Q Intended purpose The scroll saw is intended for the intricate cutting of wood and plastic in a DIY environment (see Fig. F). Read all these requirements before you use the electrical power tool, and keep the safety advice in a safe place. Q Working safely 1. Keep your working area clean and tidy. A disorderly working area can lead to accidents. 2. Be aware of the effects of the environment. Do not leave electrical power tools out in the rain. Do not use electrical power tools in moist or wet surroundings. Ensure that your working area is well lit. Do not use electrical power tools in areas where there is risk of fire or explosion. 3. Use the right electrical power tool for the task. Do not use low-output devices for heavy tasks. Do not use an electrical power tool for purposes for which it was not intended. For example, do not use a hand operated circular saw for trimming tree branches or cutting logs. 8. Wear suitable clothing. Do not wear loose-fitting clothing or jewellery. They could become caught on moving parts. We recommend that you wear anti-slip footwear when working outdoors. If you have long hair, wear a hair net. 9. Use personal protective equipment. Wear protective glasses. Wear a dust mask if your work generates dust. 10. Attaching the vacuum dust extraction device. GB 7
General safety advice Where there are connection points provided for vacuum dust extraction please ensure that the connections are made and used properly. 11. Do not use the mains lead for purposes for which it was not intended. Do not use the mains lead to pull the plug out of the mains socket. Protect the mains lead from heat, oil and sharp edges. 12. Securely support the workpiece. Use clamps or a vice to grip the workpiece firmly. This is much safer than holding it with your hand. 13. Avoid placing your body in an unnatural position. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. 14. Look after your tools carefully. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. This way you will work more safely and achieve better results. Follow the advice on tool lubrication and consumables replacement. Check the condition of the mains lead on your electrical power tool regularly and have any damage repaired by a competent specialist. Check the condition of extension leads regularly and replace them if they are damaged. Keep handles and hand grips clean, dry and free of oil and grease. 15. Pull the mains plug out of the mains socket. Do this if the electrical power tool is not being used, before carrying out maintenance tasks on the electrical power tool and whenever you are changing inserted tools, e.g. saw blades, drills or router bits. 16. Make sure that no spanners, keys etc. are left attached. Check before switching on that all spanners, keys and setting tools have been removed. 17. Avoid unintentionally starting up the device. Check that the switch is set to OFF on the device when the mains plug is inserted into the mains socket. 18. Using an extension lead for working outdoors. When working outside, always use an approved and appropriately labelled extension lead. 19. Remain alert. Watch what you are doing. Proceed with caution. Do not use electrical power tools if you cannot concentrate. 20. Check the electrical power tool for damage. Before the electrical power tool is used, carefully check the safety equipment and any slightly damaged parts to see that they are still working properly. Check that all moving parts on the tool are working properly, can move freely and are not damaged. All parts must be correctly attached and fulfil all the requirements necessary to allow the electrical power tool to operate properly. Damaged safety equipment and components must be properly repaired or replaced at a competent electrical equipment repair centre unless otherwise indicated in the operating instructions. Damaged switches must be replaced at a Customer Service Centre. Never use an electrical power tool that cannot be switched on and off properly. 21. CAUTION! The use of inserted tools and accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer could lead to you being injured. 22. Have your electrical power tool repaired at an electrical equipment repair specialist. This electrical power tool complies with the relevant safety regulations. Repairs may only be carried out by a specialist electrical repair centre using original spare parts, otherwise injury could occur to the user. Safety advice relating specifically to scroll saws Ensure that the scroll saw stands on a level, horizontal surface. Do not touch the mains lead if it becomes damaged or cut through while you are using the 8 GB
