PROFILCO was founded in 2001. The plant s manufacturing capacity amounts to 9,000 tons of profiles a year. PROFILCO s facilities currently cover an area of 17,000 m 2. One of the Europe s most modern mechanical equipment includes an 1800 tones extruder along with a fully automated production providing profiles with straight surfaces and excellent geometries. A couple of ultramodern electrostatic powder coating units one horizontal and one vertical with two dyeing cabins of the latest technology implementing a full cycle of chemical preparation and a third dyeing unit specialized in wood colors utilizing the sublimation method, as well as a new fully automated thermal-brake profile production line supplement the industrial production. PROFILCO has established an extensive sales network in 25 sales points in 6 countries: Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Serbia and F.Y.R.O.M. RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROFILCO s aluminum systems are exclusively designed by the company s research and development division. The various applications of the systems and fitting operations of the profiles, as well as the design and use of the accessories are studied by the said division by means of special software. This is where the profiles are designed and the products undergo the final control before entering the market. LOGISTICS Profiles are handled and stored with the use of automatic carriages and an automatic warehouse with capacity of 1600 tones. PROFILCO, aiming at the best possible service offered to its clients in terms of quality and time of delivery, has ensured that the logistics division is manned with specialized staff. The members of the logistics division are fully aware of the market s needs and plan and distribute the products through a high-technology ERP system. CERTIFICATION The company s aluminum profile manufacturing process and conditions as a whole comply with ISO 9001, a standard guaranteeing the high quality of its products. Coating process is followed dy SEASIDE CERTIFICATE for improved durability of the electostatic paint at coastal areas. Moreover, the company s systems have been certified by laboratories approved by the European Union. THE ENVIRONMENT PROFILCO is an extremely environmentally aware company and has therefore installed and set in operation an ultramodern biological waste treatment unit. The physicochemical unit processes the dyeing unit s liquid waste by means of chemical reagents and special techniques. In this way, the company ensures the environment-friendly nature of the manufacturing processes prevents and restricts the volume of waste and saves on energy, natural resources and consumable stores. 02

Ο εγκατεστημένος μηχανολογικός εξοπλισμός της, από τους πιο σύγχρονους που υπάρχουν στην Ευρώπη, αποτελείται από πρέσα 1.800 τόνων και πλήρως αυτοματοποιημένη παραγωγή που εξασφαλίζει σωστή επιφάνεια και άριστη γεωμετρία στα παραγόμενα προφίλ. Δύο υπερσύγχρονες μονάδες ηλεκτροστατικής βαφής, μια κάθετη που χρησιμοποιεί δύο τελευταίας τεχνολογίας καμπίνες βαφής, μια οριζόντια μονάδα ηλεκτροστατικής βαφής στις οποίες εφαρμόζεται ο πλήρης κύκλος χημικής προεργασίας και μία βαφής αποχρώσεων ξύλου που χρησιμοποιεί τη μέθοδο της «σουμπλιχρωμίας», καθώς επίσης μίας τελευταίας τεχνολογίας μονάδα παραγωγής θερμομονωτικών προφίλ. Η Profilco έχει δημιουργήσει ένα εκτεταμένο δίκτυο πωλήσεων που αποτελείται από 25 καταστήματα σε έξι χώρες: Ελλάδα, Βουλγαρία, Ρουμανία, Ουκρανία, Σερβία, F.Y.R.O.M. ΈΡΕΥΝΑ ΚΑΙ ΑΝΑΠΤΥΞΗ Τα συστήματα αλουμινίου της PROFILCO σχεδιάζονται αποκλειστικά από το τμήμα έρευνας της εταιρείας. Με γνώμονα την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη σε ποιότητα και χρόνο παράδοσης. Η PROFILCO στελέχωσε το τμήμα των logistics με εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό. Οι άνθρωποι των logistics έχοντας πλήρη γνώση τις ανάγκες της αγοράς, προγραμματίζουν και διακινούν τα προϊόντα κάνοντας χρήση ενός υψηλής τεχνολογίας ERP συστήματος. Η ΠΙΣΤΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ Η όλη διαδικασία και οι συνθήκες παραγωγής των προφίλ αλουμινίου της εταιρείας είναι πιστοποιημένη με ISO 9001 το οποίο εγγυάται την υψηλή ποιότητα των προϊόντων της. Η βαφή γίνεται με SEASIDE CERTIFICATE για μεγαλύτερη αντοχή της ηλεκτροστατικής βαφής σε παραθαλάσσιες περιοχές. Επίσης τα συστήματα της εταιρείας είναι πιστοποιημένα σε εγκεκριμένα εργαστήρια από την Ευρωπαϊκή ένωση. ΤΟ ΠΕΡΙΒΑΛΛΟΝ Η PROFILCO έχοντας υψηλή περιβαλλοντική συνείδηση εγκατέστησε και λειτουργεί μία υπερσύγχρονη μονάδα βιολογικού καθαρισμού. Η φυσικοχημική μονάδα επεξεργάζεται τα υγρά απόβλητα του βαφείου χρησιμοποιώντας χημικά αντιδραστήρια και κατάλληλες τεχνικές. This is the strategy followed by PR45 thermo sliding system having taken under consideration the recommendations of the constructors and the technological demands of the existing specifications. Σύστημα για συρόμενα παράθυρα, πόρτες και ανοίγματα μεγάλων διαστάσεων, με διαχρονικό σχεδιασμό σε απαλές, ίσιες και ελαφρά καμπύλες γραμμές. 32 Basic features PR35 - Width of the leaf 35 mm. - Embraces double glazing 10-22 mm. - The system is sliding on an additional driver (anodized or inox) for smooth movement, avoiding friction and colour damaging of the driver. - It can accommodate locks of multiple locking points from 2 up to 6 points, which ensures the complete safety of the system. The lock is easily installed in the sash chamber. The locking mushrooms are made from stainless steel and are easily adjusted in the channel of the frame. - Large diameter rollers (29 mm), in order to provide an easy sliding. Furthermore, they can be replaced without disassembling the sash. - The tower driver is supported on the centre, in order to prevent deflection in big and heavy constructions. - The assembly of the driver is accomplished with the use of an alignment corner and screws, which simplifies the construction. - Bigger sash corner joint for more robust construction. - Thicker aluminium profiles, where it is appropriate, for heavy constructions. - 123mm wide driver ideal for replacement of old windows. - The flyscreen profile is designed in such a way which can be used as an aesthetically nice handgrip. Ρυθμίζονται εύκολα. - Ο οδηγός της κάσας στηρίζεται ακριβώς στο κέντρο, αποκλείοντας τη στρέβλωσή του σε πολύ μεγάλες και βαριές κατασκευές. - Η σύνδεση της κάσας γίνεται απλά και εύκολα με τη χρήση βιδών και γωνίας ευθυγράμμισης, απλουστεύοντας τη συνδεσμολογία. - Μεγάλη γωνία σύνδεσης του φύλλου για πιο στιβαρή κατασκευή. - Μεγαλύτερο πάχος στο προφίλ του αλουμινίου εκεί που είναι απαραίτητο για πιο στιβαρή κατασκευή. - Ο οδηγός του συστήματος έχει πλάτος (123) mm και ενδείκνυται για την αντικατάσταση παλαιών κουφωμάτων. - Εργονομικός σχεδιασμός χειρολαβής σίτας.
