Jordan has numerous archaeological sites like Madaba that known as A mosaic city because it has a plenty of mosaics, and in this study the researcher take Madaba Visitor center as a case study in presentation and interpretation that carried out by Friends of Archaeology & Heritage with cooperation with the stakeholders in Madaba and Ministry of Tourism and the Department of Antiquities. This study assess the interpretation methods that applied in MVC by compare it with the interpretation standard, and also the researcher distribute a questionnaire for specific sample from the visitor to reach the result that reflect if these methods were successful or not and if it possible to apply as these methods in other sites in Jordan The purpose of this study is to link the visitor to the site emotionally, by providing them with the sense and f amount of information that gives the visitor the chance to live and feel an unforgettable experience of the place. The second idea was how to tailor a useful interpretation plan that could be implemented on all other archaeological sites in Jordan. The aims of this thesis is to evaluate the success of Interpretation & Presentation methods in the archaeological sites of Madaba, to estimate whether the local community and the visitor benefit from such a project or not and interpretation methods in Madaba, in addition to augment the ability of the archaeological sites staff to deal with panels and other tools of information Key words: cultural heritage, heritage management, interpretation, presentation, visitor center, Madaba, Jordan. viii
