PD 098059 w as found to inh ib it the grow th of M 1 cells by itself and enhance IL 262induced grow th arrest of M 1 cells. A lthough PD 098059 had little effects on the m o rpho logical changes and CD 11b exp ression of M 1 cells induced by IL 26, it reduced IL 262induced p hagocy t ic act ivity of M 1 cells sign ifican t ly.
