DANCE-ART-GREECE Culture Festival in Pilion Von 06.-15. Juli wird die idyllische Halbinsel Pilion wieder ganz im Zeichen der Kunst stehen. Der Pilion ist nicht nur die Wiege der griechischen Mythologie sondern auch eine geographische Besonderheit. Verträumte Buchten und ursprüngliche Dörfer haben dank des sanften Tourismus nichts von Ihrer Anziehung verloren und bieten ideale Urlaubsbedingungen. Hauptaustragungsort unseres Festivals, welches in Kooperation der Vereine Pelion Developement Organization (GR) unter Eleftherios Zoubos und Kultur 3 (A) unter Beate Stibig-Nikkanen durchgeführt wird, ist die Region in und um Argalasti. Unter Einbindung künstlerischer Beratung von Weltstar Roberto de Assis (BRAS) werden namhafte Stardozenten, Choreografen und Maler hier den Liebhabern des Tanzes und der Malerei von Laien bis Profis ihre Technik weitervermitteln. Ein herzliches Dankeschön fü r die freundliche Unterstützung allen Verantwortlichen der Präfektur Magnisia und allen beteiligten Gemeinden, im Besonderen der Gemeinde Argalasti mit ihrem Bürgermeister Miltiadis Gaitanas. Eingebettet in das internationale Kulturnetzwerk ICP trägt das Dance-Art-Greece Kulturfestival im Sinne des europäischen Kulturaustausches einen wichtigen Teil dazu bei, dem Gedanken eines vereinten Europas Rechnung zu tragen. The Centre for the dance-art festival, organised through cooperation between the Pelion Development Organization (GR), under the management of Elefterios Zoubos and Kultur 3 (A) managed by Beate Stibig-Nikkanen, will be Argalasti and its surroundings. Well-known instructors, choreographers and painters will offer exciting workshops for amateurs, as well as professionals, and guide enthusiasts in the art of dancing and painting. ELENI TSOUMA (GR) Ballett Eleni hat Ihre Ausbildung nach der R.A.D Methode in England abgeschlossen. Sie unterrichtet seit Jahren in London und Thessaloniki. Mit ihrer liebevollen und sympathischen Art versprüht sie die Begeisterung für das Klassische Ballett. Eleni completed her dance education following the R.A.D method. She has taught Dance for many years both in London and Thessaloniki. With her loving and tender manner, she spreads enthusiasm for classical ballet, and turns lessons into a great experience for participants. CHRISTINA BESKOU (GR) Modern Contemporary, Floorbarre Christina Beskou ist Gründerin und Direktorin der Seresta Dance Company in Athen und Choreographin zahlreicher zeitgenössischer Stücke. Sie hat das Tanzgeschehen der modernen Formen in Griechenland entscheidend mitgeprägt. Ein Muß für alle Freunde des zeitgenössischen Tanzes! Christina Beskou is the founder and director of the Seresta Dance Company in Athens and the Choreographer of many contemporary pieces. She has had a great influence on the development of the modern form of dance in Greece. Her lessons are a must for all lovers of contemporary dance! MARILENA GRAFAKOS (GR/USA) Lyrical/Funky Jazz, Musical, Coreography Marilena Grafakos studierte Tanz und Choreografie in den USA. Durch ihre Erfolge gewann sie internationales Ansehen. Besonders in Mitteleuropa ist sie durch ihre Shows im Theater und TV sehr populär. Das Atelier Choreography richtet sich an Tanzpädagogen, Profis und sehr fortgeschrittene Amateure und vermittelt die wichtigsten Eckpunkte zum Schaffen einer Tanzperformance. Marilena Grafakos studied dance and choreography in the United States. Her great success has led to her having an international reputation. Her shows and dance theatre are particularly popular in central Europe The Choreography Workshop is addressed at dance teachers, professional dancerss and advanced amateurs and will transmit the key elements required to create a successful dance performance.

CARSTEN SASSE (NL) Modern Jazz, Musical, Hip Hop, Pilates, Yoga Carsten Sasse studierte Tanz an der Hochschule in Arnheim. Bald darauf tanzte er in zahlreichen Tanzproduktionen und hat sich bereits als Lehrer einen internationalen Ruf geschaffen. Besonders durch seine ausgefallenen Modern Jazz und Hip Hop Choreografien versteht er es, Ballettschüler und-studenten jedesmal aufs Neue zu begeistern und auch Tanzpädagogen neue Inspiration für ihren eigenen Unterricht zu geben. Carsten Sasse studied dance at Arnheim College. Very soon he was dancing in many productions and achieved an international reputation as a Dance Instructor. In particular, with his zany Modern Jazz and Hip-hop choreographies he manages not only to surprise and enthuse his dance students but also to give dance instructors new inspiration for their classes. GERRY WÖRGARTNER (AUT/GB) Malworkshop Gerry Wörgartner ist eine international anerkannte Malerin, die schon bei so berühmten Malern wie Hermann Nietsch gearbeitet hat. Ihre fröhliche und inspirierende Art entfacht stets aufs Neue die Kreativität ihrer Studenten. Es wird sowohl Aquarellmalerei praktiziert, als auch Skizzierungen, die während der Tanzworkshops angefertigt werden. Από τις 6 Ιουλίου μέχρι τις 15 Ιουλίου 2008 η χερσόνησος του Πηλίου θα κρατήσει και πάλι τα σκήπτρα στην τέχνη και τον πολιτισμό. Το κύριο μέρος του πολιτισμικού φεστιβάλ «Χορός Τέχνη Ελλάδα», που διοργανώνεται σε συνεργασία με την μη κερδοσκοπική οργάνωση «Αναπτυξιακός Οργανισμός Πηλίου» υπό τη διεύθυνση του Δρ. Ελευθέριου Ζούμπου και σε συνεργασία με την οργάνωση «Κουλτούρα 3» (Αυστρία) υπό τη διεύθυνση της Beate Stibig-Nikkanen, θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Αργαλαστής. Διεθνούς φήμης δάσκαλοι, χορογράφοι και ζωγράφοι θα προσφέρουν σεμινάρια υψηλού επιπέδου, που απευθύνονται τόσο σε προχωρημένους ερασιτέχνες, σε μαθητές μπαλέτου, δασκάλους και επαγγελματίες χορού, όσο και σε αρχάριους με λίγη ή και καθόλου πείρα.
