This is an announcement and a directive from the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Atlanta The Sacrament of Holy Unction All Parishioners should attempt to attend the service and be anointed with the blessed oil of Holy Unction. As the Priest anoints the forehead, checks, chin, palm and back of the hands, we should ask God s forgiveness. Therefore, family members will no longer be permitted to take Holy Unction home. However, the Priest may anoint those unable to attend the service of Holy Unction on another day. Ανάγν.: Εβρ. 6, 13-20.Όταν ο Θεός έδωσε την υπόσχεση του στον Αβραάμ, επειδή δεν υπήρχε ανώτερος για να ορκιστεί, ορκίστηκε στον εαυτό του, λέγοντας: σου υπόσχομαι ότι θα σε ευλογήσω και θα σου δώσω πολλούς απογόνους. Έτσι πήρε ο Αβραάμ την υπόσχεση, και με τη μακροθυμία του πέτυχε την εκπλήρωσή της. GREAT LENT AND HOLY WEEK 2017 (February 27 April 15) The Lenten fasting discipline commences after Forgiveness Vespers on February 26 and concludes with the breaking of the fast at Pascha on April 16. In general, the fasting rules during Great Lent and Holy Week are as follows: WEEKDAYS (Monday Friday) are observed as Strict Fast Days. On these days we abstain from meat, dairy, fish with backbones, fowl, alcoholic beverages, and olive oil. WEEKENDS (Saturday and Sunday) are observed as Wine and Oil Days. On these days the fast is relaxed to permit alcoholic beverages and olive oil. In addition, two special feastdays that fall during this period Annunciation (March 25) and Palm Sunday (April 9, this year) are kept as Fish, Wine, and Oil Days. On these days the fast is relaxed to permit fish with backbones, in addition to alcoholic beverages and olive oil. There are certain days of the Holy Week cycle that have special fasting rules. Great and Holy Thursday (April 13, this year) is observed as a Wine and Oil Day due to the commemoration of the institution of the Eucharist. Great and Holy Saturday (April 15, this year) is observed as a Strict Fast Day the only Saturday of the year kept as a strict fast; however, wine (but not oil) is permitted. Additional Notes: 1. Meals for the fast should follow the dietary restrictions and be cooked simply. Portions should be smaller than usual. 2. Fasting on the weekdays of the first week of Great Lent is especially severe. The strictest observance would be to take only two meals during this week one on Wednesday evening and one on Friday evening after the services scheduled for those nights keeping Pure Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday as absolute fasts (i.e., no food whatsoever). For many this is impracticable. A good starting place to work towards the strict observance is to keep the first day of Great Lent, Pure Monday, as an absolute fast and to limit meals on the other days. 3. It is a pious practice to observe Great and Holy Friday as an absolute fast. If one does not have the strength to do this, it is good to abstain from food until after venerating the epitaphios during Vespers on this day. 4. If you have a medical condition that requires you to relax the fasting guidelines, then do so. 5. Before you attempt to strictly follow the fasting guidelines, consult with Fr. Gregory. It is very easy to lose sight of the fact that fasting is merely a means to an end (that is, our salvation) and not an end in itself. 6. Generally speaking, children and elderly people are allowed to relax the fast under the guidance of their spiritual father. 6

