3 Προστασία και συντήρηση του σταθεροποιητή 1. Για την µεγαλύτερη διάρκεια ζωής του σταθεροποιητή NRG AVR, παρακαλούµε όπως αποµακρύνετε την σκόνη που συσσωρεύεται στην συσκευή. Για τον καθαρισµό της συσκευής, απλά χρησιµοποιήστε ένα µαλακό στεγνό πανί. 2. Παρακαλούµε όπως ελέγχετε τακτικά τα καλώδια ώστε να αποφεύγετε χαλάρωµα ή γδαρσίµατα των καλωδίων. 3. Παρακαλούµε όπως τοποθετείτε την συσκευή σε επίπεδη επιφάνεια. 4. Η µονάδα θα πρέπει να αερίζεται επαρκώς. Για τον λόγο αυτό αφήνετε περιθώρια τουλάχιστον 10cm από την κάθε πλευρά της και µην καλύπτετε ποτέ τις εισόδους αερισµού. 5. Μην εκθέτετε την συσκευή σε απευθείας ήλιο, βροχή ή πολύ υγρασία. 6. Τοποθετήστε την συσκευή µακριά από την φωτιά ή τις υψηλές θερµοκρασίες ώστε να αποφύγετε την υπερθέρµανση. 7. Μην τοποθετείτε αντικείµενα στο πάνω µέρος της συσκευής. 8. Αποφύγετε να το τοποθετήσετε σε µέρη που υπάρχουν διαβρωτικά. 9. Η θερµοκρασία λειτουργίας είναι µεταξύ 0 O C και 40 O C. 2

4 Εισαγωγή Ο σταθεροποιητής NRG AVR είναι σχεδιασµένος ώστε να προστατεύει τα µηχανήµατά σας από τα προβλήµατα της παροχής. Έχει µικρό µέγεθος, παρέχει οικονοµία στην λειτουργία και σταθερότητα στην παροχή, προστατεύοντας τον εξοπλισµό σας από τις διακυµάνσεις της τάσης. Χαρακτηριστικά Οι σταθεροποιητές NRG AVR διαθέτουν ένα πρωτοποριακό σχεδιασµό και καλώς ελέγχονται από CPU έχουν πολύ καλή ταχύτητα απόκρισης και παρέχουν πολύ µεγάλη σταθερότητα. Οι σταθεροποιητές µπορούν να τοποθετηθούν σε οικιακές συσκευές (τηλεοράσεις, ψυγεία), φωτοτυπικά, laser printers, καθώς και σε εξοπλισµό ακριβείας (σε ιατρικές, επιστηµονικές και στρατιωτικές εφαρµογές). 5 CB1: Ασφαλειοδιακόπτης ιακόπτης Λειτουργίας CB2: Ασφαλειοδιακόπτης ιακόπτης εξόδου Οδηγίες λειτουργίας CB3: Ασφαλειοδιακόπτης ιακόπτης συντήρησης µεταγωγής. - Ο διακόπτης CB3 πρέπει να χρησιµοποιείται µόνο από εξειδικευµένο τεχνικό προσωπικό. Εάν ανοιχτεί από µη εξειδικευµένο τεχνικό µπορεί να παρουσιάσει βλάβη και παύει να ισχύει και η εγγύηση. ιακόπτης «ON». Κόκκινος διακόπτης: (option) Ελέγχει την ενεργοποίηση του σταθεροποιητή. ιακόπτης «OFF». Πράσινος διακόπτης: (option) Ελέγχει το κλείσιµο του σταθεροποιητή. ιακόπτης µεταγωγής SW1: (option) ON (1): Ο σταθεροποιητής δεν είναι σε λειτουργία, συνεπώς δεν υπάρχει σταθερότητα στην παροχή. OFF (0): Ο σταθεροποιητής είναι σε λειτουργία. ΦΩΤΕΙΝΕΣ ΕΝ ΕΙΞΕΙΣ: Η πράσινη φωτεινή ένδειξη δηλώνει την οµαλή λειτουργία του σταθεροποιητή. Αυτό σηµαίνει ότι ο σταθεροποιητής ενεργοποιήθηκε και πραγµατοποιεί έναν αυτόµατο έλεγχο ο οποίος διαρκεί περίπου 2,5 sec. Εάν η σήµανση αυτή συνεχίζει να ηχεί µετά το πέρας των 2,5 sec, υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβληµα στην συσκευή. 4

