IMPORTANTE - INFORMAZIONI DI SICUREZZA L installazione deve essere eseguita da personale professionalmente competente e in osservanza della legislazione nazionale ed europea vigente. Dopo aver tolto l imballo assicurarsi dell integrità dell apparecchio, in caso di dubbio rivolgersi a personale qualificato. I materiali d imballaggio (cartone, sacchetti di plastica, graffe, polistirolo ecc.) devono essere smaltiti negli appositi contenitori e non devono essere dispersi nell ambiente soprattutto non devono essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini. La posa in opera, i collegamenti elettrici e le regolazioni devono essere effettuati a Regola d arte, assicurarsi che i dati di targa siano rispondenti a quelli della rete elettrica e accertare che la sezione dei cavi di collegamento sia idonea ai carichi applicati, in caso di dubbio rivolgersi a personale qualificato. Non installare il prodotto in ambienti a pericolo di esplosione o disturbati da campi elettromagnetici. La presenza di gas o fumi infiammabili costituisce un grave pericolo per la sicurezza. Prevedere sulla rete di alimentazione una protezione per extratensioni, un interruttore/ sezionatore e/o differenziale adeguati al prodotto e in conformità alle normative vigenti. Indicare chiaramente sul cancello, porta, serranda o barriera che sono comandati a distanza mediante apposito cartello. La ELVOX s.p.a. non può essere considerata responsabile per eventuali danni causati qualora vengano installati dei dispositivi e/o componenti incompa- tibili ai fini dell integrità del prodotto, della sicurezza e del funzionamento. L apparecchio dovrà essere destinato al solo uso per il quale è stato concepito, ogni altra applicazione è da considerarsi impropria e quindi pericolosa. Prima d effettuare una qualsiasi operazione di pulizia o di manutenzione, disinserire l apparecchio dalla rete, staccando la spina, o spegnendo l interruttore dell impianto. Per la riparazione o sostituzione delle parti danneggiate, dovranno essere utilizzati esclusivamente ricambi originali. L installatore deve fornire tutte le informazioni relative al funzionamento, alla manutenzione e dell utilizzo delle singole parti componenti e del sistema nella sua globalità. Direttiva 2002/96/CE (WEEE, RAEE). Il simbolo del cestino barrato riportato sull apparecchio indica che il prodotto, alla fine della propria vita utile, dovendo essere trattato separatamente dai rifiuti domestici, deve essere conferito in un centro di raccolta differenziata per apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche oppure riconsegnato al rivenditore al momento dell acquisto di una nuova apparecchiatura equivalente. L utente è responsabile del conferimento dell apparecchio a fine vita alle appropriate strutture di raccolta. L adeguata raccolta differenziata per l avvio successivo dell apparecchio dismesso al riciclaggio, al trattamento e allo smaltimento ambientalmente compatibile contribuisce ad evitare possibili effetti negativi sull ambiente e sulla salute e favorisce il riciclo dei materiali di cui è composto il prodotto. Per informazioni più dettagliate inerenti i sistemi di raccolta disponibili, rivolgersi al servizio locale di smaltimento rifiuti, o al negozio in cui è stato effettuato l acquisto. Rischi legati alle sostanze considerate pericolose (WEEE). Secondo la nuova Direttiva WEEE sostanze che da tempo sono utilizzate comunemente su apparecchi elettrici ed elettronici sono considerate sostanze pericolose per le persone e l ambiente. L adeguata raccolta differenziata per l avvio successivo dell apparecchio dismesso al riciclaggio, al trattamento e allo smaltimento ambientalmente compatibile contribuisce ad evitare possibili effetti negativi sull ambiente e sulla salute e favorisce il riciclo dei materiali di cui è composto il prodotto. 4 IT

