Combined with the achievements of studies on polysaccharides of the C. sinensis and its substitute and the edible and medicinal mushroom,the paper indicated that the connection of struc2 ture and function and the reciprocal actions of different components should be studied further. At the same time, the extensive bioactivity of Cordyceps, the profound effect of polysaccharides of edible and medicinal mushroom,good appli2 cation prospect of polysaccharides of C. sinensis and its substitutes were put forward.
