1 ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΓΙΑ ΑΠΟΦΥΓΗ ΛΟΓΟΚΛΟΠΗΣ Λογοκλοπή είναι η χρήση του έργου η μέρος του έργου κάποιου και η παρουσίασή του ως δικό μας. Είτε γίνεται με πρόθεση είτε όχι, ακόμα και όταν αφορά προηγούμενη δική μας εργασία, είναι (εκούσια ή ακούσια) λογοκλοπή (δηλ. κλοπή πνευματικής ιδιοκτησίας)! Αναλυτικότερα η λογοκλοπή είναι: Να χρησιμοποιούμε τις λέξεις ή τις ιδέες κάποιου χωρίς να κάνουμε την αντίστοιχη παραπομπή (δηλ. χωρίς αναγνώριση της πηγής) Να μη βάζουμε μέσα σε εισαγωγικά φράσεις που πήραμε αυτούσιες από κάποια πηγή Να κάνουμε την εργασία κάποιου άλλου ή να βάζουμε κάποιον να κάνει τη δική μας εργασία Να παραποιούμε ή να κατασκευάζουμε πληροφορίες ή δεδομένα Κανόνες αποφυγής λογοκλοπής: 1) Να γνωστοποιείτε στον αναγνώστη πότε χρησιμοποιείτε ξένο υλικό (lead-in) 2) Να χρησιμοποιείτε εισαγωγικά σε αυτούσιες λέξεις ή προτάσεις (παράθεμα-απόσπασμα) 3) Να κάνετε παράφραση και / ή περίληψη 4) ΝΑ ΑΝΑΦΕΡΕΤΕ ΤΙΣ ΠΗΓΕΣ ΣΤΟ ΚΕΙΜΕΝΟ!!! 5) Να δώσετε πλήρη στοιχεία των πηγών στη Λίστα παραπομπών / Βιβλιογραφία (αλφαβητική λίστα βάσει του επιθέτου του συγγραφέα) ΤΡΟΠΟΙ ΣΩΣΤΗΣ ΧΡΗΣΗΣ ΠΗΓΩΝ 1. Παράθεση αποσπάσματος: λέξη-προς-λέξη χρήση ενός μέρους της πηγής Όταν θέλουμε να δώσουμε ορισμούς εννοιών Όταν θέλουμε να ενισχύσουμε τα λεγόμενα ενός συγγραφέα, προκειμένου να στηρίξουμε το δικό μας επιχείρημα Όταν διαφωνούμε με τα λεγόμενα ενός συγγραφέα ή αντιπαραθέτουμε διαφορετικές απόψεις πάνω σε ένα θέμα Το απόσπασμα πρέπει να τοποθετεί μέσα ΣΕ ΕΙΣΑΓΩΓΙΚΑ, ΧΩΡΙΣ ΤΗΝ ΠΑΡΑΜΙΚΡΗ ΑΛΛΟΙΩΣΗ και να γίνεται παραπομπή στην ΠΗΓΗ! 1. Όπως ο Νάκας (2001) ισχυρίζεται (υποστηρίζει / αναφέρει / τονίζει / διαπιστώνει / δηλώνει κλπ.) «η σκέψη, ο διαλογισμός και κάθε είδους λογική δραστηριότητα του νου αντικατοπτρίζεται στη γλώσσα» (σ.251). 2. 2. Παράφραση: διατύπωση του επιχειρήματος ενός συγγραφέα με δικές μας λέξεις Στην παράφραση πρέπει να χρησιμοποιείται το δικό μας ύφος γραφής, οι λέξεις του συγγραφέα να αντικαθίστανται με συνώνυμες (εκτός των τεχνικών όρων!), να αναδιοργανώνεται η δομή της πρότασης και να γίνεται παραπομπή στην πηγή. Αν χρησιμοποιούνται λέξεις ή φράσεις του συγγραφέα, τότε αυτές πρέπει να μπαίνουν μέσα σε εισαγωγικά ή να γράφονται με πλάγια γράμματα. 2 1. Αναφορά / Περίληψη / Σύνοψη: αναφορά στα λεγόμενα ή στην έρευνα ενός συγγραφέα χωρίς πολλές λεπτομέρειες ή παραδείγματα Όταν κάνουμε επισκόπηση ενός θέματος με τη χρήση διαφορετικών πηγών Όταν απομονώνουμε τις κεντρικές ιδέες ενός έργου Η σύνοψη πρέπει να ακολουθεί τη σειρά των ιδεών του συγγραφέα, να μην αλλοιώνει τις ιδέες του, να περιέχει τα πιο σημαντικά ή σχετικά στοιχεία του κειμένου και να γίνεται παραπομπή στην πηγή. Αν χρησιμοποιούνται λέξεις ή φράσεις του συγγραφέα, τότε αυτές πρέπει να μπαίνουν μέσα σε εισαγωγικά ή να γράφονται με πλάγια γράμματα. Ο Νάκας (2001) ερεύνησε τη σχέση μεταξύ της γλώσσας που χρησιμοποιεί ένας άνθρωπος και τον τρόπο με τον οποίων σκέπτεται. Πότε ΔΕΝ βάζουμε παραπομπή στην πηγή; Οι δικές μας ιδέες δεν χρειάζονται παραπομπή. Ό,τι συμπεραίνουμε από δική μας έρευνα ή σκεφτόμαστε μόνοι μας, θεωρείται δική μας ιδέα. Αν, όμως, οι δικές μας ιδέες έχουν δημοσιευτεί σε προηγούμενες εργασίες μας, τότε γίνεται αναφορά σε αυτές ως πηγή! Η κοινή γνώση, δηλαδή οι πληροφορίες που αναφέρονται σε πολλές πηγές και θεωρούνται δεδομένες, δεν χρειάζεται παραπομπή. Π. χ.: Η ρίψη της πρώτης ατομικής βόμβας έγινε στη Χιροσίμα το 1945.
