ΒΑΣΙΚΑ ΜΕΡΗ ΣΥΝΑΡΜΟΛΟΓΗΣΗΣ
ΒΗΜΑ 1A Τοποθετήστε τα πλαστικά καπάκια (56) και στις δύο πλευρές του σωλήνα βασικού σκελετού (1&2). Συνδέστε τον σωλήνα βασικού σκελετού(1&2) στον κεντρικό στύλο σκελετού (3). Βιδώστε µε βίδες- bolts (59), ροδέλες-washers
(81), και παξιµάδια- nuts (83).Τοποθετήστε τα πλαστικά καπάκια (55) και από τις δύο άκρες στον σκελετό (1&2). ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Χρησιµοποιήστε βίδες και παξιµάδια και για τις δύο άκρες. Συνδέστε τον βασικό σωλήνα(4) στο δεξί και αριστερό σωλήνα σκελετού(1&2). Βιδώστε µε βίδες (60), ροδέλες-washers (81) και παξιµάδια- nuts (83). Συνδέστε τις δυο πλάκες στήριξης (48) στις υποδοχές στους σωλήνες σκελετού (1&2) βιδώνοντας µε βίδες (60), ροδέλες-washers (81), και παξιµάδια-nuts (83). ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Η γωνία των πλακών στήριξης (48) θα πρέπει να κοιτάνε προς τα µέσα. ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Μην βιδώσετε τις βίδες των πλακών(48) δυνατά. Σφίξτε τις µε τα χέρια σας για την ώρα. Συνδέστε τους κάθετους σωλήνες (5) στις τρύπες πάνω στις πλάκες στήριξης (48) µε βίδες- bolts (59) ροδέλες- washers (81) και παξιµάδια-nuts (83). ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Οι τρύπες προσαρµογής στους κάθετους σωλήνες (5) θα πρέπει να κοιτάνε προς την µέσα πλευρά. Βιδώστε µε βίδες (60), ροδέλες- washers (81), και παξιµάδια- nuts (83). Σφίξτε τώρα όλες τις βίδες και όλα τα παξιµάδια σε όλα τα µέρη συµπεριλαµβανοµένου και των πλακών στήριξης (48). ΒΗΜΑ 1B
Περάστε τα πλαστικά τετράγωνα λάστιχα (73) µέσα από τους πάνω και κάτω σωλήνες (7) και του «self spotter» (6). Εισάγετε τους σωλήνες (7) και το otter (6) στο δεξιά και αριστερά στύλο (5). Βιδώστε µε «spring knobs» (70). Συνδέστε τις δύο πλάκες στήριξης (46) στο δεξιά και αριστερά στύλο (5) µε βίδες- bolts (59) ροδέλες- washers (81) και παξιµάδια-nuts (83). ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Η τοποθέτηση των πλακών (48) θα πρέπει να κοιτάνε προς τα κάτω και µέσα. ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Σφίξτε µε τα χέρια σας τις βίδες στις πλάκες στήριξης (48). Insert 50 plastic cops (56) to both ends of top support frame (8). Attach top support frame (8) to left and right support plates (48). Secure with bolts (59), washers (81), and nuts (83). Tighten all bolts for top left and right support plates (48) at this time. ΒΗΜΑ 2A Attach center upright frame (10) to center main frame (3) and rear base frame (9)
secure with bolts (59), washers (81), and nuts (83). Insert 2'' square plastic caps (56) to both ends of rear base (9) and to the back of the center upright frame (10). Attach rubber stopper (54) through threaded hole in front of center upright frame (10) with bolts (60), washers (81), and nuts (83). Attach press pin (49) and knob (53) to rubber stopper frame with bolt (65), washer (81), nut (83). Attach rubber stopper (54) to guide upright (11). Attach guide upright (11) to rear base frame (9) and secure with bolts (64), and washers (81). Slide weight plates leave (12) over guide upright (11). Note: Make sure weight plate sleeve faces forward to allow plate to rest on stopper. ΒΗΜΑ 2B Εισάγετε το κάτω υποστήριγµα στο (13) πάνω από την κεντρική τρύπα στο ενισχυτικό πλαίσιο (8). Insert oil bushings (51) into both sides of top opening 190 M/M shaft (50) thought butterfly frames (17) and welded tube located on top of the top cross beam (13). Secure with washer (66)and nut (67). Note: When securing top cross bear frame (13) to guide upright (11) nuts (83) must be on the outside of the frame. Attach pulley brackets (15) to left and right sides of center upright frame (10). Secure with bolts (59), washer (81), and nuts (89). ΒΗΜΑ 3 Attach back pad (21) to center upright frame (10) with bolts (77) and washers
(82). Insert 50 square plastic cap to top of both left and right sides of butterfly arms (18) and (19). Slide on square bushings (57) to left and right sides of butterfly arms (18 19). Slide pvc grip (75) to both sides of butterfly arms(18 19). Note: Use a light mixture of soap and water to allow grips to slide on easier. Insert oil bushing (51) into the holes on the top and bottom of the butterfly frame (17). Install left and right butterfly arms (18) and (19) though bottom of butterfly frame (17) and secure with washers (66), and nuts (67). Attach arm pads (20) to left and right sides of butterfly arms (18) and (19) and secure with bolt (77) and washers (82). ΒΗΜΑ 4A Cable One (92):