Πώς πρέπει να παίρνουμε το αντίδωρο και τι πρέπει να ξέρουμε για αυτό; Ο Ιερός Καβάσιλας συμβουλεύει: «Ο άρτος που διανέμεται ως αντίδωρο, έχει από πριν αγιασθεί, επειδή προσφέρθηκε στον Θεό. Όλοι οι εκκλησιαζόμενοι χριστιανοί τον δέχονται με ευλάβεια μέσα στη δεξιά κυρτή τους παλάμη και ασπάζονται το δεξί χέρι του Ιερέως που πριν από λίγο ακούμπησε και κομμάτιασε το πανάγιο Σώμα του Σωτήρος Χριστού. Επειδή αγιάσθηκε ολόκληρο, γι αυτό πιστεύεται από την Εκκλησία μας ότι το χέρι του λειτουργού μεταδίδει αυτόν τον αγιασμό σε όσους το αγγίζουν και το ασπάζονται». Βασικά πράγματα που πρέπει να γνωρίζουμε για το αντίδωρο: Πρέπει να μοιράζεται μέσα σε ησυχία και τάξη. Το παίρνουμε από το χέρι του Ιερέα και όχι από το παγκάρι. Τοποθετούμε το δεξί μας χέρι πάνω στο αριστερό και με ανοιχτή την παλάμη. Οι ιεροψάλτες ψάλλουν ύμνους κατά την διάρκεια της διανομής. Πρέπει να είμαστε νηστικοί για να το φάμε. Το καταναλώνουμε όλο και δεν το πετάμε πουθενά. Μην ξεχνάμε ότι δίνεται αντί-δώρου δηλαδή αντί για το μεγάλο δώρο που είναι η Θεία Κοινωνία, αλλά και ως επιπλέον δώρο για αυτούς που κοινώνησαν. Στο σημερινό αποστολικό ανάγνωσμα ο Απ. Παύλος επιθυμεί να ενισχύσει τους παραλήπτες της επιστολής να δείχνουν προθυμία στα αγαθά έργα της έμπρακτης αγάπης, πράγμα που φανερώνει τη σταθερότητα και τη ζωντάνια της χριστιανικής ελπίδας. Ελπίζοντας οι πιστοί στις υποσχέσεις του Θεού έτσι θα αποφύγουν να περιπέσουν σε αμέλεια και θα γίνουν μιμητές εκείνων οι οποίοι με την πίστη και την υπομονή τους στο Θεό κληρονόμησαν όσα τους υποσχέθηκε. Ωστόσο το αποστολικό αυτό ανάγνωσμα μας μεταφέρει στη συγκλονιστική εκείνη στιγμή που ο Θεός συνάπτει διαθήκη με τον Αβραάμ, επαγγελλόμενος πλούσια ευλογία και πολλούς απογόνους. Κι ο Αβραάμ αφού περίμενε υπομονετικά πάρα πολλά χρόνια, πέτυχε την εκπλήρωση της ευλογίας που του υποσχέθηκε ο Θεός. Απέκτησε παιδί από την Σάρρα, τον Ισαάκ και από αυτόν πληθύνθηκαν οι απόγονοί του σε μεγάλο έθνος. Και για να τον βεβαιώσει ο Θεός γι αυτές τις επαγγελίες έδωσε τον όρκο ότι θα τις πραγματοποιήσει. Κι επειδή δεν υπήρχε τίποτε μεγαλύτερο για να ορκιστεί, ορκίστηκε στον εαυτό του. Κι ο Αβραάμ δέχτηκε την ένορκη υπόσχεση του Θεού. Οι υποσχέσεις του Θεού δεν δόθηκαν μόνο στον Αβραάμ και στους απογόνους του, αλλά σ όλους τους Ισραηλίτες και στο νέο Ισραήλ, σ όλους δηλαδή τους χριστιανούς. Σ όλους τους πιστούς που θα κληρονομήσουν τις θείες επαγγελίες, ο Θεός ήθελε να δείξει καθαρά και με μεγαλύτερη βεβαιότητα ότι ήταν αμετάκλητη απόφαση του να εκτελέσει όσα υποσχέθηκε. Η σύγκριση μεταξύ του Αβραάμ και του Ιησού Χριστού σημαίνει τη σύγκριση της πρώτης διαθήκης του Θεού με το Ισραήλ, του οποίου γενάρχης έγινε ο Αβραάμ, και της Νέας Διαθήκης του Θεού με ολόκληρο το ανθρώπινο γένος. Η Παλαιά Διαθήκη λαμβάνει την εκπλήρωση και το τέλος της με τον Ιησού Χριστό. Με το πρόσωπο του Ιησού Χριστού αρχίζει η νέα Διαθήκη. Ο Χριστός καθίσταται ο Σωτήρας και η ελπίδα όλων να ανασυνδέσουν το εαυτό του με την μοναδική ελπίδα, τον Θεό, γιατί ο Χριστός είναι ο μοναδικός Μεσίτης μεταξύ Θεού και ανθρώπων. Γι αυτό και εισέρχεται ως Αρχιερέας στο θυσιαστήριο για να προσφέρει και να προσφερθεί θυσία. Οι πιστοί, επομένως, μπορούν να έχουν μεγαλύτερη ενθάρρυνση, ώστε να κρατούν την ελπίδα που βρίσκεται μπροστά τους. Αυτή την ελπίδα ο Απ. Παύλος την παρομοιάζει με την άγκυρα της ψυχής μας. Και λέει ότι αυτή μας ασφαλίζει από πνευματικούς κινδύνους επειδή είναι αμετακίνητη. Έτσι θα αναπτύξουμε παρακάτω το θέμα της χριστιανικής ελπίδας. Καταρχάς να σημειώσουμε ότι μιλώντας γενικά για ελπίδα εννοούμε τη βεβαιότητα για κάτι το σημαντικό που θα συμβεί στο εγγύς ή απώτερο μέλλον. Κατά την προ Χριστού περίοδο το περιεχόμενο της ελπίδας ήταν η πίστη και η βεβαιότητα για την έλευση του Μεσσία και Λυτρωτή του ανθρώπινου γένους. Για τη μετά