Q device. Pull the plug out of the mains socket immediately and have the device repaired by a suitably qualified person or at the Customer Service Centre. Always work with the mains lead leading away from the rear of the device. If a dangerous situation arises, pull the mains plug immediately out of the mains socket. Always switch on the electrical power tool before moving the workpiece against it. Otherwise there is the risk of kickback. Do not cut moist materials or damp surfaces, Use only undamaged, defect-free saw blades 7. Distorted or blunt saw blades 7 can break or cause a kickback. Ensure that the teeth on the saw blade 7 point downwards before you mount it in the device. DANGER OF INJURY! Keep your hands away from the area of the saw blade. Before sawing, check the workpiece for foreign bodies such as nails etc. and remove them. Injury and / or damage to property may result from the saw blade striking nails etc. embedded in the workpiece. Always keep the device clean, dry and free from oil or grease. Switch off the device before you remove any wood residue from around the saw blade. Otherwise you could become injured. HAZARDOUS DUSTS / VAPOURS! Any noxious dusts or vapours generated from sawing represent a risk to the health of the person operating the device and to anyone near the work area. Do not saw materials containing substances harmful to health. Do not use the tool on materials containing asbestos. Asbestos is a known carcinogen. Make sure you have adequate ventilation. Wear protective glasses, hearing protection, dust protection masks and protective gloves. Advice on use Push the workpiece slowly and with minimum pressure on to the saw blade. Q General safety advice / Assembly Reduce the rate of advance when you are cutting thicker material. Hold the workpiece firmly on the table with both hands and push it slowly towards the saw blade. Otherwise the saw blade may twist or break. Avoid making any sharp changes in direction during sawing to prevent the saw blade from twisting or tearing. Before starting the saw cut, drill a hole at a corner or internal cut-out in the workpiece and start sawing from the hole. Use the correct saw blade. The choice of saw blade depends on the thickness and type of material and the intended cut. Select a saw blade with fine teeth to saw thin, hard materials. Use a narrow saw blade to saw small radius cuts. Assembly DANGER OF INJURY! Pull the mains plug out of the socket before you carry out any task on the device, Q Attaching the blade guard 9 (see Fig. A) Push the screw 10 c from the inside through the slot in the blade guard 9. From the outside of the blade guard 9, place the guide plate 10 b on to the screw 10 c. The longer of the angled sides of the guide plate 10 b reaches around the cover 9. Attach the blade guard 9 between the two attachment arms 11 and insert the two screws 10 c through the openings provided for them in the attachment arms 11. Ensure that the upwardly curved end of the blade guard 9 is at the top. Put the plain washers 10 a on from the outside of the attachment arms 11. Screw the knurled nuts 10 on to the two screw ends 10 c. GB 9
Assembly / Bringing into use Slide the blade guard 9 into the desired position and fix it in that position by tightening the knurled nuts 10. Q Attaching the feet 12 (see Fig. B) Attach the feet 12 from below through the mounting holes in the device s base plate. Q Attaching the dust blow tube 1 (see Fig. C) Q Screw the fan tube 1 clockwise and hand tight into the designated opening. Bringing into use CAUTION! Make sure that the device is switched off before you connect it to the mains supply. Always switch on the electrical power tool before moving the workpiece against it. Otherwise there is the risk of kickback. Setting up the device: Grab the device at the position labelled Please lift here to position the device. Switching on the device: Press the green ON button 4. Switching off the device: Press the red OFF button 3. Q Setting the stroke rate Turn the stroke rate controller 2 clockwise to increase the stroke rate. Turn the stroke rate controller 2 anticlockwise to decrease the stroke rate. NOTE: Be aware that