What is new? A truck integrated High-End-Solution! ECE 2 Remote Control NFC-Pairing-field for remote control Signal lights and DayLED easypilot Double-Tap easypilot driving sensor button lift ECE 3 button lower Two laser scanners 9
What is easypilot? The ECE is best in class. easypilot increases the performance even more Driver and truck move independently from another. Further increase of pick-performance compared to the touch-mode Intuitive remote control Integrated laser scanner for navigation and collision prevention Movement command by Double-Tap The truck orientates automatically along the rack 10
Optional WMS-Connection: drivenavigation WMS sends orders, which are translated by Logistics Interface drivenavigation Driver confirms via double tap function of the easypilot ECE drives automatically to the right pick position After confirmation on easypilot, the ECE drives automatically to the next picking place no more wrong picks! Start of order intake together with easypilot. 11
Optimized picking processes higher productivity Prevention of unnecessary walks Long distances. Normal driving with jetpilot Short distances. easypilot driving button Exact positioning adjustment OR Touch mode button in the back rest Middle distances. easypilot Double-Tap to push the ECE forward Full concentration on order picking process 12 The intuitive change between different operating options increases the picking performance (Picks per hours) significantly! Simultaneously relief of the operator!

Jungheinrich Warehouse Navigation Semi-automatic approach of the target position Productivity improvement Up to +25% 17
18 1. Your warehouse management system (WM S) transmits the next rack location to be visited to the logistics interface on the truck terminal. 2. The logistics interface on the truck terminal translates the data and passes it directly to the truck controller. Your truck now knows the next bay to be visited. 3. Transponders in the floor communicate its current position within the aisle to your truck. 4. A simple push of the button Your operator gives the travel command. 5. The truck knows the fastest route and travels (semi- )automatically and precisely to its destination, via the shortest route. 6. A simple push of the button Once the command is received, your truck stacks or retrieves Items independently and sends confirmation automatically to the logistics interface on the truck terminal. 7. The logistics interface translates and sends confirmation to your WMS. 8. And on to the next job Your WMS transmits the next rack location to be visited to the logistics interface on the truck terminal.