Χριστό περίοδο ελπίδα είναι η είσοδος μας στη βασιλεία των ουρανών. Αυτή η ελπίδα είναι γνήσια και αυθεντική γιατί πριν από εμάς εισήλθε στον ουρανό ο αναστάς Ιησούς Χριστός. Έπειτα η ελπίδα είναι η ρίζα της ζωής, χωρίς αυτήν ο άνθρωπος δεν μπορεί να ζήσει. Όταν χάσει την ελπίδα, χάνει τη δύναμη και το κουράγιο της ζωής. Ο Απόστολος Παύλος χρησιμοποιώντας το παράδειγμα του Αβράαμ θέλει να δυναμώσει και να στηρίξει την ελπίδα των πιστών στον Θεό και τις υποσχέσεις του. Για το λόγο αυτό επικαλείται το παράδειγμα του Αβραάμ και μας θυμίζει τα όσα του υποσχέθηκε ο Θεός, αλλά και πόση πίστη, μακροθυμία, υπομονή, ελπίδα και αδιαμαρτύρητη υπακοή και συμμόρφωση προς το θείο θέλημα επέδειξε ο πατριάρχης. Επομένως ο Θεός είναι πάντα συνεπής στις υποσχέσεις του και είναι αδύνατο να αποδειχθεί ψεύτης. Έτσι «ισχυράν παράκλησιν έχομεν οι καταφυγόντες κρατήσαι της προκείμενης ελπίδος». Ποια ακριβώς είναι αυτή η ελπίδα; Ασφαλώς πρόκειται για τη βασιλεία του Θεού που δεν 12

μπορούμε να την προσεγγίσουμε διαφορετικά παρά μόνο με την πίστη και την ελπίδα. Είναι η μακάρια ελπίδα της αιώνιας ζωής (βλ. Τιτ. 1,2 και 2,13), «η ελπίς δικαιοσύνης» που απεκδεχόμαστε και η οποία «απόκειται ημίν εν τοις ουρανοίς»(βλ. Γαλ. 5,5 και Κολ. 1,5). Η σάρκωση του Ιησού Χριστού και το απολυτρωτικό του έργο κατέστησε τη Βασιλεία του Θεού και τη σωτηρία των ανθρώπων παρούσα στο χώρο και στο χρόνο. Εν τούτοις, εξακολουθεί να έχει εσχατολογική προοπτική, είναι ένα γεγονός που για να ολοκληρωθεί, θα μεσολαβήσει ο θριαμβευτικός ερχομός του Ιησού Χριστού ο «οποίος θα αποδώσει εκάστω κατά τας πράξεις αυτού» (Ματθ. 16,27). Έτσι, η ελπίδα εξακολουθεί να υπάρχει, είναι ο ίδιος ο Ιησούς Χριστός, η ελπίδα όλου του κόσμου, όπως λέει και ο Απ. Παύλος «Χριστός Ιησούς η ελπίς ημών» (Α Τιμ. 1,1), είναι η ελπίδα που δυναμώνει την πνευματική μας ζωή και τον πνευματικό μας αγώνα. Όταν είναι «ζώσα» (Α Πετρ. 1,3), τότε γίνεται μέσα μας πηγή υπομονής και θάρρους. Ο άνθρωπος που ελπίζει στον Θεό δεν κάμπτεται μπροστά στις δυσκολίες και τις δοκιμασίες της ζωής, δεν απελπίζεται στις δύσκολες στιγμές, μένει αταλάντευτα προσηλωμένος στον Χριστό. Εναποθέτει την ελπίδα του στον Χριστό και επικαλείται τη βοήθεια του με πίστη και υπομονή. Εφ όσον οι υποσχέσεις του Θεού παραμένουν αμετάκλητες, εμείς που καταφεύγουμε στον Θεό οφείλουμε να μείνουμε σταθεροί σ αυτά που ελπίζουμε. Η ελπίδα μας αυτή, μας ασφαλίζει και μας οδηγεί στα ενδότερα του καταπετάσματος, όπου μπήκε πριν από εμάς ο Ιησούς Χριστός, αρχιερέας για πάντα όπως ο Μελχισεδέκ. Ο Χριστός ως μέγας αρχιερέας με τη σταυρική του θυσία μπήκε στα άγια των αγίων που ήταν χώρος συναντήσεως του Θεού και όπου εισέρχονταν μόνο οι αρχιερείς. Ο Χριστός με τη θυσία του εισήλθε με τη θεία και ανθρώπινη φύση στα Άγια των Αγίων και έτσι οδήγησε την ανθρωπότητα στην ένωσή της με τον Θεό. Προπορεύτηκε για να διανοίξει το δρόμο για μας και, όπως ο ίδιος μας διαβεβαίωσε, για να μας ετοιμάσει τόπο στην αιώνια βασιλεία του (Ιω. 14,3). Πρόδρομος για μας ο Χριστός. Όχι απλώς άνοιξε το δρόμο αλλά και μας ενισχύει, ώστε να βαδίζουμε κι εμείς το δρόμο που καταλήγει στον ουρανό. Άφησε ως οδοδείκτη του Ουρανού το Ευαγγέλιο του. Και προσφέρει προς ενδυνάμωση στις δυσκολίες της αναβάσεως προς τους Ουρανούς τη χάρη του. Λέει ο ιερός Χρυσόστομος: «Πρόδρομος υπέρ ημών εισήλθεν Ιησούς. Ο δε πρόδρομος τινών εστι πρόδρομος, ώσπερ Ιωάννης του Χριστού. Και ουκ είπεν απλώς, εισήλθεν, αλλ όπου πρόδρομος υπέρ ημών εισήλθεν, ως και ημών οφειλόντων καταλαβείν. Ου πολύ γαρ του προδρόμου και των επομένων οφείλει είναι το μέσον επει ουδ αν ειη πρόδρομος. Τον γάρ πρόδρομον και τους επομένους εν τη αυτή χρή είναι οδώ, και το μεν οδεύειν, τους δε επικαταλαμβάνειν» (Ιω. Χρυσοστόμου, Εις την προς Εβραίους Επιστολή αρ. παραγράφου 2, Ε.