7 1. Caratteristiche di prodotto: Automazione per cancelli scorrevoli residenziali e condominiali. L attuatore elettromeccanico irreversibile è dotato di un motore asincrono 230 Vac e di uno sblocco meccanico che permette di aprire e chiudere il cancello manualmente. Il motore aziona un gruppo riduttore, lubrificato con grasso permanente, racchiuso in una fusione d alluminio di grosso spessore ma di ridottissimo ingombro. La scheda elettronica di comando è integrata al corpo dell attuatore. 2. Verifiche preliminari: Per un corretto funzionamento dell automazione la struttura del cancello esistente, o da realizzare, deve presentare i seguenti requisiti: - Le ruote del cancello siano montate in posizione tale da dare stabilità al cancello stesso e che siano in buono stato ed efficienti. - La rotaia sia libera diritta e pulita in tutta la sua lunghezza con battute d arresto obbligatorie sia in apertura che in chiusura. - La guida superiore sia in asse con la rotaia, i pattini siano integri e lubrificati e con un gioco di circa 1 mm per parte in modo da facilitare lo scorrimento dell anta. - Gli spazi tra le parti mobili e le parti fisse del cancello siano di entità prevista dalle norme nazionali o comunque siano ricondotti ai canoni di sicurezza applicando un adeguato sistema di protezione - Il peso del cancello non deve superare i limiti previsti dall attuatore - Non devono essere presenti di serrature meccaniche di chiusura. 4. Predisposizione cablaggi: Per la predisposizione dei cablaggi per l impianto fare riferimento alla fig Posa della piastra di ancoraggio: Il posizionamento della piastra dovrà rispettare le distanze indicate in: - Fig. 2a per installazione con motore a sinistra, fig. 2b per installazione con motore a destra Nel caso la cremagliera sia già installata sull anta: - Fig. 2c installazione con motore a sinistra, fig. 2d installazione con motore a destra E inoltre indispensabile che la cremagliera sporga, rispetto al centro della piastra, almeno delle quote indicate in: - Fig. 4a (motore a sinistra) - Fig. 4b (motore a destra) per consentire il posizionamento delle staffe finecorsa. N.B.: La piastra di fondazione presenta due ampi fori per il passaggio delle canalette. Sono entrambi utilizzabili, grazie allo spazio presente sul fondo del motoriduttore, ma risulta più agevole utilizzare il foro a destra del pignone, evidenziato in grigio nelle figure. Installazione della piastra di ancoraggio in caso di pavimentazione non presente: Se non è presente una pavimentazione in cemento o materiali altrettanto resistenti atti a supportare gli sforzi dati dall attuatore, è necessario predisporre una fondazione in cemento, procedere come segue: 1- Effettuare uno scavo adeguato (minimo 50x30 cm, profondo almeno 35 cm) (fig. 5a). 2- Predisporre i tubi per il passaggio dei cavi elettrici, lasciando i tubi più lunghi di circa 30/40cm (figura 5a). 3- Se la cremagliera è preinstallata ad una quota superiore a quella indicata in fig. 2c, o in caso di possibili ristagni di acqua, può essere necessario sopraelevare la fondazione in cemento o installare la piastra di ancoraggio sopraelevate dell altezza opportuna. In questo caso devono essere utilizzati 4 dadi aggiuntivi (non forniti) come base della piastra di ancoraggio. In ogni caso non installare la piastra in posizione sopra elevata rispetto alla pavimentazione di più di 15 mm. 4- Preparare la piastra di ancoraggio per il getto fissandola saldamente alle barre filettate (fig. 5b) utilizzando i 4 dadi di sostegno inferiore e i 4 dadi superiori con le relative rondelle per bloccare la piastra in posizione. 5- Preparare il cemento seguendo le indicazioni del produttore, in alcuni casi può essere necessario realizzare una gabbia metallica per rendere più stabile la fondazione. 6- Annegare le barre nel cemento, prestando attenzione al livello della piastra ed al parallelismo con l anta (fig. 5c e 5d). 7- Attendere il consolidamento del getto di cemento. 8- In fig. 5d è raffigurata la piastra a fissaggio ultimato. 8 Installazione della piastra di ancoraggio su pavimentazione esistente: Nel caso di pavimentazione in cemento (o materiali similari) è possibile fissare la piastra di ancoraggio direttamente a terra: 1- Approvvigionarsi di idonei sistemi di fissaggio, normalmente in commercio, tipo tasselli a pressione in acciaio o ancoraggi con fascetta ad espansione da inserire con alcuni colpi di martello. 