T ianj in Ey e H osp ital T ianj in 300040 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of perflu2 o rocarbon liqu id (PFCL ) app lication in dislocated crys2 talline lens and vitreo retinal (V R ) surgery. M ethods intro trop ic am blyop ia patienṫ A nd the distribution of W e u sed PFCL to treat tw e cases of dislocated crys2 talline len s and u sed PFCL to treat th irty- seven cases of com p licated retinal detachm en ts and tw o cases of traum atic retinal detachm ent and one case of p ro lifera2 tive diabetic retinopathy in V R surgery. Results W e contro l o r the fellow eyes of am blyop ia patient w ere compared each o theṙ Results T he average of these th ree impo rtant param eters of the tw o k inds of am bly2 op ias all change significantly. T here are significant de2 lays of the latencies of N 1 P1 w hen am b lyop ia eye is compared w ith either no rm al contro l o r the fellow eye of the am p litudes is sim ilaṙ T h is show s that the fellow eyes of intro trop ic am blyop ia patients are no t no rm al eyes O ur results also p rovide an index fo r am blyop ia di2 agno sis if the amp litude of anisom etrop ic am blyop ia is low er less than 0. 8 and the latency is longer mo re than u sed PFCL to facilitate the safe rem oval of tw o hard dislocated crystalline len s and their vision im p roved. T he V R surgery w as effective in 35 eyes (87. 5% ) on discharge from the ho sp ital.