8 ΙΑ ΙΚΑΣΙΑ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΑΣ I. Προετοιµασία πριν την λειτουργία: Ελέγξτε εάν είναι σωστή η παροχή εισόδου και κατόπιν κλείστε όλους του διακόπτες (και αυτούς των φορτίων). II. [standard Model] a. ιαδικασία εκκίνησης: 1. Γυρίστε τον διακόπτη CB1 στην θέση ON. Μια ηχητική σήµανση θα ηχήσει για περίπου 2,5sec και θα ανάψει η κόκκινη φωτεινή ένδειξη. Μετά το πέρας του χρόνου αυτού θα ανάψει πάλι η πράσινη φωτεινή ένδειξη που δηλώνει την οµαλή λειτουργία. 2. Αφού εκκινήσετε την συσκευή, θα φανεί στην ένδειξη ισχύος η κατανάλωση της ενέργειας. 3. ιαδικασία κλεισίµατος: 1. Κλείστε όλα τα συνδεδεµένα φορτία. 2. Γυρίστε τον διακόπτη CB1 στην θέση OFF. III. [Maintenance By-pass Model] a. ιαδικασία εκκίνησης: 1. Γυρίστε τον διακόπτη SW1 που βρίσκεται στο πίσω µέρος του σταθεροποιητή στην θέση (0). 2. Γυρίστε τον διακόπτη CB1 στην θέση ON. Μια ηχητική σήµανση θα ηχήσει για περίπου 2,5sec και θα ανάψει η κόκκινη φωτεινή ένδειξη. Μετά το πέρας του χρόνου αυτού θα ανάψει πάλι η πράσινη φωτεινή ένδειξη που δηλώνει την οµαλή λειτουργία. 3. Γυρίστε τον διακόπτη CB2 στην θέση ON. 4. Πιέστε το κόκκινο κουµπί (ON) για να έχετε ισχύ εξόδου. 5. Αφού εκκινήσετε την συσκευή, θα φανεί στην ένδειξη ισχύος η κατανάλωση της ενέργειας. b. ιαδικασία κλεισίµατος: 1. Κλείστε όλα τα συνδεδεµένα φορτία. 2. Πιέστε το πράσινο κουµπί (OFF). Ακόµα και εάν δεν υπάρχει ισχύς εξόδου, ο σταθεροποιητής βρίσκεται ακόµα σε λειτουργία. 3. Γυρίστε τον ασφαλειοδιακόπτη CB1στην θέση OFF. 4. Γυρίστε τον ασφαλειοδιακόπτη CB2 στην θέση OFF. 7

Εάν ο σταθεροποιητής έχει υπερθερµανθεί, ελέγξτε την θερµοκρασία του χώρου. 2. Εάν προκαλεί ο σταθεροποιητής την υπερθέρµανση, µειώστε τα φορτία κάτω από το 90% του επιπέδου ασφαλείας της ισχύος. Εάν η τάση εισόδου είναι πάνω ή κάτω από την αναµενόµενη τάση, η συσκευή λειτουργεί φυσιολογικά. Εάν όχι, επικοινωνήστε µε εξειδικευµένο προσωπικό. Επιβεβαιώστε ότι ο διακόπτης CB3 είναι στην θέση OFF και ο διακόπτης CB2 στην θέση On. Κατόπιν πιέστε το κόκκινο κουµπί µια φορά και εάν ακόµα δεν υπάρχει ισχύς, επικοινωνήστε µε εξειδικευµένο τεχνικό προσωπικό. 1. Ελέγξτε εάν το SW1 είναι στην θέση (1). 2. Παρακαλώ επικοινωνήστε µε τεχνικό προσωπικό. Τα υλικά που χρησιµοποιούνται στον σταθεροποιητή NRG AVR πρέπει να έχουν τουλάχιστον τις ακόλουθες προδιαγραφές ώστε να παρέχεται απόλυτη ασφάλεια. 13 The Protection and Maintenance of NRG-AVR 10. Please clean and maintain the NRG-AVR periodically to keep from dust for lasting machine life. 11. Please use soft cloth for wiping, and please don t use sandpaper as detergent. 12. Please check every kind of connection wires every month periodically to prevent the loosing or abrasion. 13. Please place the unit on a flat or even surface. 14. This unit should be situated with well-ventilation, please allow at least 10 cm clearance from the rear front, left and right side, and these ventilation openings of right and left front, and rear line should never be blocked. 15. Please avoid the direct sunshine, rain or moisture place. 16. Keeping the unit away from fire and high temperature to avoid overheat. 17. Please don t place any object on the top. 18. Avoiding the installing place that contains the corrosion gas. 19. Operating temperature is between 0 O C and 40 O C. 2