2- Rispettando le quote indicate precedentemente, tracciare i punti di foratura utilizzando la piastra come riferimento, eseguire 4 fori e fissare la piastra, avendo cura che la barra filettata sporga per almeno 15 mm. 3- Se la cremagliera è preinstallata ad una quota superiore a quella indicata in fig. 2c, o in caso di possibili ristagni di acqua, può essere necessario sopraelevare la fondazione in cemento o installare la piastra di ancoraggio sopraelevate dell altezza opportuna. In questo caso devono essere utilizzati 4 dadi aggiuntivi (non forniti) come base della piastra di ancoraggio. In ogni caso non installare la piastra in posizione sopra elevata rispetto alla pavimentazione di più di 15 mm. N.B.: Verificare che la pavimentazione sia ben livellata e idonea al fissaggio mediante tasselli. Indipendentemente dal tipo di fissaggio prescelto, la piastra deve risultare saldamente fissata, perfettamente livellata e parallela all anta. 6. Fissaggio dell attuatore: Per il fissaggio del motoriduttore alla piastra, con riferimento alla figura 6, procedere come segue: 1- Rimuovere i due carter coprivite A. 2- Avvitare i grani E nei dadi F e inserirli nell apposita sede esagonale nella parte inferiore del corpo attuatore 3- Posare il motoriduttore sulla piastra, allineando i fori asolati del corpo attuatore con i fori filettati della piastra. 4- Per mezzo delle viti B, delle rondelle C e D, avvitare senza serrare l attuatore alla piastra. 5- Agendo sui grani, regolare l altezza dell attuatore 6- Regolare la distanza dell attuatore rispetto all anta facendolo scorrere nei fori asolati del corpo. 7- Serrare le viti B per ultimare il fissaggio. 7. Sblocco manuale (fig. 7): Sollevare il coperchio copri serratura e inserire la chiave di sblocco. Ruotare la chiave in senso orario per tutta la corsa. Azionare la leva di sblocco come indicato in figura. 8. Installazione della cremagliera: 1- Nel caso si utilizzi la cremagliera ad avvitare si consiglia di assemblare i moduli per verificare che i punti di fissaggio non combacino con il movimento delle ruote di scorrimento (fig. 8a). 2- Portare l anta in posizione di completa apertura. 3- Posare sull ingranaggio il primo tratto di cremagliera. Tenendo presente le quote indicate in figura 4a e 4b, segnare il primo punto di foratura. Bloccare provvisoriamente la cremagliera utilizzando ad esempio un morsetto (fig.8b). 4- Forare e fissare la prima aletta della cremagliera utilizzando la vite e la rondella (fig. 8c), verificando che tra ingranaggio e cremagliera rimanga uno spazio di circa 1 mm (fig. 8d). 5- Facendo scorrere l anta, portare il pignone in prossimità della seconda aletta di fissaggio, controllando sempre lo spazio di 1 mm tra ingranaggio e cremagliera (fig. 8e). 6- Procedere in modo analogo per le altre alette di fissaggio, spostando di volta in volta l anta in modo da avere sempre il corretto accoppiamento ingranaggio/ cremagliera. 7- Proseguire ora con i rimanenti tratti di cremagliera. Ogni tratto va agganciato al precedente come indicato in fig. 8f, utilizzare un pezzo di cremagliera per verificare il corretto allineamento delle 2 dentature e in modo da mantenere il passo della cremagliera costante (fig. 8f-8g) 9. Fissaggio delle staffe finecorsa: Sbloccare manualmente il motoriduttore, portare il cancello nel punto di massima apertura, fissare la staffa del finecorsa di apertura in modo che il magnete sia in corrispondenza al sensore, portare il cancello nel punto di massima chiusura, fissare la staffa del finecorsa di chiusura in modo che il magnete sia in corrispondenza al sensore, dopo il collaudo controllare il punto di arresto, il cancello deve fermarsi circa a 1 o 2 cm prima delle battute meccaniche. N.B.: I magneti fissati nelle staffe non devono essere scambiati in nessun caso. La staffa marchiata Sx va sempre montata a sinistra, la staffa marchiata Dx va sempre montata a destra Verificare visivamente che le due frecce stampate sui porta magneti puntino sempre verso i bordi del cancello e mai verso il centro. 10. Collegamenti elettrici: Sguainare il cavo di alimentazione per una lunghezza di ca. 20 cm. Spelare il conduttore del cavo di terra. Crimpare l occhiello libero avvitato alla sede del collegamento di terra sulla fusione del motoriduttore (rif. A fig. 10), per facilitare l operazione di crimpatura si può anche rimuovere l occhiello dalla sede assicurandosi di rieffettuare il collegamento di terra precablato tra centrale e motoriduttore correttamente. Spelare i conduttori di fase e neutro e collegarli alla centrale di comando come da indicazioni nel manuale della stessa. 6 IT

