Ανακοινώσεις του προέδρου Ο πρόεδρος προβαίνει στις ακόλουθες ανακοινώσεις: Συνεδρίαση της ENVI: η απογευματινή συνεδρίαση της Πέμπτης 16 Ιουνίου έχει ακυρωθεί. Τελετή υπογραφής EMAS: όλα τα μέλη της επιτροπής προσκαλούνται να παραστούν σε τελετή που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στις 21 Ιουνίου, στις 15.00, κατά την οποία ο Πρόεδρος Martin Schulz και ο Γενικός Γραμματέας Klaus Welle θα υπογράψουν την πολιτική EMAS του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου για το 2016. Ανακοινώσεις του προέδρου σχετικά με τις συστάσεις των συντονιστών της 24ης Μαΐου και 7ης Ιουνίου 2016 Ο πρόεδρος ενημερώνει την επιτροπή ότι οι συστάσεις των συντονιστών έχουν διανεμηθεί ηλεκτρονικά. Καθώς δεν διατυπώθηκαν αντιρρήσεις, θεωρούνται εγκριθείσες (βλ. Παράρτημα ΙΙ). 5. circular economy in the European Semester, but the Commissioner maintained that the Semester should focus on a very limited number of priorities. 2.2 Joint exchange of views ENVI/INTA/DEVE with the Commission on FLEGT and Timber regulation A joint ENVI-INTA-DEVE debate will be held on 16 June at 9.00 on the FLEGT Action Plan Evaluation and the implementation of the Timber Regulation. 2.3 EMAS signature ceremony Following the approval by the Bureau, at its last meeting, of the Parliament's environmental policy, the formal EMAS signature ceremony with the participation of the EP President and Secretary-General will take place in one of the next ENVI Committee meetings. 2.4 Delegations The Chair reminded that the deadline for communicating names of participating Members in a number of delegations had been fixed for this week.
