναι ευθύνη του Νικητή να μάθει τι visa, και αν, απαιτείται), ή/και: Οποιαδήποτε άλλα έξοδα. ii) Σε περίπτωση που δεν το κάνετε, ή δεν είστε σε θέση να, να συμμορφωθείτε και να πληρείτε τους Κανόνες, η Sony έχει το δικαίωμα κατά

19 την κρίση της, να σας αποκλείσει, χωρίς καμία περαιτέρω ευθύνη προς εσάς. Δεν θα φέρει ευθύνη η Sony, ως αποτέλεσμα αυτού. v) Δεν θα υπάρξουν εναλλακτικές λύσεις σε μετρητά για το Διαγωνισμό. Ο Διαγωνισμός είναι μη μεταβιβάσιμος. Δεν θα υπάρξουν εναλλακτικοί χώροι ή ημερομηνίες διαθέσιμα για το Νικητή του Βραβείου. Ο Νικητής και οι Συνοδοί του Νικητή πρέπει να έχουν έγκυρο διαβατήριο και visa για να παραλάβουν το Βραβείο. 4.2 Μετά [όταν γίνει η κλήρωση] Ο "νικητής" από όλες τις συμμετέχουσες χώρες, θα πρέπει να έρθει σε επαφή μέσω του που παρέχονται από τη Sony. Μόλις κοινοποιηθεί ο Νικητής και ο σύντροφος του νικητή, πρέπει να στείλει στη Sony το πλήρες όνομά του, την πλήρη διεύθυνση κατοικίας, διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου, τον αριθμό τηλεφώνου ή τον αριθμό του κινητού (αν υπάρχει) και ημερομηνία γέννησης. Ο νικητής (ες) μπορεί, κατά την απόλυτη κρίση της Sony, πρέπει να υπογράψουν όλα τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά, συναινεί, ή δικαιώματα πάσης φύσεως που απαιτούνται από τη Sony μαζί με την αρχή μέχρι συμφωνία επικύρωση των δικαιωμάτων που παρέχονται με τη Sony (και οποιαδήποτε άλλα έγγραφα που απαιτούνται ευλόγως από τη Sony ) (η "συμφωνία Υποχρεωτικά (s)"). Αν ο Νικητής (α) δεν μπορεί να έρθει σε επαφή μέσα σε είκοσι τέσσερις (24) ώρες από την πρώτη προσπάθεια γνωστοποίησης, εάν η ειδοποίηση μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου διεύθυνση επιστραφεί ως ανεπίδοτη ή αν ο νικητής (ες) απορρίπτει το βραβείο, τότε η Sony διατηρεί το δικαίωμα, κατά της ευχέρεια, να αποκλείσει τον νικητή (ες) χωρίς καμία περαιτέρω ευθύνη για το νικητή (ες) και να προσφέρει το βραβείο για το καλύτερο επόμενο συμμετέχοντα (κατά την αποκλειστική κρίση της Sony) και στη συνέχεια, έως ότου ένας άλλος νικητής (ες) που βρέθηκαν. Ή αν ο νικητής (ες) δεν είναι σε θέση για οποιονδήποτε λόγο, να δεχτεί το βραβείο ή σε περίπτωση μη συμμόρφωσης με τους Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις, ή όταν η απαιτούμενη συμφωνία (ες), εάν απαιτείται, είναι / δεν εκτελεστούν σωστά, η Sony έχει το δικαίωμα κατά την κρίση της να αποκλείσει τον νικητή (ες), χωρίς καμία περαιτέρω ευθύνη για το πρόσωπο και το βραβείο θα καταπίπτει και μια εναλλακτική λύση για νικητή (ες) μπορεί να επιλεγεί από όλες τις υπόλοιπες επιλέξιμες εισόδου. Μετά την κατάπτωση βραβείο, καμία αποζημίωση δεν θα δοθεί. Συμφωνείτε να συμμορφωθεί πλήρως με κάθε προμήθεια του Κανονισμού. 4.3 Μπορεί, κατά τη διακριτική απόλυτη ευχέρεια της Sony, πρέπει να υπογράψουν όλα τα απαραίτητα παραιτήσεις, συναινεί, ή δικαιώματα πάσης φύσεως που απαιτούνται από τη Sony μαζί με μια συμφωνία που επικυρώνει τα δικαιώματα που χορηγούνται για τη Sony σε (και οποιαδήποτε άλλα έγγραφα που απαιτούνται ευλόγως από τη Sony) (η "Απαιτείται συμφωνία (s) "). Σε περίπτωση μη συμμόρφωσης με τους Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις, ή όταν η απαιτούμενη συμφωνία (ες), εάν απαιτείται, είναι / δεν εκτελεστούν σωστά, η Sony έχει το δικαίωμα κατά την κρίση της, να σας αποκλείσει, χωρίς περαιτέρω ειδοποίηση ή υποχρέωση να σας. Συμφωνείτε να συμμορφωθεί πλήρως με κάθε προμήθεια του Κανονισμού.

