Το άρθρο 90 του «Κώδικα Νομοθεσίας για την Κυβέρνηση και τα κυβερνητικά όργανα» (π.δ. 63/2005, ΦΕΚ 98/Α /22-4-2005). 2. Το π.δ. 70/2015 «Ανασύσταση των Υπουργείων Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού, Ανάπτυξης και Τουρισμού» (ΦΕΚ 114/Α /22-9-2015). 3. Το π.δ. 88/2018 «Διορισμός Υπουργών, Αναπληρωτών Υπουργών και Υφυπουργών» (ΦΕΚ 160/Α / 29-8-2018). 4. Το π.δ. 22/2018 «Διορισμός Υπουργών, Αναπληρωτή Υπουργού και Υφυπουργών» (ΦΕΚ 37/Α /28-2-2018). 5. Την ΥΠΠΟΑ/ΓΡΥΠ/509797/11453/11-10-2 018 απόφαση του Πρωθυπουργού και της Υπουργού Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού για ανάθεση αρμοδιοτήτων στον Υφυπουργό Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού Κωνσταντίνο Στρατή (ΦΕΚ 4527/Β /17-1-2018). 6. Την ΥΠΠΟΑ/ΓΔΔΥΗΔ/ΔΔΑΑΔ/ΤΔΑΔΤΠ/Α1/272598/ 33659/30330/23405/6-10-2015 απόφαση του Πρωθυπουργού και του Υπουργού Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού για το διορισμό Μετακλητού Γενικού Γραμματέα του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού (ΦΕΚ/ ΥΟΔΔ/706/6-10-2015). 7. Τι ς διατάξεις του π.δ. 4/2018 «Οργανισμός Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού» (ΦΕΚ 7/Α /22-1-2018). 8. Τις διατάξεις του ν. 3028/2002 «Για την προστασία των Αρχαιοτήτων και εν γένει της Πολιτιστικής Κληρονομιάς» (ΦΕΚ 153/Α /28-6-2002). 9. Τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 9 παρ. 3 του ν. 736/1977 «Περί Οργανισμού του Τ.Α.Π.Α.» (ΦΕΚ 316/Α /15-10-1977) ως ειδικότερου της παρ. 1 του άρθρου 46 του ν. 3028/2002, όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει. 10. Το γεγονός ότι από την παρούσα απόφαση δεν προκαλείται δαπάνη, αποφασίζουμε: 1. Καθορίζουμε ωράριο λειτουργίας των Αρχαιολογικών Χώρων, Μουσείων και Μνημείων του Κράτους, από την 15η Απριλίου 2019 έως την 31η Οκτωβρίου 2019 με δυνατότητα παράτασης μέχρι την 31η Δεκεμβρίου 2019, σύμφωνα με τον συνημμένο πίνακα. Διευκρινίζεται ότι η προσέλευση των επισκεπτών επιτρέπεται έως και δεκαπέντε (15 ) λεπτά πριν τη λήξη του ωραρίου. 2. Όλοι οι ως άνω Αρχαιολογικοί Χώροι, τα Μουσεία και τα Μνημεία παραμένουν κλειστά την Κυριακή του Πάσχα και την Πρωτομαγιά, επίσημες αργίες του Κράτους. Τη Μεγάλη Παρασκευή λειτουργούν 12:00-17:00 και το Μεγάλο Σάββατο. 3. Τις λοιπές ημέρες αργίας για το προσωπικό των Δημοσίων Υπηρεσιών και Ν.Π.Δ.Δ. (ν. 1157/1981, ΦΕΚ 126/ Α /12-5-1981 αρ. 11 παρ. 1) (Δευτέρα του Πάσχα, Δευτέρα του Αγίου Πνεύματος, Δεκαπενταύγουστος και 28ης Οκτωβρίου), οι Αρχαιολογικοί Χώροι, τα Μουσεία και τα Μνημεία λειτουργούν με το ωράριο που ορίζεται ανωτέρω (παρ. 1). 4. Στο σύνολο των Αρχαιολογικών Χώρων που εφαρμόζουν διευρυμένο ωράριο (08.00-20.00), καθώς και στα Μουσεία που λειτουργούν εντός αυτών, το ωράριο από 1η Σεπτεμβρίου 2019 διαμορφώνεται, λόγω σταδιακής μείωσης της διάρκειας της ημέρας, ως ακολούθως: 1η έως 15η Σεπτεμβρίου 8:00-19:30, 16η έως 30η Σεπτεμβρίου 8:00-19:00, 1η έως 15η Οκτωβρίου 8:00-18:30 και 16η έως 31η Οκτωβρίου 8:00-18:00. 5. Με την απόφαση αυτή παύει η ισχύς των προηγουμένων σχετικών αποφάσεων. 6. Κάθε επιμέρους ρύθμιση για τη λειτουργία Αρχαιολογικών Χώρων, Μουσείων και Μνημείων κατά παρέκκλιση και πέραν του καθορισμένου ωραρίου, θα ανακοινώνεται στον κόμβο του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού.
