ARPA Athlon HPL για υψηλή απαίτηση υγιεινής (αποδυτήρια, χωρίσματα WC, καμπίνες, διαχωριστικά, κλπ) Αποτελούνται από πάνελ HPL (High Pressure Laminate), τα οποία εντάσσονται σε σκελετό αλουμινίου ηλεκτροστατικά βαμμένο και εξαρτήματα από ανοξείδωτο ατσάλι. Το HPL είναι ένα υλικό που αποτελείται από πολλαπλά στρώματα χαρτιού κορεσμένα με θερμοσκληρυνόμενες ρητίνες που μέσω της συνδυασμένης δράσης υψηλής πίεσης (>7 MPa) και θερμοκρασίας (140-150 οc) κατά το στάδιο της παραγωγής δίνουν ένα απόλυτα συμπαγές προϊόν κατάλληλο για πολλές χρήσεις και με εξαιρετικές ιδιότητες. Οι σπουδαιότερες από αυτές είναι η ομοιογένεια του υλικού και η πολύ υψηλή πυκνότητά του που το καθιστούν απρόσβλητο από το νερό και τα χημικά τόσο στη μάζα του όσο και στην επιφάνειά του. Η σύνθεσή του είναι 70% χαρτί και 30% ρητίνες. Η επιφάνειά του είναι ιδιαίτερα ανθεκτική στα γδαρσίματα και στη φωτογήρανση, ενώ καθαρίζεται εύκολα με κάθε είδους καθαριστικό. Οι ιδιότητες αυτές το καθιστούν ιδανικό για χρήση σε χώρους υγρούς και με υψηλή απαίτηση υγιεινής (αποδυτήρια, χωρίσματα WC,πλοία, κλπ). Το HPL ATHLON, το οποίο συνοδεύεται από όλα τα απαραίτητα πιστοποιητικά, αποτελεί το απόλυτο brand για τους υγρούς χώρους. Θα τα βρείτε σε πληθώρα χρωμάτων και συνδυασμών τους. Αναλυτικά μία καμπίνα WC αποτελείται από: Πάνελ HPL ATHLON πάχους 12,7mm. Ανεξάρτητα προφίλ αλουμινίου για στήριξη στον τοίχο και περιμετρικά του άνω μέρους. Ανοξείδωτα ρυθμιζόμενα ποδαρικά στήριξης στο δάπεδο (ρύθμιση στο 130mm έως 170mm), μεντεσέδες self closing και κλειδαριά με ένδειξη "χωρίς κλειδί" με δυνατότητα ανοίγματος απ' έξω. Οι τυποποιημένες διαστάσεις της καμπίνας είναι 2000mm ύψος και 1400mm βάθος. Μπορούν όμως να κατασκευαστούν και σύμφωνα με τις ακριβείς διαστάσεις του χώρου.

The irregular surface topography has as a result a very low light refectivity (a surface specular reflectance of 1.5 at 60 ) and the soft touch effect. La topografia irregolare della superficie ha come risultato una bassa riflessione della luce (valore di riflessione speculare: 1,5 a 60 ) e l effetto soft touch.
