3. Answer the questions on the following passage. Do not translate unless specifically asked to do so. [4] d) γίγνομαι in Greek is a verb meaning I become or I happen. i) What part of the verb do you think γενόμενον is (line 6)? [1] ii) Suggest a translation for ἐπεὶ δ' ὁ Τιμολέων εἶδε τὸ γενόμενον (line 6). [2] e) Consider and answer the following before tackling question f). i) Give the meaning of κριτής and thus suggest a meaning for the adjective ἀκρίτους (line 10). [2] ii) φέρων (line 11) is a present participle; give the Greek verb it must come from, transliterate it, and use your Latin to suggest its meaning. [2] iii) κακῶς (line 10) is an adverb, formed from a Greek adjective which you should know. Suggest a meaning for κακῶς. [1] f) Translate from καὶ ὀλίγοις (line 9) to the end of the passage.
