Elizabeth Markopoulos is excited to start Little Angels on Wednesday, September 16th from 9:30 to 11:30 am in the Founders Court. Little Angels is a group for St. Spyridon's youngest parishioners. Children in the baby stage to 4 years old are welcomed to come and have fun. Each meeting will be filled with peer interactions, story time, hands on activities, as well as seasonal exploration! The planned activities will promote Christian values such as kindness and love. At the September meeting, children will explore parts of an apple tree and the planting process all while practicing kindness towards friends. Please join us for fun and fellowship! I do not say this to condemn you, for I said before that you are in our hearts, to die together and to live together. I have great confidence in you; I have great pride in you; I am filled with comfort. With all our affliction, I am overjoyed. For even when we came into Macedonia, our bodies had no rest but we were afflicted at every turnfighting without and fear within. But God, who comforts the downcast, comforted us by the coming of Titus, and not only by his coming but also by the comfort with which he was comforted in you, as he told us of your longing, your mourning, your zeal for me, so that I rejoiced still more. For even if I made you sorry with my letter, I do not regret it (though I did regret it), for I see that that letter grieved you, though only for a while. If you always wondered what the Church was like in the first century, and about its early development, come to this informative presentation.
