1 Αγαπητοί γονείς Το βιβλίο αυτό σκοπό έχει να βοηθήσει τους μαθητές της Δ Δημοτικού να κατανοήσουν τις ασκήσεις που περιέχει το Βιβλίο Μαθητή και το Τετράδιο Εργασιών των Αγγλικών της τάξης τους και να τους καθοδηγήσει με απαντήσεις και παραδείγματα. Σε κάθε μάθημα δίνονται: η γραμματική που καλύπτει το συγκεκριμένο μάθημα λεξιλόγιο η εκφώνηση των ασκήσεων από το Βιβλίο Μαθητή και το Τετράδιο Εργασιών (και αυτών που υπάρχουν στα Παραρτήματα και στα Τεστ αυτοαξιολόγησης), η μετάφρασή τους, για πληρέστερη κατανόηση σε αυτό το επίπεδο, και οι απαντήσεις τους χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για ορισμένες από τις ασκήσεις τα κείμενα των ακουστικών ασκήσεων και η μετάφρασή τους, τα οποία όμως καλό είναι να τα διαβάζουν οι μαθητές αφού πρώτα κάνουν τις αντίστοιχες α- σκήσεις στο σχολείο και όχι ως προετοιμασία εκ των προτέρων ερωτήσεις κατανόησης των κειμένων και προτεινόμενες απαντήσεις. Επίσης, μετά τα κεφάλαια 4, 7 και 10 υπάρχουν οι απαντήσεις στα αντίστοιχα επαναληπτικά τεστ. Και μην ξεχνάτε: για να μάθουν τα παιδιά σωστά μια ξένη γλώσσα, πέρα από τη συστηματική μελέτη, απαιτείται τακτική εξάσκηση. Γι αυτό, θα πρέπει να διαβάζουν αγγλόφωνα βιβλία και περιοδικά, να προμηθευτούν ένα καλό λεξικό, να χρησιμοποιούν όσο το δυνατόν συχνότερα αυτά που μαθαίνουν, τόσο γραπτά όσο και προφορικά, και να μη διστάζουν να ρωτούν το δάσκαλο/τη δασκάλα τους για κάθε τους απορία.
