The dist ributio n map of t he cli matic p ro ductivit y ( Yq) is given first. Then t he dist ributio n co nditio n of t he p ro2 ductivit y of p ho to2temperat ure ( Yw) is st udied at t he ti me w hen t he moist ure co nditio n is mo st suit able. O n t he basis of t hese st udies, t he dist ributio n map of t he increasing p ro ductio n fo rce of moist ure Q (Q = ( Yw - Yq) / Yq) is given. The result s sho w t hat t he cli matic p ro ductivit y of winter w heat in t he Huanghuai hai regio n changes f ro m 3 750 9 750 k g/ ha, t he general tendency is t hat t he value is lo wer in t he no rt h but higher in t he so ut h, and t here is a lo w value of abo ut 3 750 k g/ ha in t he Heilo nggang Area. Mois2 t ure is a main f acto r w hich li mit s t he cli matic p ro ductivit y of winter w heat in t he no rt her n p art of t he Huanghuai hai regio n. W hen moist ure is suit able fo r winter w heat gro wt h, t he cli matic p ro ductivit y can o nly increase abo ut 5 % 10 % in t he so ut her n p art of t he Huai he River basin, w hereas in t he no rt her n p art of t he Huanghuai hai regio n it can increase abo ut 75 % 100 %. The hi gh p ro ductio n reco rds of winter w heat in t he Huanghuai hai regio n are used to co mp are wit h t he si mulate value of p ro ductivit y. The result s sho w t hat it is feasible to si mulate t he cli matic p ro ductivit y of winter w heat by using t he A R ID CRO P mo del in t he Huanghuai hai regio n. This st udy will p ro vide a t heo retical basis fo r co nducting water f ro m t he Huanghe River fo r irrigatio n to a cert ain extent.
