Κ Ο Λ Υ Μ Β Η Τ Ι Κ Η Ο Μ Ο Σ Π Ο Ν Δ Ι Α Ε Λ Λ Α Δ ΟΣ HELLENIC SWIMMING FEDERATION SWIMMING DISTRICT COMMITTEE OF MACEDONIA INVITATION FOR SWIMMING RACES P.E.K.K.D.M. (Swimming District Committee of Macedonia) under the aegis of K.O.E. (Hellenic Swimming Federation) organises the International Swim Meeting LEFKOS PIRGOS. The meeting will be held on Saturday 9/5/2015 and on Sunday 10/5/2015 in the outdoor swimming-pool 50m (8 lines) of ΕΤΗΝΙΚΟ in Thessaloniki and will become according to the international regulations of swimming and the regulation of Hellenic Swimming Federation. GENERAL RULES Participating athletes: boys and girls born in 2006 (9 years old), 2005 (10 years old), 2004 (11 years old) and 2003 (12 years old). 2006 (9 years old) & 2005 (10 years old) & 2004 (11 years old), o Up to 2 individual athletic events per athlete o Up to 1 athletic event per athlete in each session. 2003 (12 years old), o Up to 3 individual athletic events per athlete o Up to 1 athletic event per athlete in each session. The events will be done in age groups beginning with the faster athletes. The start for each heat will be given immediately after the finish of last athlete of previous line; this is for economy of time. The duration of the races will be two (2) days and the sessions five (5). The conducting times of the races are the following: 1 st Session, Athletes 11 & 12 years old, o 09/05/15 SATURDAY: warm up 08:00, beginning 09:00. 2 nd Session, Athletes 09 & 10 years old, o 09/05/15 SATURDAY: warm up 11:00, beginning 12:00. 3 rd Session, Athletes 11 & 12 years old, opening ceremony 17:45 o 09/05/15 SATURDAY: warm up 17:00, beginning 18:00. 4 th Session, Athletes 11 & 12 years old, o 10/05/15 SUNDAY: warm up 08:00, beginning 9:00. 5 th Session, Athletes 09 & 10 years old, o 10/05/15 SUNDAY: warm up 11:00, beginning 12:00. 1

The age of the foreigner s athletes will be proved by their passports. The final entry date is Monday 04/05/2015 and hour 14:00. The participation fee is 10 per athlete. For the foreigner s athletes this fee can be paid to the cashier of the organization before the beginning of the 1 st Session. In each entry form there must be written an electronic address (email) for further correspondence, briefings etc. with the swim club. The results of eatch session will be announced in the website: www.koe.org.gr 1 hour after the end of the session. It is not allowed any change in the participations of the athletes during the races Technical meeting on Friday 08/05/15, 19:00 in Ethiko Swimming Pools. PRIZES Places 1-3 of each age group per event, metals. Faster athlete of ALL ages (09, 10, 11 & 12 years old) per event, cup. Visa affairs Teams which are in need of visa to enter Greece for participating at LEFKOS PIRGOS are recommended to make a contact with their competent authorities and P.E.K.K.D.M..
