1 Eλληνική γλώσσα Greek language Homework week 29 Due day: Tuesday 04/19, 2019 Όνομα: Dear parents and students, We have already finished chapter 20 and this week we will review old material in the classroom. For Homework students have to study what we did carefully, especially the vocabulary and the grammar and to work in Quizlet. Please don t do any work from the packet and don t remove it from their folder. After we finish it I will grade it as Homework. Greek spelling bee. 4 th grade scholars will take part in a spelling bee competition. In a period of three months they will review in the classroom 270 words from 1 st grade. All the words are uploaded in Quizlet so should they want extra practice they can use it. Until now they revised the first 90 words and tomorrow on Monday 04/3 they will write their first spelling bee quiz. There are another 2 spelling bee quizzes until 23st April. I am going to announce the other two dates soon. The finals will be held in the cafetorium in the new building, April 25. Project every Friday. Until the end of the school year we are going to do a project on Aesopian myths. Students will read Aesopian fairy tales, they will sing songs, they will see movies and they will transfer comics from English to Greek. Sincerely Katerina Mesimeri

5 B.GRAMMAR - FUTURE TENSE We use future tense to describe something that will happen in the future and with the words αύριο-tomorrow, σε λίγο-in a little while, μετά-after. With the future tense we use the word θα-will. 1.