20 4.4 Για την αποφυγή κάθε αμφιβολίας τυχόν έξοδα που δεν αναφέρονται σε αυτούς τους Όρους και Προϋποθέσεις είναι η ευθύνη του αποκλειστικά και μόνο τον Νικητής σας (ες). 4.5 Σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις η Sony (και δικαιοδόχων, των θυγατρικών της και πληρεξούσιοί τους) δεν ευθύνεται για ειδοποίηση μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου (ες) που δεν θα φτάσει για λόγους ανεξάρτητους της Sony (και δικαιοδόχων, των θυγατρικών της και εκδοχείς) λογικό έλεγχο. Sony (και δικαιοδόχων, των θυγατρικών της και πληρεξούσιοί τους) δεν θα είναι υπεύθυνη για τυχόν έξοδα ή ζημίες που προκύπτουν άμεσα ή έμμεσα από εσάς, ως αποτέλεσμα της εσφαλμένης διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου ή το όνομα ή τη διεύθυνση δίνεται από εσάς. 4.6 Sony (και δικαιοδόχων, των θυγατρικών της και πληρεξούσιοί τους) δεν αποδέχεται καμία ευθύνη για τις καταχωρήσεις απώλειας, βλάβης ή καθυστέρησης, ή για οποιαδήποτε δυσκολία στην πρόσβαση ή την υποβολή την είσοδο σας. Αργά, κατεστραμμένα, παραμορφωθεί δυσανάγνωστες, ελλιπείς ή υποψία δόλιας καταχώρησης δεν θα γίνονται δεκτές. Η απόδειξη αποστολής της εισόδου (είτε ηλεκτρονικά ή ταχυδρομικά) δεν θα γίνονται δεκτές ως αποδεικτικό παραλαβής από τη Sony. 4.7 Στοιχεία του επιλεγμένου είσοδος θα είναι διαθέσιμα κατόπιν αιτήματος σε όλους τους συμμετέχοντες, οι οποίοι αποστέλλουν θεωρημένο απευθύνεται φάκελο με τη Sony, στην παραπάνω διεύθυνση. 5. Γενικοί όροι 5.1 Η Sony διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να ελέγχει την επιλεξιμότητα της συμμετοχής σας. Η Sony μπορεί να σας ζητήσει να επικοινωνήστε με τη Sony για να επιβεβαιώσετε την απόδειξη της ταυτότητας, την ηλικία, τον αριθμό τηλεφώνου και τη διεύθυνση. Σε περίπτωση διαφοράς ως προς την ταυτότητα του είσοδο, κάθε εγγραφή θα θεωρείται ότι έχουν υποβληθεί από τον εξουσιοδοτημένο κάτοχο του λογαριασμού από το οποίο η καταχώρηση που υποβάλλονται. Μπορεί να σας ζητηθεί από την Sony με την απόδειξη ότι είναι ο νόμιμος κάτοχος του λογαριασμού ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου που σχετίζεται με την είσοδο σας. 5.2 Έναρξη του που είναι ανακριβή ή ελλιπή, θα θεωρούνται άκυρα. Δεν θα γίνει επιστροφή χρημάτων για το κόστος της κάθε εισόδου. Η Sony μπορεί να αρνηθεί την ευκαιρία, ή να αποσύρει την ευκαιρία. Σε περίπτωση απάτης, ανεντιμότητα σας ή μη του δικαιώματος σύμφωνα με τους Κανόνες 5.3 Μπορεί να απαιτείται, ως προϋπόθεση του Κανονισμού, χωρίς αμοιβή, για να συμμετάσχουν σε υλικών προβολής και δημοσιότητας, μετά από αιτιολογημένη αίτηση της Sony και αυτό είναι προϋπόθεση για τους κανόνες που θα πρέπει να συναινέσει και να συμφωνήσει