Note: Please cross reference step 4/a/b/c with the exploded diagram. Lay out the three cables provided on the floor. Use the longest cable to start. Thread cable through top cross beam (13) and through center of upright frame (10). Pull pulley casing apart and place cable on pulley wheel and close casing. Attach pulley (1) to pulley bracket located on top cross beam (13) using bolt (63), washer (81), and nut (83). Note: Rubber ball at the end cable must be forward of pulley. Note: Use pulley casing to direct your cable. Thread cable through pulley (2) and attach to pulley bracket located on center upright frame (10). Secure with bolt (63) washer (81) and nut (83). Thread cable through pulley (3) and attach to top of double pulley bracket (14). Secure using bolt (63), washer (81), and nut (83). Thread cable through pulley (4) and attach pulley to pulley bracket located on top cross beam (13) with bolt (63), washer (81), and nut (83). Attach cable eyelet to one out of five chain hooks (27) provided with unit to weight plate sleeve (12). ΒΗΜΑ 4B
Cable Two(90): Note: Cable two has on eyelet on each end. Attach pulley bracket (15) to center upright frame (10) on center upright frame (10), secure with bolts (59), washers (81) and nuts (89). Attach second cable to both sides of butterfly arms with bolts (64) and lock nuts (89). Thread cable through pulley (5) and (6). Secure with bolts (63) washers (81), and nuts (83) to pulley brackets (15). Thread cable through pulley (7) attach to adjustable pulley bracket (72) with bolt (63), washer (81), and nut (83). Note: There are three holes provided in adjustable pulley bracket (72) for tension adjustment. ΒΗΜΑ 4C
Cable Three (91): Attach end of third cable with bolt head to adjustable pulley bracket (72) and screw in. Thread cable through pulley (8) and attach to pulley bracket located on center upright frame (10). Secure with bolt (63), washer (81), and nut (83). Note: There are three holes in tension bracket that are used for tension adjustment. Thread cable through pulley (9) and attach pulley to bottom of double pulley bracket (14) with bolt (63), washer (81), and nut (83). Thread cable through pulley (10) and attach to pulley bracket located on rear base frame (9) with bolts (63), washer (81), and nut (83). Thread cable through pulley (11) and attach to center upright frame (10) using bolt (61), washer (81), and nut (83). Attach lat bar (25) to chain hook (27) and attach to cable eye lit on top cross beam (13). Place lat bar on books on front of top cross beam (13). Attach curl bar (26) and chain (74) to chain hook (27) and attach to cable eye lit in front of bottom center upright frame (10).
ΒΗΜΑ 4D Insert plastic caps (56) and Ф25 round plastic caps (55) to sides of foot stepper (47), and attach the foot stepper (47) to center main frame (3).
ΒΗΜΑΤΑ ΣΥΝΑΡΜΟΛΟΓΗΣΗΣ ΠΑΓΚΟΥ Insert square caps (85) into front and rear stabilizer (29) and (30). Attach front rear stabilizer (29) and (30) into main bench frame (28). Secure with bolts (60) and (61), washers (81), and nuts (83). Insert 1 inch plastic caps (85) into both ends of seat and back cushion frames. Insert holes in back cushion frame (34) around welded rod on main bench frame (28). Place adjustment bar (32) between both back cushion frames (34) into back cushion adjustment bracket (31). Lock into main bench with select pin (33) and press pin (49). Attach back cushion (35) to back cushion frame (34) secure with bolts (78) washer (82). Insert both sides of seat cushion frame (36) to adjustment support (37). Insert back of seat cushion frame (36) into weld rod on main bench frame (28). Attach seat cushion (38) to seat cushion frame (36). Secure with bolts (78), and washers (82). Insert square bushing (87) into front of main frame (28). Attach preacher curl frame (46) into front of main frame (28) and secure with quick pin (39) and secure knob (40). Note: Preacher curl unit can be disconnected and stored when not in use. Insert square bushing (87) into front of main frame (28). Slide leg lift holder (41) through bushing (87). Insert square plastic plug (69) on top of leg lift holder (41). Insert leg lift holder (41) into main bench frame (28). Secure with secure knob (40). Attach leg lift frame (42) to leg lift holder (41). Secure with bolts (59), washer (81), and nuts (83). Insert 2'' square plastic caps (56) into top and bottom of leg lift frame (42). Insert 1'' round plastic plugs (55) into leg rods (43). Slide leg lift rods (43) through holes on leg lift holder (41) and top and bottom of leg lift frame (42). Insert foam pads on each of leg lift rods (43). Note: A light mixture of soap and water applied to leg lift rods will allow foam pads to slide on easier. Note: Secure lock (88) may be used when it is necessary to lock leg lift frame (42).