9 Manuale utente Avvertenze di sicurezza: Non entrare nel raggio d azione della automazione mentre esse è in movimento, attendere fino alla completa conclusione della manovra. Azionare l automazione solo quando essa è completamente visibile e priva di qualsiasi impedimento. Non permettere a bambini o ad animali di giocare o sostare in prossimità del raggio d azione. Non permettere ai bambini di giocare con i comandi di apertura o con il radiocomando. Non opporsi al moto dell automazione poiché può causare situazione di pericolo. Non toccare l apparecchio con mani bagnate e/o piedi bagnati. Informazioni all utilizzatore: - Leggere attentamente le istruzioni e la documentazione allegata. Il prodotto dovrà essere destinato all uso per il quale è stato espressamente concepito, ogni altro utilizzo è da considerarsi improprio e quindi pericoloso. - Le informazioni contenute nel presente documento e nella documentazione allegata, possono essere oggetto di modifiche senza alcun preavviso. Sono infatti fornite a titolo indicativo per l applicazione del prodotto. - In caso di guasto e/o cattivo funzionamento dell automazione, disinserire l apparecchio dalla rete spegnendo l interruttore dell impianto e rivolgersi solo a personale professionalmente qualificato oppure al centro di assistenza autorizzato. Evitare qualsiasi tentativo di riparazione e d intervento diretto. - Si raccomanda di far effettuare un controllo semestrale del funzionamento generale dell automazione e dei dispositivi di sicurezza da personale qualificato. Sblocco di emergenza in caso si assenza di alimentazione di rete (fig. A): 1-..Sollevare il coperchio copri serratura e inserire la chiave di sblocco. 2-..Ruotare la chiave in senso orario per tutta la corsa Azionare la leva di sblocco come indicato in figura. Si consiglia di portare il cancello in posizione di completa apertura (finecorsa di apertura impegnato) riarmare lo sblocco, questo per evitare movimenti indesiderati del cancello (con il motoriduttore sbloccato il cancello è libero nel movimento, questo potrebbe causare danni a cose o persone). Riarmo del blocco motore (fig. B): 1-..A attuatore sbloccato, portare la leva di sblocco in posizione di riposo. 2-..Bloccare la leva in posizione di riposo chiudendo la serratura con la apposita chiave 3-..Spingere il cancello finché si sente clack ad indicare che il motore si è riportato in condizione di blocco ATTENZIONE: Eseguire l operazione di sblocco e riarmo solo a cancello e motore elettrico fermi!!! Read it carefully as it provides important guidelines regarding installation, use and maintenance. Always store this module carefully and transfer it to any subsequent users of the system. Incorrect installation or improper use of the product may constitute a serious hazard. IMPORTANT - SAFETY INFORMATION Installation must be performed by professionally qualified personnel in observance of current national and European legislation. After removing the packaging check the condition of the device. If in doubt, consult a qualified technician. Packaging materials (cardboard, plastic bags, staples, polystyrene, etc.) must be disposed of in suitable containers and must not be dispersed into the environment. Above all they must be kept out of the reach of children. The installation, electrical connections and settings must be executed in accordance with sound engineering practice. Make certain that the data on the data plate conform with the mains electrical supply data and make certain that the section of the connection cables is suitable for the loads applied. Do not install the product in environments where there is a risk of explosion or which are disturbed by electromagnetic fields. The presence of flammable gases or fumes constitutes a serious hazard. Equip the mains supply with an overvoltage protection device, a switch/disconnector and/or an RCD suited for the product and in conformity with the standards in force. Clearly indicate with an appropriate sign on the gate, rolling door, window or barrier that they are remotely operated. ELVOX s.p.a. denies all liability for damage incurred when devices and/or components are used that are incompatible in terms of product integrity, safety and operation. This equipment must be used exclusively as specified in design; any other use is to be considered improper and therefore hazardous. Always disconnect the equipment from the power supply by means of the main switch or by removing the plug before performing