The Ipsilantou street apartments combine elegance, simplicity and distinct architectural style. While the white color dominates, a harmonic composition of unique materials and architectural elements is chosen for the purpose of a highly aesthetic and interesting morphology that goes beyond that of a typical Athenian apartment building. The building is designed in order to be inhabited by a variety of different users, mainly tenants who want to combine the tranquility of the neighborhood with the proximity to the sea and the other benefits offered by the area. 5 The building includes 6 apartments, large enough to meet the needs of an average family. Specifically, 3 maisonettes and 3 apartments were designed. The ground floor maisonettes include private gardens with a swimming pool, open-air seating area and a barbeque area. The half-dwelling areas of the apartment building are oriented in such a way as to achieve as many openings as possible for the best view towards the sea or the open green space at the back part of the site. Τα διαμερίσματα της οδού Υψηλάντου συνδυάζουν κομψότητα, απλότητα και ξεχωριστό αρχιτεκτονικό στυλ. Ενώ το λευκό χρώμα κυριαρχεί, μια αρμονική σύνθεση από μοναδικά υλικά και αρχιτεκτονικά στοιχεία επιλέγεται με σκοπό μια εξαιρετικά αισθητική και ενδιαφέρουσα μορφολογία που ξεπερνά εκείνη ενός τυπικού κτιρίου διαμερισμάτων της Αθήνας. Το κτίριο έχει σχεδιαστεί για να κατοικείται από διάφορους χρήστες, κυρίως ενοικιαστές που θέλουν να συνδυάσουν την ηρεμία της γειτονιάς με την εγγύτητα προς τη θάλασσα και τα λοιπά οφέλη που προσφέρει η περιοχή. Το κτίριο περιλαμβάνει 6 διαμερίσματα, αρκετά μεγάλα για να καλύψουν τις ανάγκες μιας μέσης οικογένειας. Συγκεκριμένα, σχεδιάστηκαν 3 μεζονέτες και 3 διαμερίσματα. Οι μεζονέτες στο ισόγειο περιλαμβάνουν ιδιωτικούς κήπους με πισίνα, υπαίθριο καθιστικό και χώρο μπάρμπεκιου. Οι μεζονέτες στο ισόγειο περιλαμβάνουν ιδιωτικούς κήπους με πισίνα, υπαίθριο καθιστικό και χώρο μπάρμπεκιου. Οι ημικατοικίες του κτιρίου διαμερισμάτων είναι προσανατολισμένες κατά τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε να επιτυγχάνονται όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερα ανοίγματα για την καλύτερη θέα προς τη θάλασσα ή τον ανοικτό πράσινο χώρο στο πίσω μέρος του χώρου.

Το ισόγειο διαμέρισμα και η μεζονέτα αποτελούνται από ένα μεγάλο καθιστικό, τραπεζαρία και κουζίνα ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης. Το ξύλινο πάτωμα δημιουργεί μια ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα και προσδίδει μια αίσθηση πολυτέλειας στο σπίτι. The central concept of Deligiannaki apartments building is the creation of a special shelter combining elegance, simplicity and unique aesthetics. The building volume breaks in such a way that it creates the feeling that it is a harmonic composition of pure solids, respecting their surrounding space, at human scale, offering pleasant living conditions for its occupants. The building is designed in such a way to address a variety of different users, especially residents seeking the tranquility of the location. The building consists of 6 apartments, large enough to meet the needs of a family. Specifically, 2 maisonettes and 4 apartments were designed. The main dwelling areas are mostly oriented towards the western part of the building where large openings are also situated. In this way, both natural ventilation and lighting, as well as the partial view to the sea and the beautiful green area at the back of the plot are accomplished. Accordingly, the living quarters -mainly bedrooms- that are set towards the east have a wonderful view of the green hill. The entrance of the pedestrians to the site is done centrally from Deligiannaki Street through a well designed open staircase. 37 Η κεντρική ιδέα του κτιρίου διαμερισμάτων Deligiannaki είναι η δημιουργία ενός ξεχωριστού καταλύματος που συνδυάζει κομψότητα, απλότητα και μοναδική αισθητική. Ο όγκος του κτιρίου σπάει με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε να δημιουργεί την αίσθηση ότι είναι μια αρμονική σύνθεση από καθαρά στερεά, σεβόμενη τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο τους, σε ανθρώπινη κλίμακα, προσφέροντας ευχάριστες συνθήκες διαβίωσης στους ενοίκους. Το κτίριο έχει σχεδιαστεί με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε να απευθύνεται σε μια ποικιλία διαφορετικών χρηστών, ιδιαίτερα σε άτομα που επιζητούν την ηρεμία που προσφέρει η τοποθεσία. Το κτίριο αποτελείται από 6 διαμερίσματα, αρκετά μεγάλα για να καλύψουν τις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Συγκεκριμένα, σχεδιάστηκαν 2 μεζονέτες και 4 διαμερίσματα. Οι κύριες περιοχές κατοικίας είναι κυρίως προσανατολισμένες προς το δυτικό τμήμα του κτιρίου όπου βρίσκονται και μεγάλα ανοίγματα. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο επιτυγχάνεται τόσο ο φυσικός αερισμός και φωτισμός, καθώς και η μερική θέα προς τη θάλασσα και την όμορφη καταπράσινη περιοχή στο πίσω μέρος του οικοπέδου. Ως εκ τούτου, τα καθιστικά - κυρίως τα υπνοδωμάτια- που βρίσκονται προς τα ανατολικά έχουν υπέροχη θέα στον καταπράσινο λόφο. Η είσοδος των πεζών στην περιοχή γίνεται κεντρικά από την οδό Δεληγιαννάκη μέσα από μια καλά σχεδιασμένη ανοιχτή σκάλα.

