Το έργο έχει διάρκεια 24 μήνες και συνολικό προϋπολογισμό 470.400 ευρώ. Εταίροι του έργου είναι: Panciu Territorial Administrative Unit, Ρουμανία Business Agency Association, Βουλγαρία Moldovan Small Wine Producers Association, Μολδαβία Regional Fund for Support of Entrepreneurship in Odessa Oblast, Ουκρανία Στο πλαίσιο υλοποίησης του ανωτέρου έργου και συγκεκριμένα της Δράσης 2 του Πακέτου Δράσεων 2 με τίτλο «Ενίσχυση της εξωστρέφειας του κλάδου Strengthening the sector s extroversion» ζητείται εξωτερικός εμπειρογνώμονας ο οποίος θα συντάξει τη Στρατηγική Μάρκετινγκ για τον οινοποιητικό κλάδο στην Περιφέρεια Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας. 1. Προδιαγραφές Προκηρυσσόμενου Έργου Αντικείμενο της παρούσας προκήρυξης είναι η σύνταξη μιας μελέτης για την Στρατηγική Μάρκετινγκ που πρέπει να ακολουθήσει ο οινοποιητικός κλάδος στην Περιφέρεια Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας προκειμένου να επιτύχει αύξηση των εξαγωγής και καλύτερη διείσδυση σε ευρωπαϊκές, διεθνείς και νέες αγορές. Ο Ανάδοχος θα συντάξει τη μελέτη σύμφωνα με το υλικό που θα συλλέξει και την έρευνα που θα κάνει. Η σύνταξη της μελέτης θα ακολουθεί συγκεκριμένες προδιαγραφές οι οποίες συντάχθηκαν από τον υπεύθυνο εταίρο και με συμφωνία όλου του εταιρικού σχήματος και οι οποίες θα δοθούν στον Ανάδοχο αμέσως μετά την επιλογή του. 1
Η τήρηση των ενιαίων προδιαγραφών για τη σύνταξη της μελέτης είναι απαραίτητη καθώς στη συνέχεια θα συνταχθεί, από τον Ουκρανό εταίρο, μια συνθετική μελέτη για τη Στρατηγική Μάρκετινγκ για τα Κρασιά της Μαύρης Θάλασσας συνολικά. Ο Ανάδοχος, ωστόσο, θα πρέπει, βάσει των γνώσεων και της εμπειρίας του να εξειδικεύσει τις προδιαγραφές και να οριοθετήσει τη μεθοδολογία της δικής του δουλειάς στην μελέτη του για την Κεντρική Μακεδονία. Ενδεικτικά η μελέτη θα περιλαμβάνει τα παρακάτω: Χαρτογράφηση των δυνατών σημείων για τα κρασιά της Περιφέρειας Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας Διερεύνηση και οριοθέτηση αγορών στόχου για τους Καταναλωτικές αξίες και συνήθειες στην τοπική αγορά και στις αγορές στόχου Κύρια σημεία για τη δημιουργία μιας ισχυρής ταυτότητας για το Κρασί της Περιφέρειας Σύνθεση στρατηγικής 2. Παραδοτέα Α. Μία μελέτη, στην αγγλική γλώσσα, που θα ακολουθεί τα περιεχόμενα που επισυνάπτονται στην παρούσα προκήρυξη (Παράρτημα Ι στην αγγλική γλώσσα). Β. Υλικό έρευνας και ποσοτικά στοιχεία που έχουν συλλεχθεί για τον κλάδο σύμφωνα με τη λίστα που επισυνάπτεται στην αγγλική γλώσσα στο Παράρτημα ΙΙ της παρούσα προκήρυξης. Γ. Πρόταση επιλογής τριών πρωτοπόρων και δυναμικών επιχειρήσεων / οινοπαραγωγών της Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας, σύμφωνα με ορισμένα κριτήρια τα οποία θα τεθούν σε συνεργασία την ομάδα Έργου του Φορέα, προκειμένου αυτοί να συμμετέχουν στην πιλοτική εφαρμογή τεσσάρων εργαλείων της Ψηφιακής Πλατφόρμας Black Sea WinExports που ετοιμάζεται στο πλαίσιο άλλου πακέτου εργασίας του Έργου. 3. Χρονοδιάγραμμα Υλοποίησης Ο Ανάδοχος θα πρέπει να ολοκληρώσει τη σύνταξη της μελέτης (παραδοτέο Α) εντός δύο μηνών από τη στιγμή της υπογραφής της Σύμβασης. Το υλικό έρευνας (Παραδοτέο Β) και η πρόταση επιλογής τριών πρωτοπόρων και δυναμικών επιχειρήσεων / οινοπαραγωγών της Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας (Παραδοτέο Γ) θα παραδοθούν σε διάστημα τεσσάρων μηνών από τη στιγμή της υπογραφής της Σύμβασης. 4. Προϋπολογισμός και Πληρωμή Ο προϋπολογισμός για την υλοποίηση των παραπάνω ανέρχεται στο ποσό των τριών χιλιάδων #3.000# ευρώ συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ και όλων των νόμιμων κρατήσεων ΦΠΑ και όλων των νόμιμων κρατήσεων. 2
Η πληρωμή του Αναδόχου θα γίνει με την ολοκλήρωση και την παραλαβή των παραδοτέων και εφόσον έχει πραγματοποιηθεί η καταβολή των εγκεκριμένων πιστώσεων του Έργου Black Sea WinExports στο ΠΕΙΡΑΜΑ, και υπάρχουν οι σχετικές πιστώσεις στον Τραπεζικό Λογαριασμό του Έργου. 5. Απαιτούμενα προσόντα Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ελληνικού πανεπιστημίου ή ισοδύναμου του εξωτερικού σε σχετικό τομέα σπουδών (ενδεικτικά: οικονομικά / σπουδές μάρκετινγκ / διοίκηση επιχειρήσεων / μηχανικός με σχετική εξειδίκευση) Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία και πολύ καλή γνώση του Οινοποιητικού Κλάδου Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι παρακαλούνται να υποβάλουν αίτηση υποψηφιότητας συνοδευόμενη με αναλυτικό βιογραφικό σημείωμα που θα αποδεικνύει τη ζητούμενη εμπειρία. ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι Creation of a common Marketing Strategy refers to the project s 2 nd Activity Group (GA). A methodology structure for the strategy report The aim of establishing of a sustainable marketing strategy for the Black Sea wine producing regions' extroversion requires creation and promotion of a common marketing vision and identity. Both the vision and identity are the corner stones for marketing strategies of any kind. They determine sources of creation of customer value and tools for delivering the values to the market. Brand is usually considered as the pivot of the marketing strategy. As a bearer of values, distinction attributes and a kind of promise brand serves as the fore most driving force of any marketing strategy. As a point of reference, the brand identity puts in line different actions, aimed at introducing the market, sales, services, assortment policy, distribution, pricing, communications and other marketing activities. Further, it determines what should and what should not be done in the market as well as in the field of technology and manufacturing. The wine is difficult to differentiate on the ground of impartial