T he resu lts indicated a sim ilar con ten ts of Butyric (C 4 0), Cap ro ic (C 6 0), Cap rylic (C 8 0), and Cap ric (C 10 0) acids among 5 parities (P > 0. 05) ; how ever, the parity had a sign ifican t effect on con ten ts of L au ric (C 12 0 ), M yristic (C 14 0 ), Palm itic (C 16 0 ), Stearic (C 18 0 ), and O leic (C 18 1 ) acids (P < 0. 05) excep t fo r the non2sign ifican t effect on lino leic (C 18 2) acid con ten t (P > 0. 05) ; there w as no sign ifican t difference in m ilk lacto se con ten t among parities, bu t the sign ifican t effects of parity on fat, p ro tein, dry m atter, and m ilk so lid2non2fat con ten ts in m ilk of X inong Saanen goat w ere ob served (P < 0. 05). M ean heterozygsity, po lymo rph ism info rm ation con ten t,m ean effective num ber of allele and genetic distance w ere calcu lated fo r each b reed and a dendrogram w as ob tained based on genetic distance. T he resu lts show ed that the m ean heterozygou sity in the X ishuangbanna b reed w as the h ighest (0. 662), and that in the H enan w as the low est (0. 532). T he genetic distance betw een the Zhangzhou and the T u rpan w as the farthest (0. 516), and that betw een the L ux i and the X ishuangbanna w as the nearest (0. 206). T he dendrogram show ed that the X ishuangbanna and the T u rpan w ere the descenden t of the L ux i, the reason of w h ich w as that the genetic distance among them w as clo ser.
