21 32 2 China Poultry Vol.32,No.2.21 showed that: 1growth performance of broiler fed 2 μg/kg and 5 μg/kg AFB1 were affected, final weight and average daily feed intake were significantly decreased, while F/G was increased;the contents of total protein and albumin in serum were significantly decreased, but activities of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic pyruvic transaminase were significantly increased. 2 2 μg/kg and 5 μg/kg aflatoxin B1 added with aflatoxin -detoxifizyme improved growth performance, downgrade residual AFB1 in blood and liver and related parameters to normal levels. 3So,we suggest that the appropriate amounts of aflatoxin -detoxifizyme in Lingnan yellow broiler diet is.3%. (Conclusion)As a result, aflatoxin-detoxifizyme could reduce or almost eliminate the negative effects of AFB1 on growth performance and organs of Lingnan yellow broiler chickens.