maintenance or cleaning. Use exclusively genuine spare parts for repairs and replacements. The installer must provide all information regarding operation, maintenance and use of the single parts and the system as a whole. The crossed out bin symbol on the appliance indicates that the product, at the end of its useful working life, must be disposed of separately from normal household waste, and as such must be taken to a waste sorting and recycling centre equipped to deal with electric and electronic equipment, or returned to the dealer when a new appliance of the same type is purchased. The user is responsible for ensuring the appliance is disposed of through the correct channels when no longer in service. Risks associated with substances considered hazardous (WEEE). According to the new WEEE Directive, substances which for some time have been widely used in electrical and electronic equipment are considered hazardous to human heath and the environment. Proper sorted waste collection for subsequent recycling, processing and environmentally conscious disposal of the old appliance helps to prevent any possible negative impact on the environment and human health while promoting the practice of recycling materials used in manufacture. 12 1. Product characteristics: Automation system for residential and apartment block sliding gates. The non-reversible, electromechanical actuator is equipped with an asynchronous 230 V AC motor and a mechanical release which enables the gate to be opened and closed manually. The motor operates a gear unit, lubricated with permanent grease, which is enclosed in a thick but extremely compact die-cast aluminium housing. The electronic control card is integrated in the actuator body. 2. Preliminary checks: For the automation system to function properly, the structure of the existing gate, or the one to be made, must meet the following requirements: - The wheels of the gate are mounted in such a position as to provide stability to the gate and are in a good condition and efficient. - The rail is clear, straight and clean throughout its length with mandatory stops for both opening and closing. - The top guide is aligned with the rail, the sliding blocks are intact and lubricated and with a clearance of approximately 1 mm. on each side so as to facilitate the sliding of the gate leaf. - The spaces between the moving and fixed parts of the gate are of the size required by the national standards or in any case comply with safety standards by applying an adequate protection system - The weight of the gate must not exceed the limits required by the actuator - There must be no mechanical locks fitted. 4. Preparing wiring: For the system wiring arrangements, refer to fig Laying the anchor plate: The positioning of the plate must comply with the distances shown in: - Fig. 2a for installation with the motor on the left, Fig. 2b for installation with the motor on the right If the rack is already installed on the gate leaf: - Fig. 2c for installation with the motor on the left, Fig. 2d for installation with the motor on the right It is also imperative for the rack to protrude from the centre of the plate by at least the distances shown in: - Fig. 4a (motor on left) - Fig. 4b (motor on right) to allow positioning the limit switch brackets. N.B.: The foundation plate has two large holes for the conduits to pass through. Both can be used, thanks to the space on the bottom of the gearmotor, but it is easier to use the hole to the right of the pinion, shown in grey in the figures. Installing the anchor plate when there is no paving: If there is no paving made of concrete or an equally resistant material that can support the stresses caused by the actuator, it is necessary to make a concrete foundation, as follows: 1- Dig a suitable hole (minimum 50x30cm, at least 35 cm deep) (Fig. 5a). 2- Arrange the pipes for carrying the electric cables, leaving the pipes approximately 30/40cm longer (Figure 5a). 3- If the rack is pre-installed at a greater height than as shown in Fig. 2c, or if there is a likelihood of stagnating water, it may be necessary to raise the concrete foundation or install the anchor plate raised to the appropriate height. In this case 4 extra nuts must be used (not supplied) as a base for the anchor plate. In any case do not install the plate any higher than 15 mm above the paving. 4- Prepare the anchor plate for pouring by firmly fixing it to the threaded rods (Fig. 5b) using the 4 lower support nuts and the 4 upper nuts with their washers to lock the plate in position. 5- Prepare the concrete according to the manufacturer's instructions, in some cases it may be necessary to make a metal cage to stabilize the foundation. 6- Sink the rods into the concrete, paying attention to the level of the plate and the parallelism with the gate leaf (Fig. 5c and 5d). 7- Wait for the concrete casting to set. 8- Fig. 5d shows the plate when fixing is completed. 10 EN

