5 Καλωσόρισμα Αγαπητοί συνάδελφοι, Με ιδιαίτερη χαρά σας καλωσορίζουμε στο 7 ο της Ελληνικής Εταιρείας Βιοχημείας και Μοριακής Βιολογίας (EEBMB) που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην Αθήνα, στο Εθνικό Κέντρο Έρευνας Φυσικών Επιστημών «Δημόκριτος», στις 6-8 Νοεμβρίου 0. Οι ιδιαίτερες συνθήκες που έχει προκαλέσει η πανδημία της νόσου Covid-9 τα τελευταία δύο χρόνια, έχουν αυξήσει περισσότερο από ποτέ την επιθυμία και την ανάγκη των μελών της επιστημονικής κοινότητας για συνεύρεση και επικοινωνία. Λαμβάνοντας αυτό υπόψη, αλλά και τους περιορισμούς που έχει θέσει η Πολιτεία για την αποφυγή της εξάπλωσης της Covid-9, το φετινό συνέδριο θα πραγματοποιηθεί σε υβριδική μορφή: με φυσική παρουσία για τα μέλη της Εταιρείας και τους Ομιλητές, και εξ αποστάσεως για τους υπολοίπους συμμετέχοντες. Όπως κάθε χρόνο, το Συνέδριο επιχειρεί να συμπεριλάβει όλη τη θεματολογία της σύγχρονης Βιοχημείας και Μοριακής Βιολογίας και έχει ως βασική αποστολή την ανάδειξη των ερευνητικών προσπαθειών Ελλήνων επιστημόνων που δραστηριοποιούνται σε διάφορους τομείς των Βιοεπιστημών, στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό, συμβάλλοντας έτσι στην αλληλεπίδραση και τις προοπτικές συνεργασίας μεταξύ τους. Μεταξύ των θεματικών ενοτήτων του Συνεδρίου συγκαταλέγονται: η Κυτταρική Οργάνωση και Λειτουργία, η Κυτταρική Επικοινωνία και Σηματοδότηση, η Λειτουργική Γονιδιωματική-Πρωτεομική, η Δομή και Λειτουργία Μακρομορίων, η Ρύθμιση της Γονιδιακής Έκφρασης, η Ανάπτυξη, Διαφοροποίηση, Βλάβη και Επιδιόρθωση του DNA και Κυτταρική Γήρανση, η Μοριακή και Κυτταρική Βάση των Ασθενειών, η Βιολογία Συστημάτων-Βιοπληροφορική, η Βιολογία των RNA, τα Βλαστικά Κύτταρα, η Μορφογένεση και η Αναγέννηση Ιστών, η Βιοτεχνολογία Φυτών και Μικροοργανισμών και η Συνθετική Βιολογία. Παράλληλα με το 7ο Συνέδριο, συνεχίζεται, για 8η χρονιά, ο πολύ επιτυχημένος θεσμός της διεξαγωγής της Ημερίδας Νέων Επιστημόνων, μελών της ΕΕΒΜΒ, η οποία οργανώνεται ανεξάρτητα, από μία επιτροπή νέων ερευνητών. Η 8η Ημερίδα Νέων Επιστημόνων της ΕΕΒΜΒ θα πραγματοποιηθεί επίσης στο Εθνικό Κέντρο Έρευνας Φυσικών Επιστημών «Δημόκριτος», στις 5 Νοεμβρίου 0. 6 Γενικές Πληροφορίες Τόπος & Χρόνος Συνεδρίου Αθήνα, 6-8 Νοεμβρίου 0 Αμφιθέατρο, ΕΚΕΦΕ Δημόκριτος Συνέδριο Covid Free Στο συνέδριό μας μπορούν να συμμετέχουν ζωντανά όλοι οι Συνάδελφοι Μέλη της ΕΕΒΜΒ, αρκεί να είναι πλήρως εμβολιασμένοι ή να έχουν νοσήσει πρόσφατα. Η είσοδος στον συνεδριακό χώρο θα γίνεται με την επίδειξη του αντίστοιχου πιστοποιητικού. Καλούμε όλους τους μη εμβολιασμένους συναδέλφους και τους προπτυχιακούς φοιτητές μας να παρακολουθήσουν το συνέδριο σε Live streaming. Υγειονομικά πρωτόκολλα - Covid 9 Η διεξαγωγή του συνεδρίου έχει σχεδιαστεί έτσι, ώστε να τηρηθούν όλα τα απαραίτητα μέτρα υγιεινής, με βάση τα υγειονομικά πρωτόκολλα. Τήρηση αποστάσεων ασφαλείας Τήρηση κανόνων ατομικής υγιεινής Υποχρεωτική χρήση μάσκας σε όλους τους συνεδριακούς χώρους Διαθέσιμες μάσκες και αντισηπτικά θα υπάρχουν στους χώρους του συνεδριακού κέντρου και στη γραμματεία Κονκάρδες - barcode Για την παρακολούθηση των εργασιών του Συνεδρίου οι σύνεδροι είναι απαραίτητο να επιδεικνύουν την ηλεκτρονική κονκάρδα τους (QR Code). Γλώσσα Συνεδρίου Η επίσημη γλώσσα του Συνεδρίου είναι η Ελληνική. Το πρόγραμμα και οι περιλήψεις είναι μόνο στην αγγλική γλώσσα. Οι παρουσιάσεις μπορούν να γίνουν στα Ελληνικά ή στα Αγγλικά. Παρακαλούμε να ληφθεί υπόψη ότι πολλοί από τους ξένους προσκεκλημένους ομιλητές θα παρακολουθήσουν τις εργασίες του συνεδρίου. Οι μεταπτυχιακοί φοιτητές που παρουσιάζουν εργασία θα πρέπει να υποβάλλουν αίτηση εγγραφής στην ΕΕΒΜΒ ως Αρωγά Μέλη και να εγγραφούν στην αντίστοιχη κατηγορία εγγραφής (Αρωγά Μέλη). 