Several kinds of plant growth regulators, such as 2,42D,NAA,62BA and KT et al. are usually used. It was shown that the amount of one plant growth regulator, and the proper proportion among the plant growth regulators, has very influences on the induction and differentiation of plant callus. And the functions of several kinds of plant growth regulators in the induction and differentiation of plant callus are also discussed in this article.
