T he re2 su lts indicated that the enes Xa24, xa25, Xa27, xa213 and Xa221 w ere alm o st resistan t to all 7 Ch inese patho types in the seedlin, tillin and flow erin staeṡ Fu rther the F1 eneration betw een resistan t lines: I 4 (Xa24 ), I 7 (Xa27 ), I 21 (Xa221 ) and su scep tib le cu ltivars: TN 1, I 24, Gu ichao2, M inhui63, Shuanui1 and Zhenzhu ai as w ell as suscep tible cytop lasm ic m ale sterile lines (o r m aintainers): D 2Shan, Zhenshan97, Gan46, X ieqinzao, and You w ere inoculated w ith the strains KS266 (patho type ) and ZJ2173 (patho type ) to test the exp ression of th ree dom inant resistant enes in hybrid p lantṡ tion of all com bination tested.
