Planetary Science Outreach by the Hellenic Amateur Astronomy Association Emmanuel I. Kardasis Electronic Engineer MSc, Planets Section of Hellenic Amateur Astronomy Association
Hellenic Amateur Astronomy Association (HAAA ) (in Greek: Σύλλογος Ερασιτεχνικής Αστρονομίας ) www.hellas-astro.gr
HAAA structure is derived from international successful associations > organized in observational sections a number of which are strongly related with the Europlanet (Planet, Solar, Comet, Meteor,Outreach). These sections are essentially the backbone of the association
Initially there was almost no interest! And then we started to ACT more on Outreach! Outreach with small presentations (by PRO and AM) & direct observation of the moon & planets!
