MINUTES The members of the Orange Beach City Council met on May 10, 2011 at 5:00 P.M., with Mayor Tony Kennon presiding. The meeting was held at Orange Beach Municipal Complex Council Chambers. A settlement was finally reached where they removed three of the four signs. The fourth was left up as a tri-view board for twelve years. After twelve years there will be no billboards in the city.