Π.Ε. 24, 478). Η είσοδος αυτή του Χριστού ως πρόδρομου δημιουργεί την ελπίδα των Χριστιανών, η οποία ελπίδα παρομοιάζεται με την άγκυρα ενός πλοίου. Πώς ασφαλίζεται το πλοίο από τους κλυδωνισμούς, από τους δυνατούς ανέμους, τα πελώρια κύματα και την τρικυμία; Ρίχνει την άγκυρα του στο βυθό, που είναι σταθερός και αμετακίνητος. Η άγκυρα γαντζώνεται γερά και το πλοίο που βρίσκεται στην τρικυμισμένη επιφάνεια της θάλασσας μένει σταθερό, και όσο κι αν το κτυπούν οι άνεμοι, δεν πρόκειται να το μετακινήσουν. Χωρίς αμφιβολία η εικόνα της άγκυρας είναι η πιο παραστατική παραβολική έκφραση της ελπίδας. Ο Απ. Παύλος παρομοιάζει λοιπόν την ελπίδα μας προς τον Κύριο με μια άγκυρα. Μια άγκυρα όμως που δεν βυθίζεται στον πυθμένα της θάλασσας αλλά στο ιερότερο μέρος του σύμπαντος, στον ουρανό, στα επουράνια Άγια των Αγίων, στο θρόνο του Θεού. Οι τρικυμίες, οι ανεμοθύελλες και οι πειρασμοί της ζωής είναι πολλοί, αλλά εμείς πρέπει να παλεύουμε και να μην αντιστεκόμαστε, γιατί μπορεί να μην έχουμε φτάσει στον προορισμό μας όμως έχουμε εκεί αγκυροβολημένη την ελπίδα. Βρισκόμαστε ακόμα στη γη κι όμως με την ελπίδα βρισκόμαστε και στον ουρανό. Λέει ο ιερός Χρυσόστομος «Εν τω κόσμω έτι όντας ουδέπω μεταστάντας του βίου, δείκνυσιν ήδη όντας εν τοις επηγγελμένοις. Δια γαρ της ελπίδος ήδη εν τω ουρανώ εσμέν» (Ιω. Χρυσοστόμου, Εις την προς Εβραίους Επιστολή αρ. παργράφου 2, Ε.Π.Ε 24,476). 13

Coffee Sponsorship It is amazing how a modest offering of pastries and coffee after Liturgy on Sundays can provide the spark for so much fellowship and community feeling! Our Sunday coffee hours not only give us a chance to visit with friends, but also to exercise our philoxenia or hospitality, towards our guest and newcomers to the parish, who have just participated in the Divine Liturgy with us. Typically, our coffee hours are hosted by Philoptochos and various ministries. But families or groups of friends may consider hosting one as well. Consider hosting a coffee hour to commemorate an anniversary, memorial, birthday, name day etc. Philoptochos will continue to prepare coffee, guide host and supply paper products. Suggestions for refreshments are fruit, veggies, cookies, pastries, croissants and bagels. Fruit juices are great for children and non-coffee drinkers. Fasting Day suggestions are nuts, hummus, veggies, halva, jello, dried or fresh fruit, chips and salsa and salads. It is recommended to have at least 4 people to help set up, serve and cleanup. Why does the Church place this Saint in the middle of the Fast, as the most holy image, so that all would behold him? Saint John of the Ladder. Who is he? He is the man who experienced and wrote the Ladder of Paradise, who experienced the ascent of man from hell to heaven, to paradise. He experienced the ladder from earth to heaven, the ladder that extends from the bottom of the hell of man to the peak of paradise. He experienced and wrote. A very educated man, well studied. A man who led his soul along the path of Christ, entirely leading it from hell to paradise, from the devil to God, from sin to sinlessness, and who in a divinely wise way recorded this journey, namely what takes place when a man fights with each devil that is behind sin. The devil fights us with sin, both you and I, my brothers and sisters. He fights against you with every sin. Do not fool yourself, do not think that a small and weak force attacks you. No! He attacks you! Even if it is a grimy thought, only a thought, know that he is rushing on you. A thought of pride, a