From 1.0g (5.2mmol) of [emim][br] and 0.6g(6.7mmol) of L-alanine, 0.9g of [emim][ala] was obtained (Yield : 86%). 1 H-NMR (DMSO, δ/ppm relative to TMS) : 0.96(d, 3H, J=3.5 Hz), 1.35(t, 3H, J=7Hz), 2.80(q, 1H, J=10.3Hz), 3.83(s, 3H), 4.17(q, 2H, J=11.3Hz), 7.72(s, 1H), 7.81(s, 1H), 9.83(s, 1H). S4 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium aminosuccinic acid salt ([emim][asp]). S5 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium 2-amino-3-mercaptopropionic acid salt ([emim][cys]). The same procedure was used under nitrogen atmosphere. From 1.0g (5.2mmol) of [emim][br], and 0.8g (6.6mmol) of L-cystein, 0.9g of [emim][cys] was obtained (Yield : 77%). 1 H-NMR (DMSO, δ/ppm relative to TMS) : 1.36(t, 3H, J=7.5Hz), 2.45(d, 1H, J=10.3Hz), 2.67(d, 1H, J=8.5Hz), 2.93(t, 1H, J=5.5Hz), 3.82(s, 3H), 4.17(q, 2H, J=10.8Hz), 7.70(s, 1H), 7.78(s, 1H), 9.51(s, 1H). S6 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium 2-aminoglutaramic acid salt ([emim][gln]).
