Evaluating the Position of Active Public Relation Office at Private Jordanian Hospitals from Internal Personnel Perspective: Analytical Study Hasan Salih Suliman Al-Qudah Hospital Management and Health Institution Economic and Management Studies Applied Science University Amman Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Abstract. The purpose of this study is to identify the value Effectiveness of Public Relation Office at some private Jordanian hospitals from the Clinical and Nursing Administrative Personnel Perspective. The study explores the extent and utmost assessment of these major duties deployed to those Personnel by measuring the collective tasks and duties to them, the also attached a considerable aspect since its considered to be as main receptacle by bridging the gape between the employees and organization based on trust credibility and confidence, the working force to spare no effort. To achieve the study objective a (250) questionnaire was distributed to the employees working at 4 major private hospitals and (210) retrieved (27) excluded for analysis for its incomplete data's, the study attained many results highlighted as following: 1. The study shows explicates medium concerns from study sample about the public relation objectives and clear familiarity of its tasks and activities. 2. The study indicates significant statistical difference between the public relation objectives assembled and compliance objective at public relation Units at these hospitals. 3. The results show a significant statistical difference between clinical and administrative regarding to public relation objectives according the present performance valid for administrative employees. 4. The results show a significant statistical difference between nurses and administrative employees regarding to public relation objectives according the present performance on behalf to administrative employees.
