Είμαστε στην ευχάριστη θέση να σας ενημερώσουμε για την νέα συνεργασία αποκλειστικής διάθεσης με την AKTARUS Group για την Ελληνική και Κυπριακή αγορά, του πρωτοποριακού διπλού ανοξείδωτου σωλήνα NanoSUN 2 με μόνωση νανοτεχνολογιας για συνδέσεις θερμικώ ν ηλιακών συστημάτων, ο οποίος πλεονεκτεί των αντίστοιχων συμβατικών σωλήνων (με αφρώδη μόνωση). Ο διπλός ανοξείδωτος ( AISI 316L) κυματοειδής σωλήνας NanoSUN 2 με μόνωση νανοτεχνολογίας προσφέρεται με εσωτερική διάμετρο σωλήνα Ø: mm, έτοιμος για σύνδεση του μπόιλερ ζεστού νερού με τον ηλιακό συλλέκτη. Κάθε σωλήνας είναι μονωμένος με το πρωτοποριακό υλικό νανοτεχνολογίας Aerogel πάχους 5mm (4 φορές πιο λεπτό από τις αντίστοιχες συμβατικές αφρώδης μονώσεις). Το πρωτοποριακό υλικό Aerogel δημιουργεί έναν αποτελεσματικό φραγμό ενάντια σε ακραίες θερμοκρασίες τόσο σε ένα χοντρό στρώμα πάγου ( -41ºC) όσο και σε πολύ υψηλή θερμοκρασία (+700ºC), δημιουργώντας μια ισχυρή μόνωση απέναντι στην επαφή με το ανθρώπινο σώμα. Είναι ένα μεγάλης απόδοσης μονωτικό υλικό (θερμικής αγωγιμότητας λ=0,014 W / (mk) στους 40 ºC), εύκολο στην κοπή με απλό κοπτικό εργαλείο χωρίς να ξεφτίζει, ελαστικό, βρίσκεται σε πλήρη επαφή με τον σωλήνα και χαμηλού βάρους. Ο μανδύας PVC (Euroclass B S 1 D 0 ) περικλείει την μόνωση καθώς και ενώνει τους δυο ανοξείδωτους σωλήνες. Ο μανδύας είναι πάχους 1mm, συμπαγής, ελαστικός, δεν παραμορφώνεται, είναι αντοχής σε πίεση και θερμότητα (-200ºC έως +200ºC) και προσφέρεται σε δύο χρώματα (γκρίζο και κεραμιδί). Προστατεύει την μόνωση νανοτεχνολογίας από κακές καιρικές συνθήκες, έντομα, τσίμπημα και ακαθαρσίες πουλιών ( peck proof) καθώς και από την υπεριώδη ακτινοβολία (ακτίνες U.V.). Ο μανδύας PVC που συνδέει τους δυο ανοξείδωτους σωλήνες είναι σχεδιασμένος έτσι ώστε να μπορε ί να γίνει ο διαχωρισμός τους εύκολα με ένα κοπίδι. Το πτερύγιο που δημιουργείται στον κάθε σωλήνα κατά τον διαχωρισμό του βοηθάει στο να στηριχθεί ακόμα και σε περιορισμένο χώρο με βίδες ή καρφιά χωρίς να χρειαστεί η χρήση συστημάτων στήριξης. Στον μανδύα PVC περιλαμβάνεται καλώδιο σιλικόνης για σύνδεση του αισθητηρίου του διαφορικού θερμοστάτη ηλιακών. Ο σωλήνας NanoSUN 2 μπορεί επίσης να χρησιμοποιηθεί σε ενδοδαπέδιες εγκαταστάσεις αφού είναι αντοχής στην παραμόρφωση χωρίς να χάσει τις μονωτικές του ικαν ότητες. Η πρωτοποριακή πατενταρισμένη μόνωση καθώς και ο υψηλής αντοχής μανδύας PVC που περικλείουν και ενώνουν αντίστοιχα τους διπλούς ανοξείδωτες σωλήνες δημιουργούν ένα μεγάλης αντοχής και μακράς διάρκεια ς ζωής προϊόν με ένα μέγιστο επίπεδο μονωτικής ι κανότητας. Σε σύγκριση με τα αντίστοιχα συμβατικά προϊόντα (σωλήνες σύνδεσης θερμικών ηλιακών συστημάτων με αφρώδη μόνωση), στους σωλήνες NanoSUN 2 η μόνωση νανοτεχνολογίας βοήθησε στην ανάπτυξη των προϊόντων τα οποία αδιαφιλονίκητα υπερέχουν σε απόδοση και διάρκεια ζωής και διατίθενται στις μικρότερες διαστάσεις της αγοράς. Λόγω της μικρής διάστασης που οφείλεται στην μόνωση νανοτεχνολογίας, ο όγκος μιας κουλούρας σωλήνα NanoSUN 2 είναι περίπου 35% μικρότερος από τον όγκο κουλούρας οποιουδήποτε αντίστοιχου σ υμβατικού σωλήνα. Η σωλήνα NanoSUN 2 μπορεί να προσφερθεί σε ρολά των 50 m, των 100 m, των 150 m και 250 m καθώς και σε κουλούρες μικρότερου μήκους για διάθεση ανά μέτρο. 3 2 SOLAR EVOLUTION Solar twin-pipe with nanotechnological coating, made from corrugated AISI 316L stainless steel Ø: mm or non-welded drawn copper, ready to connect the hot water storage tank to the solar panel. Each pipe is insulated in Aerogel 5 mm thickness, an extremely efficient insulating blanket λ 0,014 W/(m K) wrapped in nylon wire with turns spaced 2 mm apart, making it compact and suitable for cutting without fraying using normal construction site tools. The two connected pipes are covered with a canvas PVC lacquer sheath (Euroclass B S1 D0), compact and flexible,1 mm thick, which comes in a choice of colours and protects the insulating material from bad weather, insects, rodents and birds (peck-proof). The sheath contains the temperature sensor and, by means of the two connecting fins, joints the two combined pipes, creating a compact, flexible, resistant and long-lasting product with a high level of insulating properties. When compared with solar products currently on the market, it comes out streaks ahead because the nanotechnology has enabled the development of materials which are indisputably superior in terms of performance and duration, with smaller dimensions.