13 Installing the anchor plate on existing paving: For paving made of concrete (or similar material), you can secure the anchor plate directly to the ground: 1- Obtain suitable fastening systems, commonly found on the market, such as steel anchor bolts or expansion anchors to be inserted with a few blows of a hammer. 2- Observing the distances indicated above, draw the drilling points using the plate as a guide, drill 4 holes and secure the plate, making sure that the threaded rod protrudes by at least 15 mm. 3- If the rack is pre-installed at a greater height than as shown in Fig. 2c, or if there is a likelihood of stagnating water, it may be necessary to raise the concrete foundation or install the anchor plate raised to the appropriate height. In this case 4 extra nuts must be used (not supplied) as a base for the anchor plate. In any case do not install the plate any higher than 15 mm above the paving. N.B.: Make sure the floor is level and suitable for fixing with plugs. Regardless of the chosen fastening system, the plate must be securely fastened, perfectly level and parallel to the gate leaf. 6. Fixing the actuator: To secure the gearmotor to the plate, with reference to Figure 6, proceed as follows: 1- Remove the two screw covers A. 2- Screw the grub screws E into the nuts F and insert them into the hexagonal socket in the bottom of the actuator body 3- Lay the gearmotor on the plate, aligning the slotted holes of the actuator body with the threaded holes of the plate. 4- Using the screws B, washers C and D, screw the actuator to the plate without tightening. 5- Use the grub screws to adjust the height of the actuator 6- Adjust the distance of the actuator from the gate leaf by sliding it in the slotted holes of the body. 7- Tighten the screws B to complete fixing. 7. Manual release (Fig. 7): Raise the lock cover and insert the release key. Turn the key fully clockwise. Operate the release lever as shown in the figure. 8. Installing the rack: 1- If you are using the screw rack it is advisable to assemble the modules to verify that the fixing points do not line up with the movement of the wheels (Fig. 8a). 2- Move the gate leaf into the fully open position. 3- Set the first section of rack on the gear. Keeping in mind the dimensions shown in Figure 4a and 4b, mark the first drilling point. Temporarily lock the rack using a clamp for instance (Fig.8b). 4- Drill and fix the first tab of the rack using the screw and washer (Fig. 8c), checking that between the gear and the rack there remains a gap of approximately 1 mm (Fig. 8d). 5- By sliding the gate leaf, bring the pinion near the second fixing tab, again checking the gap of 1 mm between the gear and the rack (Fig. 8e). 6- Do the same for the other fixing tabs, moving the gate leaf each time so you always have the correct gear/rack coupling. 7- Now continue with the remaining sections of the rack. Each section has to be fastened to the previous one as shown in Fig. 8f. Use a piece of rack to verify the correct alignment of the 2 sets of teeth and so as to keep the pitch of the rack constant (see Fig. 8f-8g) 9. Fixing the limit switch brackets: Manually unlock the gear motor, move the gate to the point where it is completely open, secure the bracket of the opening limit switch so that the magnet matches the sensor, move the gate to the point where it is completely closed, and secure the bracket of the closing limit switch so that the magnet matches the sensor. After testing, check the stopping point, the gate must stop approximately 1 or 2 cm before the mechanical stops. N.B.: The magnets fixed in the brackets must not be swapped over under any circumstances. The bracket marked "Sx" must always be mounted on the left, the bracket marked "Dx" must always be mounted on the right Visually verify that the two arrows printed on the magnet carriers always point towards the edges of the gate and never towards the centre. 