At a constant flow rate of 50 µl/min per syringethereactantsaretransferredintothemicroreactor.theoutletisaddedtoasolution ofdipolarophile(0.5mmol)dissolvedin5mlchcl3. Aftercompleteadditiontheresultingyellowsolutionisstirredfor24hatroomtemperature. The syringes are connected via PTE tubing to the micromixer with an internal volume of 0.2 ml and a self@built microreactor made of PTE tubingwithaninternalvolumeof0.8ml.withanwaterbaththemicroreactorisheatedup to55 C.Ataconstantflowrateof50µL/minpersyringethereactantsaretransferredinto themicroreactor.theoutletisaddedtoasolutionofdipolarophile(5mmol)dissolvedin30 mlchcl3.

4 Aftercompleteadditiontheresultingyellowsolutionisstirredfor24hatroomtemperature. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure and the crude reaction mixture was directly purified by column chromatography(hexanes/ ethyl acetate) to yield the desired pyrazolines.
