328 ΕΠΙΣΗΜΗ ΕΦΗΜΕΡΙΔΑ ΤΗΣ 20ής ΑΠΡΙΛΙΟΥ 2012 Αριθμός 278 ΠΡΟΣΛΗΨΗ ΕΡΓΟΔΟΤΟΥΜΕΝΩΝ ΚΑΘΟΡΙΣΜΕΝΗΣ ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΙΣ ΑΝΑΓΚΕΣ ΤΟΥ ΔΗΜΟΥ ΛΕΥΚΩΣΙΑΣ Η Τριμελής Επιτροπή για την πρόσληψη εργοδοτουμενων καθορισμένης διάρκειας στο Δήμο Λευκωσίας ανακοινώνει ότι σύμφωνα με τις πρόνοιες του περί της Διαδικασίας Πρόσληψης Εργοδοτουμενων Καθορισμένης Διάρκειας στη Δημόσια Υπηρεσία και για άλλα συναφή θέματα του Νόμου του 2011, προκύπτει η πιο κάτω κατηγορία αναγκών για έκτακτη απασχόληση στο Δήμο Λευκωσίας για τα έτη 2012-2015: Α. ΕΡΓΟΔΟΤΟΥΜΕΝΟΙ ΚΑΘΟΡΙΣΜΕΝΗΣ ΔΙΑΡΚΕΙΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝΤΩΝ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΟΥ ΤΕΧΝΙΚΗΣ ΥΠΗΡΕΣΙΑΣ / ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΟΥ ΜΗΧΑΝΙΚΟΥ (κλ. Α9), ΔΗΜΟΣ ΛΕΥΚΩΣΙΑΣ 1. Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα: (α) Πανεπιστημιακό Δίπλωμα ή τίτλο στην Πολιτική Μηχανική Σημ.1: Ο όρος «πανεπιστημιακό δίπλωμα ή τίτλος» καλύπτει και μεταπτυχιακό δίπλωμα ή τίτλο. Σημ. 2: Οι υποψήφιοι θα πρέπει να είναι εγγεγραμμένοι στον Κλάδο Πολιτικής Μηχανικής σύμφωνα με τον περί Επιστημονικού Τεχνικού Επιμελητηρίου Κύπρου Νομοθεσία, (β) Πολύ καλή γνώση της Ελληνικής και πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας, (γ) Προσόντα και αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη Διεύθυνση Έργων και στη Διαχείριση Συμβολαίων, (δ) Αποδεδειγμένη πείρα στην εκπόνηση στατικών μελετών και επίβλεψης για τη συντήρηση-αποκατάσταση ιστορικών κτιρίων και εκπόνηση στατικών μελετών και επίβλεψης για τεχνικά έργα οδοποιίας και εκπόνηση στατικών μελετών και επίβλεψης για έργα ανάπλασης ανοικτών αστικών χώρων και πείρα σε διαχείριση έργων Ευρωπαϊκής Χρηματοδότησης, (ε) Απαιτούμενη συνολική εμπειρία για την ζητούμενη αποδεδειγμένη πείρα στο 1(δ), συνολικά τουλάχιστον πέντε (5) ετών. (στ) Ακεραιότητα χαρακτήρα, υπευθυνότητα, οργανωτική και διοικητική ικανότητα, πρωτοβουλία, ευθυκρισία. 2. Καθήκοντα και Ευθύνες: (α) Εκπόνηση μελετών πολιτικής μηχανικής (για νέες οικοδομές, για τη συντήρηση-αποκατάσταση ιστορικών οικοδομών, για την έκτακτη στήριξη ιστορικών οικοδομών, για έργα οδοποιίας, πεζοδρομοποιήσεων, ποδηλατοδρόμων και ανάπλασης αστικών ανοικτών χώρων). (β) Εκτελεί επίβλεψη κατά τη διάρκεια της κατασκευής. (γ) Εκτελεί διαχείριση του οικοδομικού συμβολαίου για το τμήμα της πολιτικής μηχανικής και λαμβάνει μέρος στο συντονισμό των υπηρεσιών κοινής ωφέλειας όπου εφαρμόζεται. (δ) Παρακολουθεί την πρόοδο των εργασιών, την τήρηση των χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, ετοιμάζει εκθέσεις αλλαγών και ενημερώνει ανάλογα τον Εργοδότη. (ε) Να συμμετέχει στις συναντήσεις εργοταξίου (τεχνικές και προόδου) μαζί με τον Αρχιτέκτονα και άλλους συντελεστές / συμβούλους του έργου. (στ) Διεξάγει την απαραίτητη αλληλογραφία και εκπονεί όλες τις απαραίτητες εκθέσεις. (ζ) Εκτελεί οποιαδήποτε άλλα καθήκοντα του ανατεθούν από την Υπηρεσία. 3. Μοριοδότηση Προσόντων/Πείρας: Α/Α Προσόντα / Πείρα Μονάδες Παρατηρήσεις 1. Βαθμός Πανεπιστημιακού Πτυχίου 0-2 Άριστα 2 Λίαν Καλώς 1 Καλώς 0 2. Μεταπτυχιακό δίπλωμα ή τίτλος ή ισότιμο προσόν στην Πολιτική Μηχανική 3. Πείρα επιπλέον της απαιτούμενης πενταετούς σχετικά με τα καθήκοντα 1-2 Master 2 Post graduate Diploma 1-6 1 μονάδα για κάθε έξι μήνες με μέγιστο τα τρία χρόνια, δηλαδή 6 μονάδες 4. Σε περίπτωση υποψηφίων που ισοψηφούν για τον καθορισμό προτεραιότητας θα χρησιμοποιούνται τα πιο κάτω κριτήρια με την σειρά που εμφανίζονται: Διάρκεια Πείρας σε συναφή καθήκοντα, Προσόντα, Βαθμός Απολυτηρίου Μέσης Εκπαίδευσης, Ημερομηνία Γεννήσεως. 5. Η απασχόληση των εργοδοτουμενων καθορισμένης διάρκειας θα είναι για χρονική περίοδο μέχρι και 31 Δεκεμβρίου 2015, ή για μικρότερη περίοδο αν οι έκτακτες ανάγκες που θα ικανοποιηθούν παύσουν να υφίστανται είτε λόγω πλήρωσης κενών θέσεων, είτε άλλως πως. Με τη λήξη της απασχόλησης, η εργοδότηση του έκτακτου προσωπικού τερματίζεται αυτοδικαίως, χωρίς την καταβολή αποζημίωσης ή την τήρηση οποιασδήποτε άλλης διατύπωσης. 6. Οι αιτήσεις πρέπει να υποβληθούν στο Ειδικό Έντυπο το οποίο μπορούν να προμηθευτούν ηλεκτρονικά από την ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση του Δήμου Λευκωσίας www.nicosia.org.cy και να παραδοθούν είτε ιδιοχείρως έναντι απόδειξης παραλαβής ή να αποσταλούν μέσω του Ταχυδρομείου με συστημένη Επιστολή προς τον Πρόεδρο της Επιτροπής Αξιολόγησης Εργοδοτουμενων Καθορισμένης Διάρκειας, Γραφείο Προσωπικού Δήμου Λευκωσίας, Πλατεία Ελευθερίας, 1500, Λευκωσία το αργότερο μέχρι την Παρασκευή 4 Μαΐου 2012 και ώρα 14:00.