thought of desire, a thought of avarice, an innumerable multitude of thoughts come upon you from every side. And you, what are you? O, Ladder of Paradise! How, Father John, were you able to make this ladder from paradise stand between earth and heaven? Did not the demons tear it down, cut it or break it? No! His fasting was a flame, a fire, an inferno. What devil could endure it? All fled panic stricken, all the demons fled being chased away by his glorious and divine prayers, all the demons fled terrified by his fasting, all the demons disappeared by his fiery and fervent prayer. The Ladder of Paradise! What is it? It is the holy virtues. The holy evangelical virtues: humility, faith, fasting, gentleness, patience, kindness, goodness, compassion, truthfulness, the love for Christ, the confession of Christ, suffering for the sake of Christ. These and many other New Testament holy virtues. Every command of Christ, my brethren, is a virtue. Do you keep them? Do you apply them? Fasting is a holy virtue, it is a step on the ladder from earth to heaven. Fasting, blessed fasting, like the entire ladder leads from earth to heaven. Each virtue is a small paradise. Each virtue nourishes your soul, making it blessed, and brings down into your soul divine, heavenly rest. Each virtue is a gold and diamond step on the ladder of salvation, the ladder that unites earth and heaven, that stretches out from your own hell to your own paradise. This is why none of them are ever on their own. Faith in our Lord Jesus Christ is never on its own. It is manifested by prayer, by fasting, by almsgiving, by humility, by suffering on behalf of ones neighbor. Not only does it manifest itself this way but it also lives every virtue, because the other virtue exists. Faith lives with prayer, prayer lives with fasting, fasting is nourished by prayer, fasting is nourished by love, love is nourished by compassion. Thus every virtue is alive through the other. And when one virtue resides in your soul, all the others follow, all will slowly emerge and grow through it and with it. Yes, the ladder of paradise depends on you. Let's say I fast with fear of God, with reverence, with mourning, with tears. But then I give up on it. There, I began to built the ladder and I myself tore it down, I broke it. And you, you fast often, and are temperate with every physical food. But, at the time of fasting, you allow sin to dwell in your soul, and allow various unclean thoughts and desires sprout in your soul. It belongs to you to immediately chase them far away with prayer, with mourning, with reading or with any other exercise. If you, however, although you physically fast, nourish your soul with some sin or some hidden passion, then you, although you began to build each step one by one with fasting from earth to heaven, you yourself will pull it down and destroy it. Fasting requires compassion, humility and gentleness. They all go together. It is like a group of builders, whose head is prayer. This is the master builder, the architect, the chief engineer of our spiritual life, our spiritual 18