7 Πληροφορίες Επιστημονικού Προγράμματος Προφορικές Aνακοινώσεις (Short Talks) Η διάρκεια των ανακοινώσεων είναι λεπτά (και λεπτά για ερωτήσεις-συζήτηση). Οι αίθουσες θα είναι εξοπλισμένες με χρονόμετρο και σας παρακαλούμε θερμά να τηρηθεί αυστηρά ο διαθέσιμος χρόνος για την ομαλή διεξαγωγή του προγράμματος. Η παρουσίαση (PowerPoint) θα πρέπει να παραδοθεί στους τεχνικούς που θα βρίσκονται μέσα στο Αμφιθέατρο, τουλάχιστον μισή ώρα πριν την ομιλία σας. Το μέγεθος των διαφανειών πρέπει να είναι σε wide screen ανάλυση (6:9). E-Posters Λόγω των μέτρων για την πανδημία, φέτος οι αναρτημένες ανακοινώσεις του συνεδρίου μας θα παρουσιαστούν διαδικτυακά. Τα αρχεία των e-posters έχουν ήδη αναρτηθεί στην πλατφόρμα του Live streaming. Στον χώρο των e-posters υπάρχουν οθόνες όπου κάθε Σύνεδρος έχει τη δυνατότητα να δει το poster που τον ενδιαφέρει με εύχρηστη αναζήτηση καθ όλη τη διάρκεια του Συνεδρίου. Επιπλέον, θα γίνει και διαδικτυακή παρουσίαση σε τρεις συνεδρίες, μία κάθε ημέρα βάσει θεματολογίας. Για να παρακολουθήσετε online τα e-poster sessions χρησιμοποιήστε τον zoom σύνδεσμο που σας έχει σταλεί. Ο σύνδεσμος θα είναι ενεργός τις ώρες που αναγράφονται στο πρόγραμμα του συνεδρίου. Για τη σύνδεσή σας χρησιμοποιήστε την εφαρμογή του zoom και όχι τον browser. Μόλις συνδεθείτε στο zoom meeting θα πρέπει να επιλέξετε το εικονίδιο των break out rooms. Θα σας εμφανιστεί η λίστα των eposters τα οποία μπορείτε να παρακολουθήσετε με βάσει το ημερήσιο πρόγραμμα του συνεδρίου. Σε κάθε breakout room αντιστοιχεί και ένα eposter. Επιλέξτε το eposter που σας ενδιαφέρει και πατήστε την ένδειξη Join. Θα μεταφερθείτε στο εικονικό δωμάτιο όπου γίνεται η παρουσίαση και συζήτηση για το eposter που επιλέξατε. Αν στην συνέχεια θέλετε να μεταφερθείτε σε άλλη παρουσίαση, πατήστε ξανά το εικονίδιο των break out rooms για να δείτε ξανά την λίστα των eposters. Πρακτικά Oμιλιών & Eργασιών Οι περιλήψεις των ομιλιών και εργασιών έχουν δημοσιευθεί και αναρτηθεί στην ιστοσελίδα του Συνεδρίου. Τήρηση Xρόνου Παρακαλούνται οι ομιλητές να τηρούν αυστηρά τον προκαθορισμένο χρόνο παρουσιάσεων που τους έχει κοινοποιηθεί καθώς και οι Πρόεδροι να μεριμνήσουν ανάλογα. Στην οθόνη της αίθουσας θα υπάρχει χρονόμετρο. Βραβεία και Υποτροφίες 7 ου Συνεδρίου EEBMB Η ΕΕΒΜΒ ανακοινώνει ότι στο πλαίσιο του Συνεδρίου θα δοθούν σε νέους επιστήμονες, που θα παρουσιάσουν τις εργασίες τους στο συνέδριο και είναι ταμειακώς τακτοποιημένα αρωγά ή τακτικά μέλη της ΕΕΒΜΒ, βραβεία και έπαινοι για προφορικές και αναρτημένες εργασίες. Οι εργασίες θα κριθούν από επιτροπές έμπειρων επιστημόνων που θα οριστούν από το ΔΣ, με κριτήρια την επιστημονική αριστεία και την ποιότητα της παρουσίασης. Επίσης όπως κάθε χρόνο θα δοθούν και υποτροφίες μετακίνησης για νέους επιστήμονες εκτός Αθηνών. Οι υποτροφίες θα ανακοινωθούν κατά τη διάρκεια του Συνεδρίου. LIVE STREAMING Σύμφωνα με τα Υγειονομικά Πρωτόκολλα που ισχύουν για τα Συνέδρια, θα υπάρχει ταυτόχρονη αναμετάδοση του συνεδρίου. Η είσοδος στην πλατφόρμα γίνεται με προσωπικούς κωδικούς που στέλνονται με την εγγραφή.
