Σε προπτυχιακό και μεταπτυχιακό επίπεδο 1990-σήμερα : Ως Λέκτορας και στη συνέχεια ως Επίκουρη και Αναπληρώτρια Καθηγήτρια της Μικροβιολογίας ενεργής συμμετοχή στη διδασκαλία του μαθήματος της Μικροβιολογίας στους τριτοετείς φοιτητές της Ιατρικής (Δ, Ε και ΣΤ εξαμήνου). 1990-σήμερα: Αυτοδύναμη διδασκαλία τμημάτων του Γενικού και Ειδικού Μέρους της Βακτηριολογίας, της Ιολογίας, της Ανοσολογίας, της Μυκητολογίας και της Παρασιτολογίας. 1998 σήμερα: Αυτοδύναμη διδασκαλία στο ΣΤ εξάμηνο του κατ' επιλογήν μαθήματος "Νοσοκομειακές Λοιμώξεις". 1999-2010 : Διδασκαλία και υπεύθυνη του μαθήματος της Μικροβιολογίας του Π.Σ.Ε. Βιοχημείας. 1984-1986 : Διδασκαλία του μαθήματος "Γενική Μικροβιολογία" στους σπουδαστές του τμήματος Νοσηλευτικής, της σχολής Σ.Ε.Υ.Π. Ιωαννίνων, των Τ.Ε.Ι. Μεσολογγίου. 1982-σήμερα : Συμμετοχή στη θεωρητική και πρακτική εκπαίδευση των ειδικευομένων στη Βιοπαθολογία-Μικροβιολογία ιατρών του Εργαστηρίου, σαν υπεύθυνη και του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος. 1982-σήμερα: Συμμετοχή σε σειρά μετεκπαιδευτικών μαθημάτων των Πανεπιστημιακών Κλινικών με την ανάπτυξη θεμάτων στο γνωστικό αντικείμενο της Μικροβιολογίας.

1998 : Διδασκαλία στο Εκπαιδευτικό Πρόγραμμα Συνεχιζόμενης Επαγγελματικής Κατάρτισης στον τομέα εξειδίκευσης «Έλεγχος Νοσοκομειακών Λοιμώξεων». 1999-2006 : Ως Πρόεδρος της Επιτροπής Νοσοκομειακών Λοιμώξεων του Π.Γ.Ν.Ι., οργάνωση και συμμετοχή σε μαθήματα ενημέρωσης - εκπαίδευσης όλου του προσωπικού (ιατρικού και παραϊατρικού) σχετικά με διάφορα λοιμώδη νοσήματα. Μάιος 2007 : Διδασκαλία σε πρόγραμμα Κ.Ε.Κ. του ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ, με θέμα «Νοσοκομειακές Λοιμώξεις», Ιωάννινα. 2009 : Διδασκαλία στο Μεταπτυχιακό Πρόγραμμα Ποιότητα Διατροφής και Περιβάλλοντος, Τμήμα Βιοχημείας Βιοτεχνολογίας Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας, με θέμα «Νοσήματα μεταδιδόμενα με τρόφιμα και με νερά». 3.2. 1993 : Στο Εργαστήριο Μοριακής Ιολογίας του Ελληνικού Ινστιτούτου PASTEUR. Εκπαίδευση σε μοριακές μεθόδους διάγνωσης ιώσεων (HPV και άλλοι). 1997 : Στο Εργαστήριο Μικροβιολογίας της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Α.Π.Θ., σε τεχνικές Μοριακής Μικροβιολογίας (μέτρηση ιϊκού φορτίου HIV, προϊικού DNA και ανίχνευση μυκοβακτηριδίων με PCR). 1997: Στο Εργαστήριο Μικροβιολογίας της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης, σε θέματα των Νοσοκομειακών Λοιμώξεων. 6.2 Στο εξωτερικό 1998 : Μετεκπαίδευση στο Laboratoire de Microbiologie, Hop. Raymond Poincare, και 1999 Paris, France, σε τεχνικές Μοριακής Μικροβιολογίας 2004 : Ενημέρωση και εκπαίδευση στη Λευκωσία της Κύπρου (Υπουργείο Υγείας, Γενικό Χημείο, Λευκωσία) σε θέματα που αφορούν την ποιοτική και ποσοτική ανίχνευση ιών με κυτταροκαλλιέργειες και μοριακές τεχνικές. 