6 Ερώτηση 4 Διάβασε τι μας λέει ένας Έλληνας αθλητής και απάντησε στις ερωτήσεις στα Ελληνικά, με δικά σου λόγια. Μπορείς να χρησιμοποιήσεις λέξεις του κειμένου, αλλά όχι να αντιγράψεις ολόκληρες φράσεις. Να βασίσεις τις απαντήσεις σου στο κείμενο. (Source: kirstypargeter / istock) Υπάρχουν σίγουρα πολλά χόμπι που προσφέρουν ψυχαγωγία, ενώ ταυτόχρονα καίνε θερμίδες. Ένα από αυτά είναι ο χορός. Όταν ξεκίνησα χορό, δεν το διάλεξα ειδικά για να γυμναστώ, μιας και ήμουν ήδη αθλητής. Ένας συμπαίκτης μου μιλούσε με ενθουσιασμό για τους παραδοσιακούς χορούς που κάνανε στη σχολή. Βρέθηκα εκεί, λοιπόν, από περιέργεια. Στη συνέχεια πηγαίνοντας στα μαθήματα έβλεπα ότι οι περισσότεροι μάθαιναν λάτιν χορούς. Χορεύοντας σάλσα και ταγκό συνειδητοποίησα πόσο περισσότερο μου ταίριαζαν. Με το ρυθμό, την κίνηση, τη μουσική μπορούσα πραγματικά να ξεχάσω το άγχος του πρωταθλητισμού, την κούραση από την προπόνηση, τα προβλήματα της καθημερινότητας. Ένα ακόμα πλεονέκτημα του χορού είναι πως βοηθάει στην κοινωνικοποίηση του ατόμου, αφού κατά κανόνα υπάρχει συμμετοχή και άλλων ανθρώπων. Επιπλέον, είναι ένα χόμπι που μπορείς να εξασκήσεις όπου θέλεις. Ούτε ο αυστηρός προγραμματισμός ούτε ο εξοπλισμός είναι απαραίτητα στο χορό, σε αντίθεση με άλλα χόμπι ή αθλήματα. Ο χορός είναι κατάλληλος για παιδιά και ενήλικες, για ψηλούς και κοντούς, για εύσωμους και αδύνατους. Επίσης, ούτε ο χρόνος αποτελεί δέσμευση για το χορό. Το ιδανικό είναι να αφιερώνουμε για μαθήματα 2-6 ώρες κάθε εβδομάδα, ανάλογα με τον ελεύθερο χρόνο μας. (a) Τι μας προσφέρει ο χορός, σύμφωνα με τον αφηγητή; Δώσε δύο λεπτομέρειες. Αισιόδοξος είναι εκείνος που μπορεί να δει όσα συμβαίνουν στη ζωή με θετικό τρόπο, ακόμα και όταν υπάρχουν προβλήματα και δυσκολίες. Έχει να κάνει με το χαρακτήρα με τον οποίο γεννιόμαστε ή είναι κάτι που μαθαίνουμε όσο μεγαλώνουμε; Όμως, δεν χρειάζεται να απελπιζόμαστε. Όσοι από εμάς δεν το έχουμε από τη φύση μας, μπορούμε να το αποκτήσουμε. Πώς; Προσπαθώντας σκληρά. Οι έρευνες δείχνουν ότι, ακόμα και μέσα σε δύσκολες εποχές, οι αισιόδοξοι έχουν περισσότερες πιθανότητες από τους απαισιόδοξους να βρουν δουλειά.
