Thinly sliced veal stuffed with mild cheese and Cyprus ham, served with Yiahni sauce) Μοσχαράκι Πανέ - Veal Escalope Holstein (Fillet of veal cooked in breadcrumbs and served with a fried egg) Μοσχαράκι με Κουμανταρία - Veal Escalope Commandaria (Escalope of veal fried in butter and rounded off with old commandaria. A lovely little dish and one of the tastiest in our cuisine.) Χοιρινό Απόλλων - Pork Apollo ("Ambrosia of the Gods". Slices of pork tender to the bite gently cooked in old commandaria port with tomatoes, mushrooms and Cypriot herbs) Σνίτσελ - Tyrolean Schnitzel (Choice cut of pork tenderized and seasoned then coated in breadcrumbs and pan-fried till golden brown) Κοτόπουλο Γκόρντον Μπλού - Chicken Gordon Blue (A tasty treat your chef learned from his aunt. Breast of chicken filled with Cypriot ham and Cypriot cheese, rolled in breadcrumbs and pan-fried.this dish is served with a delicious sauce) Κοτόπουλο Κάρυ - Chicken Curry (Succulent pieces of chicken flavored in a myriad of exotic spices.