2008 : Σεμινάριο της ESCMID: European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, με θέμα «Defining the burden of antibiotic resistance and LRTI : healthcare indices, mathematical modelling and economic predictors 2009 : 4 th Trends in Medical Mycology 2010 : ESCMID Conference Invasive Fungal Infections 2011 : ESCMID Postgraduate Education Course Infections in Critically III Patients. 6.3 Σεμινάρια και Παρακολούθηση Μεταπτυχιακών Μαθημάτων : 25 6.4 Κλινικά Φροντιστήρια της Ελληνικής Μικροβιολογικής Εταιρείας και άλλων Επιστημονικών Εταιρειών : 45 7. ΕΡΕΥΝΗΤΙΚΑ ΠΡΟΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΑ - ΜΕΛΕΤΕΣ 7.1 Ερευνητικά προγράμματα Συμμετοχή σε 15 χρηματοδοτούμενα προγράμματα εκ των οποίων : α. Πέντε (5) ΕΠΕΑΚ. Τα δύο (2) σχετίζονται με την αναμόρφωση σπουδών, δύο (2) με εντεροϊούς και εντεροπαθογόνους ιούς και ένα (1) με τον έλεγχο αντιμικροβιακής δράσης διαφόρων παραγόντων.

β. Δύο (2) Ευρωπαϊκά, τα οποία σχετίζονται με τη μελέτη των μηνιγγιτιδοκόκκων και των πυογόνων στρεπτοκόκκων. γ. Δύο (2) Ελληνικά με Ευρωπαϊκή συμμετοχή, για τη μελέτη παρασίτων και βακτηριακών τοξινών. δ. Έξι (6) Ελληνικά, για τη μελέτη των γαστρεντερίτιδων, των ζωονόσων, των τροφογενών νοσημάτων και βακτηρίων. 7.2 Κλινικές μελέτες Τέσσερις (4) κλινικές μελέτες, εκ των οποίων οι 3 είναι χρηματοδοτούμενες και αφορούν τη θεραπευτική αποτελεσματικότητα των κινολονών. 7.3 Πολυκεντρικές μελέτες Συνολικά δέκα τρεις (13) μελέτες, εκ των οποίων οι 5 είναι χρηματοδοτούμενες (1 διεθνής και 4 ελληνικές) και αφορούν την ευαισθησία των βακτηρίων στα αντιβιοτικά. Από τις υπόλοιπες οκτώ (8) μη χρηματοδοτούμενες, οι δύο (2) προέρχονται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση Κλινικής Μικροβιολογίας και Λοιμώξεων (ESCMID) και σχετίζονται με τον έλεγχο αντοχής στα αντιβιοτικά, ενώ οι έξι (6) είναι ελληνικές, οι τέσσερις (4) αφορούν την καταγραφή και μελέτη των νοσοκομειακών λοιμώξεων και οι δύο (2) τη μελέτη βακτηριακών λοιμώξεων. Συνεργασία επί διαφόρων ερευνητικών και επιστημονικών θεμάτων επιτυχώς με μέλη της επιστημονικής κοινότητας του Ιατρικού Τμήματος του Πανεπιστημίου Ιωαννίνων, καθώς και με μέλη άλλων Ιατρικών Τμημάτων ή Οργανισμών της χώρας και της αλλοδαπής. 8. ΔΙΑΚΡΙΣΕΙΣ ΒΡΑΒΕΙΑ : 7 9. ΕΡΕΥΝΗΤΙΚΟ, ΣΥΓΓΡΑΦΙΚΟ ΚΑΙ ΣΥΝΤΑΚΤΙΚΟ ΕΡΓΟ 9.1. Ερευνητικά ενδιαφέροντα - Μοριακές τεχνικές και διάγνωση λοιμώξεων - Μοριακή ιολογία: μελέτη των εντεροϊών, των ερπητοϊών και των ιών Rota - Μηχανισμοί αντοχής στα αντιβιοτικά των gram (+) και gram(-) βακτηρίων - Μοριακή επιδημιολογία και τυποποίηση βακτηρίων που προκαλούν νοσοκομειακές και άλλες λοιμώξεις. 9.2.
