In order to defend his Amphilochian allies, the Athenian general Demosthenes led them in an attack on their bitter enemies, the Ambraciots. 5 δε Δημοσθενης δειπνησας χωρει ε θυς α πο σπερας προς την ε σβολην. και α μα ρθρ πιπιπτει τοις Αμπρακιωταις τι ν ταις ε ναις και ο προ σθημενοις τα γεγενημενα. ς ο ν πεπεσε τ στρατευματι α των, τρεπουσι, και τους μεν πολλους α του διεφθειραν, ο δε λοιποι κατα τα ρη ς φυγην ρμησαν.
