Yanzhou2T engzhou2l ianghuai ( H uainan2h uaibei) region is the mo st impo rtant energy base of the region of East China, the long period overloaded coal m ining here has contributed indeliblely to the relaxation of energy supp ly tension in East China. N ow it is one of the 9 m ajo r territo rial comp rehensive developm ent regions in China. But the land co l2 lap se due to the coal2m ining has given rise to a series of eco logical p roblem s and deep ly social contradictions. To sovlve these p roblem s, it is effectively to begin w ith the app roach to the ba2 sic law s of dynam ic evo lution in coal2m ining areas using the m ining co llap se theo ry and the theo2 ry of fluid m ichanics.