too high a stroke rate leads to the saw blade heating up, an increase in wear of the saw blade and burn marks on the material. Select a saw speed suitable for the material being sawn. Maximum speed Medium speed Minimum speed Thick wooden board Thin wooden or plastic board Straight cut Straight and curved cuts Normal fretsaw work Normal and intricate fretsaw work Q Tilting the saw table 6 (see Figs. D, E) Q - Intricate fretsaw work Unscrew the angle setting screw 5. Tilt the saw table 6 until the desired is reached. NOTE: The angle can be read off the angle scale 6 a. Retighten the angle setting screw 5. Inserting / removing the saw blade 7 DANGER OF INJURY! Pull the mains plug out of the socket before you carry out any task on the device, Inserting the saw blade 7 : Lift up the clamping lever 13. Insert the saw blade 7 through the opening in the saw table 6. Ensure that the teeth of the saw blade 7 point forwards and downwards. Suspend the saw blade 7 in the bottom blade mount 14. Then hook the top pin of the saw blade 7 in the recess provided for this purpose in the top saw blade mount 8. Lower the clamping lever 13 to tension the saw blade 7. Turn the clamping lever 13 horizontally clockwise to increase the tension. 10 GB
Bringing into use / Maintenance and cleaning / Service / Warranty / Disposal Turn the clamping lever 13 horizontally anticlockwise to reduce the tension. NOTE: Sawing with too little tension in the saw blade 7 can lead to inaccurate results. Removing the saw blade 7 : Lift up the clamping lever 13. Press the top saw blade mount 8 downward. Lift the saw blade 7 slightly. Unhook the saw blade out of the bottom saw blade mount 14 by moving it forward. Q Q Maintenance and cleaning Maintenance DANGER OF INJURY! Pull the mains plug out of the socket before you carry out any task on the device, The device requires almost no maintenance. Q Warranty The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from the date of purchase. The appliance has been manufactured with care and meticulously examined before delivery. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim, please make contact by telephone with our Service Department. Only in this way can a post-free despatch for your goods be assured. The warranty covers only claims for material and maufacturing defects, but not for transport damage, for wearing parts or for damage to fragile components, e.g. buttons or batteries. This product is for private use only and is not intended for commercial use. The warranty is void in the case of abusive and improper handling, use of force and internal tampering not carried out by our authorized service branch. Φυλάξτε τα ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία που δεν χρησιμοποιείτε σε ασφαλές χώρο. Πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείτε τα ηλεκτρικά εργαλεία που δεν χρησιμοποιείτε σε στεγνό, ανυψωμένο ή κλειστό χώρο, στον οποίο δεν έχουν πρόσβαση παιδιά. 6. Μην υπερφορτώνετε το ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο σας. Λειτουργεί καλύτερα και ασφαλέστερα εντός του καθορισμένου τομέα απόδοσης. 7. Χρησιμοποιήστε το σωστό ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο. Απαγορεύεται η χρήση μηχανημάτων με μειωμένη απόδοση για βαριές εργασίες. Απαγορεύεται η χρήση ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου για σκοπούς, για τους οποίους δεν έχει προβλεφθεί. Για παράδειγμα απαγορεύεται η χρήση πριονιού χειρός για την κοπή δέντρων ή κορμών ξύλου. GR 15
Γενικές υποδείξεις ασφάλειας 8. Φοράτε κατάλληλο ρουχισμό. Μην φοράτε φαρδιά ρούχα και κοσμήματα, μπορεί να πιαστούν από τα κινούμενα εξαρτήματα. Κατά την εργασία σε εξωτερικούς χώρους, προτείνεται η χρήση αντιολισθητικών παπουτσιών. Εάν έχετε μακριά μαλλιά φοράτε ένα δίχτυ για τα μαλλιά. 9. Χρησιμοποιήστε προστατευτικό εξοπλισμό. Φοράτε προστατευτικά γυαλιά. Κατά τις εργασίες, στις οποίες δημιουργείται σκόνη, φοράτε αναπνευστική μάσκα. 10. Συνδέστε τη διάταξη αναρρόφησης σκόνης. Σε περίπτωση που υπάρχουν υποδοχές για την αναρρόφηση σκόνης, βεβαιωθείτε ότι έχουν συνδεθεί και ότι χρησιμοποιούνται σωστά. 11. Απαγορεύεται η χρήση του καλωδίου για σκοπούς, για τους οποίους δεν είναι κατάλληλο. Απαγορεύεται η χρήση του καλωδίου για να τραβήξετε το βύσμα από την πρίζα. Προστατέψτε το καλώδιο από τη θερμότητα, το λάδι και τις αιχμηρές ακμές. 