The central concept of the Kekropos Street apartment building in Vari was the creation of a building that, with its unique design, combines elegance with high aesthetics. The use of white color and simple but high-quality materials adds a luxurious and minimal character to the building. Moreover the design has been made with special care for users of all types, ages or particular needs. The building consists of 2 apartments, capable of covering the needs of an average family. Specifically, 3 maisonettes and 9 apartments were designed. Each apartment is uniquely designed to combine the best possible orientation and includes balconies that offer the best views to the spaces they serve. 55 Η κεντρική ιδέα του κτιρίου διαμερισμάτων στην οδό Κέκροπος, στη Βάρη ήταν η δημιουργία ενός κτιρίου το οποίο, με το μοναδικό σχεδιασμό του, να συνδυάζει την κομψότητα με την υψηλή αισθητική. Η χρήση του λευκού χρώματος και των απλών αλλά υψηλής ποιότητας υλικών προσθέτει ένα πολυτελές και διακριτικό (μίνιμαλ) χαρακτήρα στο κτίριο. Επιπλέον, ο σχεδιασμός έχει γίνει με ιδιαίτερη φροντίδα για χρήστες όλων των τύπων, ηλικιών ή ιδιαίτερων αναγκών. Το κτίριο αποτελείται από 2 διαμερίσματα, ικανά να καλύψουν τις ανάγκες μιας μέσης οικογένειας. Συγκεκριμένα, σχεδιάστηκαν 3 μεζονέτες και 9 διαμερίσματα. Κάθε διαμέρισμα είναι μοναδικά σχεδιασμένο για να συνδυάζει τον καλύτερο δυνατό προσανατολισμό και περιλαμβάνει μπαλκόνια που προσφέρουν την καλύτερη θέα στους χώρους που εξυπηρετούν.

The Elpidos Street apartment building is a ground-breaking building that will bring a new breath to the neighbourhood and a high standard of living to its occupants. With its particular morphology and its simple but high quality materials this building combines unique elegance and aesthetics of high architecture. The building was designed in detail in all aspects, respecting both its environment and the needs of every type of user. The building includes 8 apartments that meet the needs of an average family. Specifically, 4 maisonettes and 4 apartments were designed. 8 Both the half dwelling areas of the apartments and the bedrooms are oriented in such a way that the maximum possible openings can be reached, for the unobstructed view to the sea and the green hill. The characteristic feature of this apartment building is its large and of-unique-geometry balconies as well as the orientation of the whole building in such a way to offer the maximum of the views. The final result gives the tenant the impression that he lives in an apartment designed in a unique way, in a luxurious building of an exceptional architectural style. The Kivelis project is residential building located on a south-east facing slope with views to the bay of Varkiza. The architectural design of the building combines elegance and simplicity emphasizing in natural light and functionality. The external surfaces make use of modern materials such as wood, glass and concrete, creating harmony with the surrounding environment. An emphasis is given to maximize the sea view advantage by creating wide openings leading to large balconies consolidating indoor and outdoor areas and expanding the livable area most time of the year Moreover, the design has been made with special care to preserve the privacy of each apartment by ensuring there is no visibility from one to the other apartment. 0 The energy efficiency design of the residences was based on the principles of cost savings and high performance. This ground and rooftop garden enhance the creation of a microclimate for the site itself, while making the building a landmark for the neighborhood The building is designed in such a way to address a variety of different users and is consisting of 3 Maisonettes and 7 Apartments.
