Compared with genomics proteomics research is more complex but also more intuitive to manifestation of the life process. In recent years the emergence of some new technologies such as itraq SPR greatly promoted the progress of life science research. This paper introduces the concept of proteomics proteomics research content and some new research techniques in plant applications.