10. Electrical connections: Draw out the power supply cable for a length of approx. 20 cm. Strip the earth wire conductor. Crimp the free eyelet screwed to the earth connection socket on the gear motor casting (Ref. A Fig. 10), for easier crimping you can also remove the eyelet from the socket making sure to reconnect the pre-wired earth between the control panel and the gear motor correctly. Strip the live and neutral wires and connect them to the control panel as indicated in the manual. EN 11

Vérifications préliminaires Pour un bon fonctionnement de l'automatisme, la structure du portail existant ou à réaliser doit répondre aux caractéristiques suivantes. - Les roues doivent être montées de façon à donner au portail une stabilité suffisante, elles doivent être en bon état et efficaces. - Le rail doit être libre, droit et propre sur toute sa longueur avec les butées d'arrêt obligatoires en ouverture et en fermeture. - Le guide supérieur doit être dans l'axe du rail, les patins doivent être en bon état et lubrifiés, avec un jeu de 1 mm de chaque côté pour faciliter le coulissement du vantail. - L'espace entre les pièces mobiles et fixes du portail doit être conforme aux normes nationales ou mis aux normes de sécurité par un système de protection adapté. - Le poids du portail ne doit pas dépasser les limites prévues par l'actionneur - Il ne doit pas y avoir de fermeture mécanique par serrure. 4. Préparation des câblages Pour la préparation des câblages, se référer à la fig Pose de la plaque d'ancrage Le positionnement de la plaque doit respecter les distances indiquées par la fig. 2a pour les installations avec moteur à gauche, la fig. 2b pour les installations avec moteur à droite, si la crémaillère est déjà installée sur le vantail, par la la fig. 2c installations avec moteur à gauche, fig. 2d installations avec moteur à droite. Il est également indispensable que la crémaillière dépasse, au minimum, des cotes indiquées par rapport au centre de la plaque : la fig. 4a (moteur à gauche) la fig. 4b (moteur à droite) pour permettre le positionnement des étriers de fin de course. N.B. : la plaque de fondation possède deux grands trous pour le passage des gouttières. On peut utiliser l'un ou l'autre grâce à l'espace existant en bas du motoréducteur, mais il est plus simple d'utiliser le trou à droite du pignon, en gris sur les figures. Installation de la plaque d'ancrage en l'absence de dalle En l'absence d'une dalle en ciment ou dans un autre matériau assez résistant pour supporter les sollicitations de l'actionneur, préparer une fondation en ciment de la façon suivante. 1- Creuser un trou de la bonne dimension (minimum 50 x 30 cm, d'au moins 35 cm de profondeur) (fig. 5a). 2- Préparer les tubes pour le passage des câbles électriques en leur laissant une longueur supplémentaire de 30/40 cm (figure 5a). 3- Si la crémaillère est préinstallée à une cote supérieure à celle de la figure 2c ou s'il existe un risque de stagnation d'eau, il peut être nécessaire de surélever la plaque de fondation en ciment ou de surélever la plaque d'ancrage de la hauteur nécessaire. Dans ce cas, utiliser les 4 écrous supplémentaires (non livrés en série) comme base de la plaque d'ancrage. Ne pas surélever la plaque de plus de 15 mm par rapport au sol. 4- Préparer la plaque d'ancrage pour la jetée de ciment en la fixant solidement aux barres filetées (fig. 5b) avec les 4 écrous de support inférieurs et les 4 écrous supérieurs et les rondelles correspondantes pour la bloquer dans cette position. 5- Préparer le ciment en suivant les indications du fabricant ; dans certains cas, il peut être nécessaire de réaliser une armature métallique pour stabiliser la fondation. 6- Recouvrir les barres de ciment en veillant au niveau de la plaque et au parallélisme avec le vantail (fig. 5c et 5d). 7- Attendre que le ciment se soit solidifié. 8- La figure 5d représente la plaque après la fixation. 18 Installation de la plaque d'ancrage sur la fondation existante Si le sol est en ciment ou dans un matériau similaire, il est possible de fixer la plaque d'ancrage directement au sol. 1 - Se procurer des systèmes de fixation adaptés dans le commerce, type cheville à expansion en acier ou des ancrages à bague d'expansion à introduire avec un marteau. 