12. Ασφαλίστε το τεμάχιο επεξεργασίας. Χρησιμοποιήστε διατάξεις τάνυσης ή μέγγενη για να σταθεροποιήσετε το τεμάχιο επεξεργασίας. Με τον τρόπο αυτό συγκρατείται καλύτερα από ό,τι με το χέρι σας. 13. Αποφύγετε τις ασυνήθιστες σωματικές στάσεις. Φροντίστε ώστε να στέκεστε σταθερά και να κρατάτε πάντα την ισορροπία σας. 14. Συντηρείτε το εργαλείο σας με προσοχή. Κρατήστε τα εργαλεία κοπής αιχμηρά και καθαρά, έτσι ώστε να μπορείτε να πετυχαίνετε καλύτερη και ασφαλέστερη εργασία. Τηρήστε τις υποδείξεις σχετικά με τη λίπανση και την αντικατάσταση εργαλείου. Ελέγχετε τακτικά το συνδετικό αγωγό του ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου και αναθέστε την αντικατάστασή του σε περίπτωση φθοράς σε έναν αναγνωρισμένο ειδικό. Ελέγχετε τακτικά τους αγωγούς επέκτασης και αντικαταστήστε τους, σε περίπτωση που έχουν υποστεί φθορά. Κρατήστε τις χειρολαβές στεγνές, καθαρές και χωρίς λάδι ή γράσο. 15. Τραβήξτε το βύσμα από την ηλεκτρική πρίζα: Σε περίπτωση μη χρήσης του ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου, πριν από τη συντήρηση και σε περίπτωση αντικατάστασης εργαλείων όπως π.χ. πριονολάμας, τρυπανιού, φρέζας. 16. Μην αφήνετε προσαρτημένα τα κλειδιά εργαλείου. Ελέγξτε πριν από την ενεργοποίηση αν έχουν απομακρυνθεί τα κλειδιά και τα εργαλεία ρύθμισης. 17. Αποφύγετε την αθέμιτη εκκίνηση. Μην ξεχνάτε ποτέ ότι ο διακόπτης πρέπει να είναι απενεργοποιημένος κατά την εισαγωγή του βύσματος μέσα στην πρίζα. 18. Χρησιμοποιήστε καλώδιο επέκτασης για λειτουργία σε εξωτερικούς χώρους. Για χρήση σε εξωτερικούς χώρους, χρησιμοποιήστε μόνο επιτρεπόμενα καλώδια επέκτασης, τα οποία φέρουν αντίστοιχη σήμανση. 19. Επιδείξτε μεγάλη προσοχή. Εχετε πάντα επίγνωση των πράξεών σας. Δείξτε σύνεση κατά την εργασία. Μην χρησιμοποιείτε ηλεκτρονικά εργαλεία όταν δεν είσαστε συγκεντρωμένοι. 20. Ελέγχετε το ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο για τυχόν βλάβες. Πριν από περαιτέρω χρήση ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου πρέπει να ελέγξετε προσεκτικά τις προστατευτικές διατάξεις ή τα εξαρτήματα που φθείρονται εύκολα ως προς την άψογη και ορθή τους λειτουργία. Ελέγξτε αν όλα τα κινούμενα εξαρτήματα λειτουργούν άψογα και δεν μπλοκάρουν, ή αν υπάρχουν εξαρτήματα που φέρουν φθορές. Ολα τα εξαρτήματα πρέπει να έχουν συναρμολογηθεί σωστά και να ανταποκρίνονται στις απαιτήσεις, ούτως ώστε να διασφαλίζουν την άψογη λειτουργία του ηλεκτρικού εργαλείου. Οι κατεστραμμένες προστατευτικές διατάξεις και εξαρτήματα πρέπει να επιδιορθώνονται ή να αντικαθίστανται από αναγνωρισμένο ειδικό συνεργείο σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς, εφόσον δεν περιγράφεται κάτι άλλο μέσα στις οδηγίες χρήσης. 16 GR
Γενικές υποδείξεις ασφάλειας Οι κατεστραμμένοι διακόπτες πρέπει να αντικαθιστώνται από συνεργείο του δικτύου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Απαγορεύεται η χρήση ηλεκτρονικών εργαλείων, των οποίων ο διακόπτης δεν μπορεί να ενεργοποιηθεί και να απενεργοποιηθεί. 21. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ! Η χρήση άλλων συνεργείων και άλλων εξαρτημάτων σημαίνει κίνδυνο τραυματισμού για εσάς. 22. Αναθέστε την επιδιόρθωση του ηλεκτρικού σας εργαλείου σε ειδικό ηλεκτρολόγο. Αυτό το ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο ανταποκρίνεται στους ισχύοντες κανονισμούς ασφάλειας. Οι επιδιορθώσεις επιτρέπεται να πραγματοποιούνται μόνο από ειδικό ηλεκτρολόγο, ο οποίος χρησιμοποιεί αυθεντικά εξαρτήματα, διαφορετικά ίσως ο χρήστης έρθει αντιμέτωπος με ατυχήματα. Συγκεκριμένες υποδείξεις ασφάλειας για συσκευές πριονιού κυλίνδρων Τοποθετείτε το πριόνι κυλίνδρων μόνο σε επίπεδη και σταθερή επιφάνεια. Αν κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργίας το καλώδιο δικτύου καταστραφεί ή κοπεί, μην το αγγίξετε. Αποσυνδέστε άμεσα το βύσμα δικτύου και στη συνέχεια αναθέστε την επισκευή της συσκευής μόνο σε ειδικό προσωπικό ή στην αρμόδια υπηρεσία service. Οδηγείτε το καλώδιο δικτύου πάντα από πίσω μακριά από τη συσκευή. Σε περίπτωση κινδύνου αποσυνδέστε αμέσως το βύσμα από την πρίζα. Οδηγείτε το τεμάχιο επεξεργασίας πάνω στη συσκευή, μόνο όταν αυτή είναι ενεργοποιημένη. Διαφορετικά υφίσταται κίνδυνος ανάκρουσης. Απαγορεύεται η επεξεργασία υγρών υλικών ή υγρών επιφανειών. Χρησιμοποιείτε μόνο πριονολάμες που δε φέρουν βλάβες και βρίσκονται σε άψογη κατάσταση 7. Οι λυγισμένες ή αμβλείες πριονολάμες 7 μπορεί να σπάσουν ή να προκαλέσουν ανάκρουση. Βεβαιωθείτε, ότι τα δόντια της πριονολάμας 7 δείχνουν προς τα κάτω, πριν χρησιμοποιήσετε τη συσκευή. ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΤΡΑΥΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΥ! Κρατάτε τα χέρια σας μακριά από την περιοχή πριονίσματος. Ελέγχετε το τεμάχιο προς επεξεργασία για τυχόν προεξέχοντα καρφιά κ.λπ. και απομακρύνετε τα. Μπορεί να προκληθούν τραυματισμοί ή / και υλικές φθορές, εάν η πριονολάμα έρθει σε επαφή με καρφιά κ.λπ. Η συσκευή θα πρέπει να είναι πάντοτε καθαρή, στεγνή και χωρίς λάδια ή γράσα λίπανσης. Απενεργοποιείτε τη συσκευή, πριν απομακρύνετε υπολείμματα ξύλου κοντά από την πριονολάμα. Διαφορετικά μπορεί να προκληθούν τραυματισμοί. Δηλητηριώδεις ΣΚΟΝΕΣ / ατμοί! Οι δηλητηριώδεις σκόνες / ατμοί που προκύπτουν από την επεξεργασία αποτελούν κίνδυνο για την υγεία για τους χειριστές ή για τα άτομα που βρίσκονται κοντά στη συσκευή. Αποφύγετε το πριόνισμα υλικών που βλάπτουν την υγεία. Απαγορεύεται η επεξεργασία υλικών που περιέχουν αμίαντο. Ο αμίαντος αποτελεί καρκινογόνο ουσία. Φροντίστε για επαρκή αερισμό. Φοράτε προστατευτικά γυαλιά, ωτοασπίδες, μάσκα προστασίας από τη σκόνη και προστατευτικά γάντια. Υποδείξεις εργασίας Σπρώξτε το τεμάχιο προς επεξεργασία αργά και ασκώντας ελάχιστη πίεση στην πριονολάμα. Για πιο σκληρά υλικά μειώστε την πρόωση. Διαφορετικά η πριονολάμα μπορεί να μετατοπιστεί ή να σπάσει. Αποφύγετε απότομες αλλαγές κατεύθυνσης κατά τη διάρκεια του πριονίσματος, για να μην προκαλέσετε μετατόπιση ή σκίσιμο της πριονολάμας. Πριν από το πριόνισμα ανοίξτε οπή σε θέση, στην οποία πρέπει να υπάρχει γωνία ή εσωτερικό περίγραμμα, και αρχίστε το πριόνισμα από εκεί. GR 17
Γενικές υποδείξεις ασφάλειας / Τοποθέτηση /Θέση σε λειτουργία Χρησιμοποιείστε τη σωστή πριονολάμα. Η επιλογή της πριονολάμας εξαρτάται από τη σκληρότητα και το είδος του υλικού και από το επιθυμητό κόψιμο. Επιλέξτε πριονολάμα με λεπτή οδόντωση για την επεξεργασία λεπτών και σκληρών υλικών. Χρησιμοποιείστε μικρή πριονολάμα, για να πριονίσετε αιχμηρές κοιλότητες. Τοποθέτηση ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΤΡΥ ΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΥ! Πριν από οποιαδήποτε εργασία στη συσκευή, απομακρύνετε το βύσμα δικτύου από την πρίζα. Τοποθέτηση προστατευτικού καλύμματος 9 (βλέπε εικ. A) Τοποθετήστε τη βίδα 10 c μέσα από τη σχισμή του προστατευτικού καλύμματος 9. Από την εξωτερική πλευρά του προστατευτικού καλύμματος 9 τοποθετήστε την πλάκα οδηγό 10 b στη βίδα 10 c. Η μακρύτερη από τις κεκλιμένες πλευρές της πλάκας οδηγού 10 b πιάνεται στο προστατευτικό κάλυμμα 9. Τοποθετήστε το προστατευτικό κάλυμμα 9 μεταξύ των δύο βραχιόνων στερέωσης 11 και τοποθετήστε τις δύο βίδες 10 c στους βραχίονες στερέωσης 11 μέσα από τα προβλεπόμενα ανοίγματα. Προσέξτε η κοίλη πλευρά του προστατευτικού καλύμματος 9 να δείχνει προς τα επάνω. Τοποθετήστε στην εξωτερική πλευρά του βραχίονα στερέωσης 11 τη ροδέλα 10 a. Βιδώστε τα αυλακωτά παξιμάδια 10 και στα δύο άκρα των βιδών 10 c. Σπρώξτε το προστατευτικό κάλυμμα 9 στην επιθυμητή θέση και στερεώστε σφίγγοντας το με τα αυλακωτά παξιμάδια 10. Τοποθέτηση ποδιών στερέωσης 12 (βλέπε εικ. B) Τοποθετήστε το πόδι στερέωσης 12 από κάτω στην οπή εγκατάστασης της πλάκας στήριξης της συσκευής. Τοποθέτηση εύκαμπτου σωλήνα φυσητήρα 1 (βλέπε εικ. C) Βιδώστε δεξιόστροφα τον εύκαμπτο σωλήνα φυσητήρα 1 σφιχτά με το χέρι στο προβλεπόμενο άνοιγμα. Θέση σε λειτουργία Προσοχή! Βεβαιωθείτε, ότι η συσκευή δεν είναι ενεργοποιημένη πριν από τη σύνδεση στην παροχή ρεύματος. Οδηγείτε τα τεμάχια επεξεργασίας πάνω στη συσκευή, μόνο όταν αυτή είναι ενεργοποιημένη. Διαφορετικά υφίσταται κίνδυνος ανάκρουσης. Τοποθέτηση συσκευής: Πιάστε τη συσκευή από τη θέση του αυτοκόλλητου Please lift here, για να τοποθετήσετε τη συσκευή. Ενεργοποίηση συσκευής: Πατήστε το πράσινο κουμπί ενεργοποίησης 4. Απενεργοποίηση συσκευής: Πατήστε το κόκκινο κουμπί απενεργοποίησης 3. Ρύθμιση αριθμού εμβολισμών Περιστρέψτε το ρυθμιστή αριθμού εμβολισμών 2 δεξιόστροφα, για να αυξήσετε τον αριθμό εμβολισμών. Περιστρέψτε το ρυθμιστή αριθμού εμβολισμών 2 αριστερόστροφα, για να μειώσετε τον αριθμό εμβολισμών. 18 GR
