M ean heterozygsity, po lymo rph ism info rm ation con ten t,m ean effective num ber of allele and genetic distance w ere calcu lated fo r each b reed and a dendrogram w as ob tained based on genetic distance. T he resu lts show ed that the m ean heterozygou sity in the X ishuangbanna b reed w as the h ighest (0. 662), and that in the H enan w as the low est (0. 532).