The regulator on the open market is divided into relay type, servo motor type and electronic type. And the electronic type could also be devided into full-electronic type and electronic-jumper type. All of them are large size, slow response, bad load characteristics, and high price. The announced NRG series are the full-electronic high-frequency linear regulators that improved the defects mentioned above. The NRG series are small but economic and steady regulators, and they are electricity saving and steady electric power equipment for customer s use. Characteristics / Purpose The AR series have the first new design structure and circuit in the world. The central is controlled by CPU, therefore the stability and response speed of the new NRG-AVR are much quicker than ever. There are output high or low voltage protection NRG-AVR and maintained by-pass switch NRG-AVR for another choice. The product with excellent performance could be applied to home-using appliances (including refrigerator, television), general OA machine (including copying machine), all kinds of tooling machines (including CNC tooling machine), and all kinds of precise apparatuses (including medical, science, military apparatuses). 15 CB1: no-fuse circuit breaker. Main power switch. Functions Instruction CB2: no-fuse circuit breaker. (option) Total output switch. CB3: no-fuse circuit breaker. (option) Maintenance bypass switch. Please remember that CB3 is used only for service technician. Non-maintenance personnel must not open it to use, otherwise, NRG-AVR could be break down because of improper operating. ON push switch (red button): (option) Controlling the output (ON) action. OFF push switch (green button): (option) Controlling the output (OFF) action. SW1 by-pass switch: (option) ON (1): NRG-AVR (INV) no action, so the output has no voltage stability function. OFF (0): NRG-AVR (INV) action, so the output voltage is steady. LED Indicators: Green LED light shows that NRG-AVR is in normal status. Red LED light shows that NRG-AVR is in abnormal status. Voltage and current indicator: (There is no current meter indication below 2KVA). Voltage meter (V) indicates the output voltage. Current meter (LOAD %) indicates the output current consumption percentage. Warning sound: There is warning sound as CB1 is opened; this means NRG-AVR is activated then begins the self-test about 2.5 seconds. If there were still warning sound after 2.5 seconds from activating CB1, this is the abnormal status. 4

18 Operating Procedures IV. Preparation before operation: Checking the input power is correct or not, then closing all switches (including every load). V. [standard Model] b. Starting procedures: 4. Turn on CB1 no-fuse circuit breaker up to ON position. At this time, buzzer warning sounds about 2.5 seconds and abnormal LED (red LED) light on about 2.5 seconds. After this abnormal LED (red LED) would be extinguished and normal LED (green LED) light on. 5. Using TURE RMS voltage meter to measure the O/P N, L on the terminal block, and comparing this value with the reading value of indicator voltage meter on front panel for similarity confirmation. If the output voltage is correct, NRG-AVR is activated successfully. 6. Opening the electric power switch on equipment, and the consumption power is shown on the indicator current meter on front panel. c. Stopping procedures: 3. Closing the power switch of every load. 4. Turning off the CB1 no-fuse circuit breaker down to OFF position. VI. [Maintenance By-pass Model] c. Starting procedures: 6. Turning on the SW1 switch of rear panel to AVR position (0). 7. Performing the same step 1 of standard model. 8. Turning on the CB2 no-fuse circuit breaker up to ON position. 9. Pushing the red button (ON) on front panel, then there is output voltage. 10. Performing the same step 2 of standard model. 11. Performing the same step 3 of standard model. d. Stopping procedures: 5. Performing the same step 1 of standard model. 6. Pushing the green button (OFF) on front panel, although there is no output voltage, the NRG-AVR is still in action. 7. Turning off the CB1 no-fuse circuit breaker to OFF position for closing the NRG-AVR thoroughly. 8. Switching the CB2 no-fuse circuit breaker to OFF position. 7

19 The Operation Procedures of Maintenance Bypass Switch Starting procedures: 1. If the NRG-AVR is abnormal, switching the SW1 of rear panel to Bypass position (1), then the power supplied from bypass circuit. 2. Opening the protection cover of CB3. 3. Turning ON the maintenance by-pass CB3 no-fuse circuit breaker. 4. Turning OFF the total output no-fuse circuit breaker CB2. 5. The NRG-AVR could be maintained But the CB2 must not be open at this time, or the NRG-AVR could be easily to cause break down. After maintaining, the power of NRG-AVR supplied from bypass circuit could be changed to from stable voltage status, so NRG-AVR could be back to normal status by following sequential actions: 1. Confirming the SW1 bypass switch is on BYPASS position (1). 2. Activating the total output no-fuse switch CB2. 3. Closing the maintenance bypass no-fuse switch CB3 4. Turning on the SW1 bypass switch to AVR position (0), then closing the protection over for keeping from machine burned out because of the imprudent touch by non-service personnel. 8

If HI-AVR overheats, please check the environment is hard or not. 4. If the overload causes overheat, please improve environment or reduce load to below the 90% of the safety rating current. If the input voltage exceeds or below the rating voltage, this machine is normal; if not, please notify the service personnel (MB model). Ensuring CB3 is closed as OFF and CB2 is activated as On, then pushing the red button once, if there is still no voltage, please notify the service personnel (MB model). 1.