Θέση σε λειτουργία / Συντήρηση και καθαρισμός ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ: Λάβετε υπόψη σας, ότι ο πολύ μεγάλος αριθμός εμβολισμών οδηγεί σε αύξηση της θερμότητας της πριονολάμας και κατά επέκταση σε μεγαλύτερη φθορά της πριονολάμας αλλά και σε σημάδια καύσης στο υλικό. Επιλέξτε την ταχύτητα πριονίσματος ανάλογα με τα υλικά που πρόκειται να επεξεργαστείτε. Τοποθέτηση / απομάκρυνση πριονολάμας 7 ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΤΡΥ ΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΥ! Πριν από οποιαδήποτε εργασία στη συσκευή, απομακρύνετε το βύσμα δικτύου από την πρίζα. Τοποθέτηση πριονολάμας 7 : Γείρετε το μοχλό σύσφιξης 13 προς τα επάνω. Τοποθετήστε την πριονολάμα 7 μέσα από το άνοιγμα στο τραπέζι κοπής 6. Προσέξτε η οδόντωση της πριονολάμας 7 να δείχνει προς τα εμπρός και προς τα κάτω. Αναρτήστε την πριονολάμα 7 στην κάτω βάση πριονολάμας 14. Στη συνέχεια αναρτήστε τα πάνω άγκιστρα της πριονολάμας 7 στην προβλεπόμενη εσοχή στην πάνω βάση της πριονολάμας 8. Γείρετε το μοχλό σύσφιξης 13 προς τα κάτω, για να τεντώστε την πριονολάμα 7. Περιστρέψτε το μοχλό σύσφιξης 13 οριζόντια και δεξιόστροφα, για να αυξήσετε την τάνυση. Περιστρέψτε το μοχλό σύσφιξης 13 οριζόντια και αριστερόστροφα, για να μειώσετε την τάνυση. ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ: Πριόνια με μικρή τάνυση της πριονολάμας 7 μπορεί να οδηγήσουν σε μη εγγυημένα αποτελέσματα πριονίσματος. Απομάκρυνση πριονολάμας 7 : Γείρετε το μοχλό σύσφιξης 13 προς τα επάνω. Πιέστε την πάνω βάση της πριονολάμας 8 προς τα κάτω. Ανασηκώστε ελαφρά την πριονολάμα 7. Σπρώξτε την προς τα εμπρός και απαγκιστρώστε την από την κάτω βάση της πριονολάμας 14. Συντήρηση και καθαρισμός Συντήρηση ΚΙΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΤΡΥ ΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΥ! Πριν από οποιαδήποτε εργασία στη συσκευή, απομακρύνετε το βύσμα δικτύου από την πρίζα. Η συσκευή δεν απαιτεί σχεδόν καθόλου συντήρηση. Καθαρισμός Καθαρίζετε τακτικά τη συσκευή, ιδανικά αμέσως μετά την ολοκλήρωση των εργασιών. Απαγορεύεται να εισρέουν υγρά στο εσωτερικό της συσκευής. Για τον καθαρισμό χρησιμοποιήστε στεγνό πανί. Διατηρήστε τη σχισμή εξαερισμού καθαρή χωρίς σκόνη και ακαθαρσίες. Απαγορεύεται αυστηρά η χρήση βενζίνης ή άλλων επιθετικών διαλυτικών μέσων. Αποθηκεύετε τη συσκευή σε στεγνό χώρο. GR 19
Σέρβις / Εγγύηση / Απόσυρση Σέρβις Αναθέστε την επιδιόρθωση της συσκευής σας στην υπηρεσία service ή σε εξειδικευμένο ηλεκτρολόγο και χρησιμοποιήστε μόνο αυθεντικά ανταλλακτικά. Με τον τρόπο αυτό μπορεί να διασφαλιστεί το γεγονός, ότι διατηρείται η ασφάλεια της συσκευής. Αναθέτετε πάντα την αντικατάσταση του βύσματος ή του καλωδίου δικτύου στον κατασκευαστή της συσκευής ή στην υπηρεσία εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Με τον τρόπο αυτό μπορεί να διασφαλιστεί το γεγονός, ότι διατηρείται η ασφάλεια της συσκευής. Εγγύηση Έχετε για αυτή τη συσκευή 3 χρόνια εγγύηση από την ημερομηνία αγοράς. Η συσκευή κατασκευάστηκε και ελέγχθηκε προσεκτικά πριν από την αποστολή. Παρακαλούμε φυλάξτε την απόδειξη ταμείου ως απόδειξη για την αγορά. Παρακαλούμε επικοινωνήστε τηλεφωνικά με την υπηρεσία σέρβις σε περίπτωση εγγύησης. Μόνο έτσι μπορεί να εξασφαλιστεί μια δωρεάν αποστολή του εμπορεύματός σας. Η απόδοση εγγύησης ισχύει μόνο για σφάλματα υλικού ή κατασκευής, όχι όμως για ζημιές από τη μεταφορά, για εξαρτήματα φθοράς ή για βλάβες σε εύθραυστα εξαρτήματα, π.χ. διακόπτες ή συσσωρευτές. Το προϊόν προορίζεται μόνο για την ιδιωτική και όχι για την επαγγελματική χρήση. Σε περίπτωση κακής μεταχείρισης και ακατάλληλης χρήσης, σε χρήση βίας και σε παρεμβάσεις οι οποίες δεν διεξήχθησαν από το εξουσιοδοτημένο μας τμήμα σέρβις, η εγγύηση παύει να ισχύει. Τα νομικά σας δικαιώματα δεν περιορίζονται μέσω αυτής της εγγύησης. Ο χρόνος εγγύησης δεν επεκτείνεται μέσω της απόδοσης εγγύησης. Αυτό ισχύει και για εξαρτήματα τα οποία έχουν αντικατασταθεί ή επισκευαστεί. Ενδεχόμενες ήδη υπάρχουσες κατά την αγορά, ζημιές και ελλείψεις πρέπει να αναφέρονται αμέσως μετά την αποσυσκευασία, το αργότερο όμως δύο ημέρες μετά την ημερομηνία αγοράς. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist Teil dieses Produkts. Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise für Sicherheit, Gebrauch und Entsorgung. Machen Sie sich vor der Benutzung des Produkts mit allen Bedien- und Sicherheitshinweisen vertraut. Benutzen Sie das Produkt nur wie beschrieben und für die angegebenen Einsatzbereiche. Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Die Dekupiersäge ist für Feinsägearbeiten von Holz und Kunststoffen im Heimwerkerbereich bestimmt (siehe Abb. F). Jede andere Verwendung oder Veränderung des Gerätes gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß und birgt erhebliche Unfallgefahren. Beim Gebrauch von Elektrowerkzeugen sind zum Schutz gegen elektrischen Schlag, Verletzungs- und Brandgefahr folgende grundsätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zu beachten. Lesen Sie alle diese Hinweise, bevor Sie dieses Elektrowerkzeug benutzen, und bewahren Sie die Sicherheitshinweise gut auf. Sicheres Arbeiten 1. Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich in Ordnung. Unordnung im Arbeitsbereich kann Unfälle zur Folge haben. 2. Berücksichtigen Sie Umgebungseinflüsse. Setzen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht dem Regen aus. Benutzen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht in feuchter oder nasser Umgebung. Sorgen Sie für gute Beleuchtung des Arbeitsbereichs. Benutzen Sie Elektrowerkzeuge nicht, wo Brand- oder Explosionsgefahr besteht. 3. Schützen Sie sich vor elektrischem Schlag. Vermeiden Sie Körperberührung mit geerdeten Teilen (z.b. Rohre, Radiatoren, Elektroherde, Kühlgeräte). 4. Halten Sie andere Personen fern. Lassen Sie andere Personen, insbesondere Kinder, nicht das Elektrowerkzeug oder das Kabel berühren. Halten Sie sie von Ihrem Arbeitsbereich fern. 5. Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Elektrowerkzeuge sicher auf. Unbenutzte Elektrowerkzeuge sollten an einem trockenen, hochgelegenen oder abgeschlossenen Ort, außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern, abgelegt werden. 6. Überlasten Sie Ihr Elektrowerkzeug nicht. Sie arbeiten besser und sicherer im angegebenen Leistungsbereich. 7. Benutzen Sie das richtige Elektrowerkzeug. Verwenden Sie keine leistungsschwachen Maschinen für schwere Arbeiten. Benutzen Sie das Elektrowerkzeug nicht für solche Zwecke, für die es nicht vorgesehen ist. Benutzen Sie zum Beispiel keine Handkreissäge zum Schneiden von Baumästen oder Holzscheiten. 8. Tragen Sie geeignete Kleidung. Tragen Sie keine weite Kleidung oder Schmuck, sie könnten von beweglichen Teilen erfasst werden. Beim Arbeiten im Freien ist rutschfestes Schuhwerk empfehlenswert. Tragen Sie bei langen Haaren ein Haarnetz. 9. Benutzen Sie Schutzausrüstung. DE/AT/CH 25
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise Tragen Sie eine Schutzbrille. Verwenden Sie bei stauberzeugenden Arbeiten eine Staubmaske. 10. Schließen Sie die Staubabsaugeinrichtung an. Falls Anschlüsse zur Staubabsaugung vorhanden sind, überzeugen Sie sich, dass diese angeschlossen und richtig benutzt werden. 11. Verwenden Sie das Kabel nicht für Zwecke, für die es nicht bestimmt ist. Benutzen Sie das Kabel nicht, um den Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. Schützen Sie das Kabel vor Hitze, Öl und scharfen Kanten. 12. Sichern Sie das Werkstück. Benutzen Sie Spannvorrichtungen oder einen Schraubstock, um das Werkstück festzuhalten. Es ist damit sicherer gehalten, als mit Ihrer Hand. 13. Vermeiden Sie abnorme Körperhaltung. Sorgen Sie für sicheren Stand und halten Sie jederzeit das Gleichgewicht. 14. Pflegen Sie Ihre Werkzeuge mit Sorgfalt. Halten Sie die Schneidwerkzeuge scharf und sauber, um besser und sicherer arbeiten zu können. Befolgen Sie die Hinweise zur Schmierung und zum Werkzeugwechsel. Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig die Anschlussleitung des Elektrowerkzeugs und lassen Sie diese bei Beschädigung von einem anerkannten Fachmann erneuern. Kontrollieren Sie Verlängerungsleitungen regelmäßig und ersetzen Sie diese, wenn sie beschädigt sind. Halten Sie Handgriffe trocken, sauber und frei von Öl und Fett. 15. Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose: Bei Nichtgebrauch des Elektrowerkzeugs, vor der Wartung und beim Wechsel von Werkzeugen wie z.b. Sägeblatt, Bohrer, Fräser. 16. Lassen Sie keine Werkzeugschlüssel stecken. Überprüfen Sie vor dem Einschalten, dass Schlüssel und Einstellwerkzeuge entfernt sind. 17. Vermeiden Sie unbeaufsichtigten Anlauf. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Schalter beim Einstecken des Steckers in die Steckdose ausgeschaltet ist. 18. Benutzen Sie Verlängerungskabel für den Außenbereich. Verwenden Sie im Freien nur dafür zugelassene und entsprechend gekennzeichnete Verlängerungskabel. 