Fu rthermo re, the irradiation of 60 Co Χ ray cou ld induce m any types of ch romo som al aberration and nuclear aberration in roo t tip cells, the rate of ch romo som al aberration and m icronucleu s aberration of roo t tip cells increased at differen t degrees w ith do sages increased. T he experim en tal resu lt also indicated that Zhengyin N o. 1 w as mo re sen sitive than o thers, then Changw u N o. 131 and Shaanhe N o. 6 w as least sen sitive. T he resu lts show that m icro scop ically structu ral differences betw een N EC and EC are ascribed to differen t structu ral fo rm s of em b ryogen ic cells betw een w heat cu ltivars X iaoyan 22 and Q ian jinzao. Em b ryogen ic clones w ith h igh induction frequency in X iaoyan 22 po ssess good cell o r2 gan izaion s, w h ile EC w ith low er induction frequency in Q ian jinzao po ssess relatively poo r cell o rgan iza2 tion. Fu rthermo re, the em b ryogen ic clones show a tendency of diso rder w ith variation betw een X iaoyan 22 and Q ian jinzao. X iaoyan 22 can su rvive the con tinuou s subcu ltu res, and its con tact o rgan ization of cells can be retained w ith h igh o rder fo r a long tim e, w h ile fo r Q ian jinzao, w ho se em b ryogen ic clones w ere p roduced w ith low frequency, o rgan ization of its cells can on ly be retained in lim ited generation s of subcu ltu res and tend to b reak up.