assessment. It needs some kind of attractive storytelling, forming the context of the consumption; it should have a very distinctive emotional appeal, based on the brand identity, moving far beyond product properties per se. Thus, the sustainable marketing strategy should have in the background the brand identity. It provides therefore, with a framework for brand creation and delivering. Brand development issues are laid down below according to D. Aaker concept of a strong brand. There is a reference section at the end of this document. The strategic report shall include the following sections: 1. Customer values of the wine of the respective market. This section should address the following issues. a. Which attitudes do local customers have to the wine? b. Which criteria do customers apply to the selection of the wine to buy? c. In which situations do customers consider buying the wine? What patterns of the buying behaviour are generally observed? d. What is known about the price elasticity of the wine in the respective market? e. What is known about price corridor that is perceived by customers as appropriate for the wine in the respective local market? 2. Brand mapping of the respective regional wine market. The section should address the following issues. a. Which wine brands dominate the market? The extent to which brands pro vide marketing power. Provide market shares of the three to five leading brands. b. Which local wine brands are present? How strong are they in the market related to pricing and distribution (representation at major chains, price related to average for the market and for the segment)? Which price segments do local brands dominate? 4
c. Which are the most common appeals and brand identities, exploited in the market? d. Are there more or less defined expectations of any group of the customers what brand identity do they want to see and to value in the market? 3. Definition of the target markets a. What is the target market for wine? If there is more than one such group, all groups are to be briefly described. b. Based on the content of the 1 to what group or groups of consumer of the respective market the brand to be should be targeted? How can this group be described in terms of buying behavior and socio demographic profile? c. Is the group, mentioned above typical: is it likely to find a considerable demand from similar group ( s) in the worldwide market (global, multinational or regional)? d. What kind of relationships between brand and market is established? 4. Milestones of the brand identity for the Black Sea Wines (per region / per partner) a. What can be the essence of the brand a pivotal brand identity? b. Which associations with the brand may be offered from heritage and traditions of the country ( ies) of origin? How the brand to be may relate to the culture and traditions of the countries of origin. What the eventual storytelling can be based on? Is there a room to create of the brand on the ground free of heritage and traditions of the country ( ies) of origin? c. Which product properties should be attributed to the brand if any? d. How could be established and demonstrated (delivered) a proper relationship between value and quality? e. What symbol ( s) can be used for brand? How does the proposed symbol embody functional, emotional and (or) self expression benefits of the brand tobe? f. How could be conceived an offer of the brand in terms of i. functional benefits ii. emotional benefits iii. benefits of self expression? 5. Marketing mix. Based on the definition of the target market (see 3) and the pivotal and extended brand equity (see 4) the ways of developing marketing mix should be shaped here strategically. a. Product policy outline (portfolio, assortment, packaging) b. Distribution policy: which channels can be used for delivering of the wine to the respective market? A possibility of new channels should also be discussed. c. Pricing policy. What price should be established related to other wines? Which guidelines pricing shall follow? 5
d. Marketing communications. What kind of communications may be deployed for the brand? Which media are traditionally used in the respective market of wine? e. What budget should be allocated to assure the successful introduction and development of the brand in the respective market of wine? f. Listing and registration of institutions (universities, research institutes) that combine wine and marketing research with contact info. 6. Each partner should propose three international target markets/ countries for exporting. This is crucial in order to reach a common target market for the whole black sea region but also a market that matches the strengths and opportunities of each participating country. Reasoning for the selection of specific markets should be made clear, while market research must include data that relate to the target markets need to be provided (demographic and segmentation data, varieties or types of wine which are characterized by high demand etc). 7. Look at both developed and emerging markets potential. 8. Competition: which countries are the main wine importers/exporters in the selected markets? 9. Given the proposed markets, a marketing strategy needs to be proposed for each. This should include product, pricing, place (distribution channels) and promotion. Positioning and differentiation. 10. Marketing objectives and quantification 11. Taking into account the expo that will take place in the context of the Black Sea project, it is important to also propose specific expos that will take place in the target markets. 12.
