Το πιστοποιητικό σύντοµα θα µεταφραστεί και θα αναρτηθεί στο σύστηµα TRACES από τις υπηρεσίες της Επιτροπής της Ε.Ε.. Να σηµειωθεί ότι, όλα τα υπάρχοντα υποδείγµατα πιστοποιητικών εξαγωγής προς τρίτες χώρες,περιλαµβάνονται στην ενότητα Κενά πιστοποιητικά, ενώ η έκδοση πιστοποιητικών εξαγωγής διεξάγεται µέσω της ενότητας Πιστοποιητικά εξαγωγής του βασικού µενού του συστήµατος TRACES.