desire, the ladder that we will make stand between earth and heaven. Prayer occupies the first place. When prayer becomes established in your heart, and it is inflamed with an unquenchable thirst for the Lord, when it continuously sees Him, continuously senses Him, then with prayer you import into your soul all the other virtues. Then the engineer (prayer) has excellent craftsmen, and quickly builds marvelous ladders from earth to heaven, the ladders of your gradual ascent to God, towards your perfection. When you have power, powerful prayer, then no type of fasting will be difficult for you, no type of love will be impossible. Holy evangelical love! Prayer sanctifies everything within you, your every exercise, your every thought, your every feeling, your every mood. Prayer! A divine power, which the Lord gave us to sanctify whatever is within us, in our souls. Prayer will unite you with the Most Compassionate Lord, and He will pour into your heart compassion for every person, for the sinner, for the brother who is weak like you, that falls like you, but also can get up like you; who yet needs your help, your brotherly help, your prayerful help, your ecclesiastical help. Then, when you give help, without a doubt you will build your own ladder, the ladder that leads from your hell to your paradise; then, with certainty in your heart you will ascend step by step, from virtue to virtue, and you will arrive at the top of the ladder, Heaven, and you will step down onto Heaven, you will step down onto heavenly Paradise. We have everything, you and I: nine Beatitudes, nine holy evangelical virtues. This is the gospel of fasting, the gospel of Saint John of the Ladder. Virtues, my brethren, great virtues. The difficult ascetic practices of fasting, prayer and humility, were presented by the Lord in the Beatitudes. "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven" (Matt. 5:3). Humility! This is the beginning of the Christian life, the beginning of our faith, the beginning of our virtues, the beginning of our ascent to Heaven, the foundation of our ladder. Lord, I am a nothing. You are everything! I nothing, You everything! My mind is nothing before Your Mind, my spirit is nothing before Your Spirit, my heart, my knowledge... O nothing, nothing before Your knowledge Lord! I, I, nothing, nothing, and behind it countless nothings. This is what I am before You, Lord. Humility! This is the first holy virtue, the first Christian virtue. Everything begins from this. But the Christians of this world, who build this ladder of our salvation, are always in danger from unclean forces. What are these? Sins, our sins, our passions. And behind these are the devil. Just as the holy virtues build the heavenly ladder between earth and heaven, so do our sins build a ladder to hell. Every sin. If there are sins in your soul, be careful. If you hold hate in your soul for one, two, three, five days, notice into what kind of a hell your soul has changed into. It is the same if you hold anger, avarice, obscene desire. And what are you doing? Indeed, you are making for yourself a ladder to hell. But the Good Lord gives us an amazing example. Here, in the middle of the Fast, is displayed the great and wondrous Saint John of the Ladder. He entirely shines with the holy evangelical virtues. We see him ascend quickly and wisely the ladder of paradise, which he made to stand between earth and heaven. As a teacher, as a holy guide, he gives us Christians hisladder as a model so that we may ascend from hell to Paradise, from the devil to God, from earth to Heaven. I pray that our merciful and great Holy Father John of the Ladder, will influence us in our struggles against all our sins with the aim of the holy virtues; that we may also build with his help our own ladder and following him we will arrive at the Kingdom of Heaven, Paradise, where there exists all heavenly rests, all eternal joys, where together with him we will glorify the King of all those good things, the Eternal King of the Heavenly Kingdom, our Lord Jesus Christ, to Whom belongs all glory and honor now and forever and unto the ages of ages.
