T he changes of hum o ral imm une function of O chotona cu rz on iae w ere exam ined by icv in jection of CR F, N E and their b lockeṙ T he resu lts show ed that icv CR F (110 Λg) resu lted in a 2912% (P < 0101) decrem en t in the p roduc2 tion of IgG; Cen tral adm in istration (icv) of the CR F an tagon ist 2helical CR F2 (9241) 50 Λg com p letely b locked the imm uno supp ressive action of CR F, w hen an im al w ere icv in2 jection of N E 5 nm p roduced a sign ifican t supp ression of the IgG p roduction. A fter de2 stroyed cen tral sym pathetic nervou s system w ith 62OHDA, the IgG levels increased by 2413% (P < 0101). T hese findings suggest that enhanced CR F level in the b rain m igh t be a sou rce to reduce hum o ral imm une function and cen tral sym pathetic nervou s system m ay p lay a strained supp ressive ro le in m odu lation of hum o ral imm une in O chotona cu r2 z on iae.