2 - En respectant les cotes indiquées ci-dessus, tracer les points de forage en utilisant la plaque comme gabarit ; percer 4 trous et fixer la plaque en veillant à ce que la barre filetée dépasse d'au moins 15 mm. 3 - Si la crémaillère est préinstallée à une cote supérieure à celle de la figure 2c ou s'il existe un risque de stagnation d'eau, il peut être nécessaire de surélever la plaque de fondation en ciment ou de surélever la plaque d'ancrage de la hauteur nécessaire. Dans ce cas, utiliser les 4 écrous supplémentaires (non livrés en série) comme base de la plaque d'ancrage. Ne pas surélever la plaque de plus de 15 mm par rapport au sol. N.B. : vérifier que le sol est à niveau et permet la fixation par des chevilles. Indépendamment du type de fixation choisi, la plaque doit être solidement fixée, parfaitement à niveau et parallèle au vantail. 6. Fixation de l'actionneur Pour fixer le motoréducteur à la plaque comme sur la figure 6, procéder de la façon suivante. 1 - Enlever les deux cache-vis A. 2- Visser les boulons E dans les écrous F et les introduire dans le siège hexagonal, en bas du corps de l'actionneur 3- Poser le motoréducteur sur la plaque et aligner les trous percés dans le corps de l'actionneur et les trous filetés de la plaque. 4- Avec les vis B, les rondelles C et D, visser dans serrer l'actionneur à la plaque. 5- Intervenir sur les boulons pour régler la hauteur de l'actionneur 6- Régler la distance entre l'actionneur et le vantail et le faire coulisser dans les trous percés dans le corps de l'actionneur. 7- Serrer les vis B pour terminer la fixation. 7. Déblocage manuel (fig. 7) Soulever le cache de la serrure et introduire la clé de déblocage. Tourner la clé à fond sans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre. Actionner le levier de déblocage comme le montre la figure. 8. Installation de la crémaillère 1- Si on utilise une crémaillère à visser, il est conseillé d'assembler les modules pour vérifier que les points de fixation ne gênent pas le mouvement des galets de translation (voir figure 8a). 2 - Placer le vantail en position d'ouverture complète. 3 - Poser sur l'engrenage la première partie de la crémaillère. Veiller à respecter les cotes indiquées sur les figures 4a et 4b ; marquer le premier point de perçage. Bloquer provisoirement la crémaillère en utilisant une borne, par exemple (fig.8b). 4 - Percer et fixer la première ailette de la crémaillère avec la vis et la rondelle (fig. 8c) ; vérifier qu'il reste un espace de 1 mm entre l'engrenage et la crémaillère (fig. 8d). 5 - Faire coulisser le vantail pour placer le pignon près de la seconde ailette de fixation ; contrôler toujours qu'il reste un espace de 1 mm entre l'engrenage et la crémaillère (fig.8e). 6 - Procéder de la même façon pour les autres ailettes de fixation ; déplacer à chaque fois le vantail de façon à obtenir un accouplement engrenage-crémaillère correct. 7 - Continuer avec les autres parties de la crémaillère. Chaque partie s'accroche à la précédente comme le montre la figure 8f ; utiliser un morceau de crémaillère pour vérifier l'alignement des 2 dentures afin d'obtenir un pas constant (voir figures 8f-8g). 9. Fixation des étriers de fin de course Débloquer le motoréducteur à la main et ouvrir entièrement le portail ; fixer l'étrier de fin de course en ouverture de façon à placer l'aimant en face du capteur ; amener le portail à son point de fermeture maximale ; fixer l'étrier de fin de course de fermeture de façon à ce que l'aimant soit en face du capteur. Après l'essai, vérifier le point d'arrêt : le portail doit s'arrêter 1 ou 2 centimètres avant les butées mécaniques. N.B. : les aimants fixés dans les étriers ne doivent jamais être inversés. L'étrier marqué Sx doit toujours être monté à gauche, l'étrier marqué Dx doit toujours être monté à droite Vérifier visuellement que les deux flèches imprimées sur les porte-aimants soient toujours tournées vers les bords du portail et non vers le centre. 10. Branchements électriques Dénuder le câble d'alimentation sur 20 cm environ. Dénuder le conducteur du câble de terre. Sertir l'œillet libre vissé dans le siège du fil de terre sur le corps du motoréducteur (réf. A fig. 10).