19. Seien Sie aufmerksam. Achten Sie darauf, was Sie tun. Gehen Sie mit Vernunft an die Arbeit. Benutzen Sie das Elektrowerkzeug nicht, wenn Sie unkonzentriert sind. 20. Überprüfen Sie das Elektrowerkzeug auf eventuelle Beschädigungen. Vor weiterem Gebrauch des Elektrowerkzeugs müssen Schutzvorrichtungen oder leicht beschädigte Teile sorgfältig auf ihre einwandfreie und bestimmungsgemäße Funktion untersucht werden. Überprüfen Sie, ob die beweglichen Teile einwandfrei funktionieren und nicht klemmen, oder ob Teile beschädigt sind. Sämtliche Teile müssen richtig montiert sein und alle Bedingungen erfüllen, um den einwandfreien Betrieb des Elektrowerkzeugs zu gewährleisten. Beschädigte Schutzvorrichtungen und Teile müssen bestimmungsgemäß durch eine anerkannte Fachwerkstatt repariert oder ausgewechselt werden, soweit nichts anderes in der Gebrauchsanweisung angegeben ist. Beschädigte Schalter müssen bei einer Kundendienstwerkstatt ersetzt werden. Benutzen Sie keine Elektrowerkzeuge, bei denen sich der Schalter nicht ein- und ausschalten lässt. 21. Vorsicht! Der Gebrauch anderer Einsatzwerkzeuge und anderen Zubehörs kann eine Verletzungsgefahr für Sie bedeuten. 22. Lassen Sie Ihr Elektrowerkzeug durch eine Elektrofachkraft reparieren. Dieses Elektrowerkzeug entspricht den einschlägigen Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Reparaturen dürfen nur von einer Elektrofachkraft ausgeführt werden, indem Originalersatzteile verwendet werden; andernfalls können Unfälle für den Benutzer entstehen. 26 DE/AT/CH
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise / Montage Gerätespezifische Sicherheitshinweise für Dekupiersägen Stellen Sie die Dekupiersäge nur auf einer ebenen, stabilen Fläche auf. Berühren Sie nicht das Netzkabel, wenn es während des Betriebs beschädigt oder durchtrennt wird. Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät anschließend ausschließlich von einem Fachmann oder der zuständigen Servicestelle reparieren. Führen Sie das Netzkabel immer nach hinten vom Gerät weg. Ziehen Sie bei Gefahr sofort den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. Führen Sie das Werkstück nur gegen das eingeschaltete Elektrowerkzeug. Es besteht sonst die Gefahr eines Rückschlages. Bearbeiten Sie keine angefeuchteten Materialien oder feuchte Flächen. Verwenden Sie nur unbeschädigte und einwandfreie Sägeblätter 7. Verbogene und stumpfe Sägeblätter 7 können brechen oder einen Rückschlag verursachen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Zähne der Sägeblätter 7 nach unten zeigen, bevor Sie sie in das Gerät einsetzen. VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR! Halten Sie die Hände vom Sägebereich fern. Prüfen Sie das zu bearbeitende Werkstück auf eventuell hervorstehende Nägel, etc. und entfernen Sie diese. Es können Verletzungen und / oder Sachschäden die Folge sein, wenn das Sägeblatt mit Nägeln, etc. in Berührung kommt. Das Gerät muss stets sauber, trocken und frei von Öl oder Schmierfetten sein. Schalten Sie das Gerät ab, bevor Sie Holzreste aus unmittelbarer Nähe des Sägeblattes entfernen. Andernfalls können Verletzungen die Folge sein. Giftige Stäube / Dämpfe! Die durch die Bearbeitung entstehenden giftigen Stäube / Dämpfe stellen eine Gesundheitsgefährdung für die Bedienperson oder in der Nähe befindliche Personen dar. Vermeiden Sie das Sägen von gesundheitsschädlichen Materialien. Asbesthaltiges Material darf nicht bearbeitet werden. Asbest gilt als krebserregend. Sorgen Sie für ausreichende Belüftung. Tragen Sie eine Schutzbrille, Gehörschutz, Staubschutzmaske und Schutzhandschuhe. Arbeitshinweise Schieben Sie das Werkstück langsam und mit minimalem Druck auf das Sägeblatt zu. Verringern Sie den Vorschub, wenn Sie stärkeres Material schneiden. Halten Sie das Werkstück mit beiden Händen fest am Tisch und schieben Sie es langsam zum Sägeblatt. Andernfalls kann sich das Sägeblatt verdrehen oder brechen. Vermeiden Sie scharfe Richtungsänderungen während des Sägevorgangs um ein Verdrehen oder Reißen des Sägeblatts zu vermeiden. Bohren Sie vor dem Sägen ein Loch an die Stelle an der eine Ecke oder Innenkontur entstehen soll und sägen Sie diese von dort aus. Verwenden Sie das richtige Sägeblatt. Die Auswahl des Sägeblatts hängt von der Stärke und der Art des Materials und vom gewünschten Schnitt ab. Wählen Sie ein Sägeblatt mit feinen Zähnen um dünne und harte Materialien zu bearbeiten. Verwenden Sie ein schmales Sägeblatt um scharfe Rundungen zu sägen. Montage VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR! Ziehen Sie vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. Schutzhaube 9 montieren (siehe Abb. A) Stecken Sie die Schraube 10 c von innen durch den Schlitz der Schutzhaube 9. Stecken Sie von der Außenseite der Schutzhaube 9 das Führungsblech 10 b auf die Schraube 10 c. DE/AT/CH 27
