4 Prayer and Action has arrived in Tucson! Prayer and Action is a mission that will be of service to the communities around our diocese. This year there are already two parishes hosting the one-week overnight retreat and we are inviting you to motivate the youth at your parish to be part of this great experience. The pilot program is scheduled to begin on the following dates: July 8 th through 13 th - Immaculate Conception Parish, Yuma July 15 th through 20 th Our Mother of Sorrows, Tucson The retreat is open to high school students both girls and guys who were enrolled in 9th to 12th grade and were registered through the Spring semester At this mission service retreat, the youth will be able to work helping paint homes, yard work, cleaning for the elderly and people with disabilities who need assistance around their homes. After a morning of community service, they will spend time in prayer, learn about their faith, and make great friendships.
